This hotel was super clean! It appears to be recently renovated, is being repaired/finished in some sections. I noticed the laundry soap they used on the towels and sheets was not strongly scented, which I loved as someone who has allergies to some scented products. Wallpaper was peeling in some spots, but did not appear to be because of water damage or excessive moisture (I think it was due to improper application of glue). Both ladies at the front desk were delightful and helpful! The breakfast area was bright and welcoming. They also let us know the fitness center was open 24/7 and told us what time the pool was open. Beds were super comfy and there was adequate lighting in the room. There is a Texas Roadhouse next to the hotel, and several gas stations as well. The hotel is right next to the exit ramp for the interstate, but I didn't feel like it was noisy at all when we had the AC unit on. Edinburgh Outlets are nearby, as well as Nashville, IN which is about 25 minutes away.

Nice overall but pool was tiny and we were disappointed that the staff wouldn't open the bar during the weekend, but there is a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance which was nice. Overall it was a nice stay

Really nice stay. Only about 45” from Bloomington. Convenient to lots of things including the highway. Impeccably clean and wonderful staff. Would stay here again for sure.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was nice. The room was clean though with something of an unwanted febreeze smell. There were two problems. We were in a ground floor room and the light from the Fairfield Sign was very bright, coming through the sides of the curtain. The air conditioner/heater was extremely loud when running. I would ask for a higher room next time but the cooling/heating unit should be repaired.

The property was great and staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is with the bathroom. There was only one grab bar and it was by the shower head. Normally get out at back of tub. No grab bar. Would also be nice to have a hook by the bath tub to hang a towel on. The nearest hook is behind the door.

We thought our room was nice but it could have been cleaner and the staff was not helpful at all with asking rooms above us to keep down the noise. Pillows were so uncomfortable and room temp was difficult to keep at a constant. It was either too hot or too cold. Way too much money for a night of absolutely no sleep

Really good of the staff to get the breakfast buffet started a little early. There were a lot of little league baseball teams with parents staying the weekend that didn’t have a lot of time before they had to head to their games. Food was hot and ready to go before 7:00 a.m.

I booked the room for my two day business trip. When I went back after my work for the second night stay, my room was gone. The front desk told me that I was not even checked in! When I showed him the charge on my credit cart, he just started to look my stuff. Fortunately my stuff was found. What kind of the hotel is it? How could you remove your customer belongings without permission and assign the room to other customers? I have been traveling a lot and this was my first experience with this kind. Definitely I will never go to this hotel again! BTW, I never received any apologies from the hotel. It made me believe that this kind of things might be common for them.

The general manager, Dixit Patel, and the young woman assisting him were helpful and persistent in helping clear up an an issue we encountered at check-in which was not the hotel’s fault. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, despite a very full hotel. The breakfast staff had their hands full with many guests arriving early and at all at once. They did a great job of replenishing the food as needed despite the crowd. The location was great. It was close to several restaurants as well as downtown Columbus. We would gladly stay there again on a future visit.

It was a great wonderful day. The staff were very kind and the bed was really clean. My only complaint would be that the pool tasted like salt so my daughter really couldn’t play in. It would definitely go again. I love how it’s walkable to many restaurants and other dining places and other shops around town And it was very nice because it was by the interstate I would definitely go again.

Nice stay for a travel sporting event- room was clean, hotel staff was very friendly, breakfast was standard, but good. Our king bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but for one night it was totally fine. Would stay here again if in town.

We’ve stayed there several times but not again Pool was closed till we asked about it and then it less than an hour it was open The bed was uncomfortable to the point we didn’t sleep both nights we stayed The breakfast is a joke Service and staff was very nice
