This was our 2nd stay at Paloma Beach and was just as good as our first last year. From check-in to check-out the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and the paying of sun beds of 2€ each works well as no reserving of sun beds so you can always get one no matter the time of day. Plenty of space around the pool area. Only disappointment was the pool bar was closed for most of our stay due to staff holidays. Please note that this is privately owned and not by Paloma Beach. It was worth the wait when it opened and the food was just as good as last year, ideal for that lunchtime snack. Our apartment was on the opposite side of the complex to last year overlooking a side road with side view of the sea, perfect for an hour or so in the evening before venturing out. Not a lot of balconies get the sun in Paloma Beach but it is a welcome reprieve after a full day sunbathing. The apartments are all very quiet and there doesn’t seem to be any noise during the night either. Our apartment was very clean and maintained. I can’t wait to book again for a quick get away at a very reasonable price.

Had a short break at Paloma Beach. Good budget apartments, we stayed in a superior apartment, much bigger than expected, it included an excellent kitchen area with all utensils required. Large balcony outside with pool and sea view. We found the beds to be comfortable but the pillows not so much, they definitely need upgrading. Although we didn’t spend much time at the apartment as we preferred to be out and about we found all the staff to be welcoming and friendly. Certain areas could do with a bit of refurbishment but nothing major. The jacuzzi pool was not in use at all. There were plenty of sunbeds but once 10 o clock came when people could collect the beds from the storage area there wasn’t much room left to place them around the pool, we noticed people had reserved the spot where they were going to place their sunbed by placing their towels down on the floor first, 2 euro charge for each bed. Main area of Los Cristianos is a 15/20 minute pleasant walk away. Plenty of restaurants/bars nearby and large supermarket just a few minutes away. If you don’t mind being at far end of resort and are looking for good budget apartments would recommend Paloma Beach

Great hotel, room size was excellent larger than normal and very clean. All rooms appear to have a sea view. Plenty of CCTV and 24hr front desk so felt safe and secure only issue some may have is that it’s at the very end of los Christianos across the road from Gran Arona, some will see it’s a a bonus some won’t but we will defo stay again.

This is the 4th time we've stayed at Paloma Beach. Lovely accommodation and great pool (and surrounding). Particularly like that the sunbeds don't come out until 10am and that you have to pay €2 per bed/umbrella. This saves on a massive rush and means you can always get a sunbed/umbrella. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely visit for a 5th time.

Excellent location, room had everything you could need including travel adapters and an umbrella! Really good pool bar serving good food and reasonably priced too. Sun beds not available until 10am which was a little late for us and meant hanging around but otherwise spot on.

Niet helemaal schoon. Vooral randen onder het aanrechtblad waren vies en pikkerig en de badkamer was niet schoon. We komen hier voor de 3e keer, maar dit was het slechtste appartement. Voor de rest prima. Vooral ligging is Top!

Rent och fint när vi kom. Minus för att det inte ingick städning under vår tre veckor långa vistelse. Ingen information om det vid bokning. Fanns utrustning för att torka golv men inget mer. Handdukar byttes varannan till var tredje dag vilket var bra och lakan en gång i veckan.

Firstly the cleaners never cleaned your rooms and the bedding never got changed for the whole week. You had to pay for your Sun beds and the toilets were locked so you had to look for the lifeguard to get the key from him then return it to him! A lot of mucking about which I didn’t see people do especially the kids, so your guess is as good as mine where they were peeing!

Fantastisk med god temperatur i bassenget! Nøkkel til toalett måtte hentes hos badevakten.. Det ble rommet for meg.Det blir fort for kaldt for meg, men dette var helt perfekt. Kjølende, men nydelig, så snart man kom seg nedi! Ikke spesielt behagelige senger, men helt greit. Ikke renhold de tre ukene vi var der. Det var ok for oss, men neppe spesielt lurt hvis man har gjester som ikke er nøye med oppvask. Smuler på gulv, benker og bord osv. tre døde kakerlakker på gulvet da vi ankom, og roaxh-hotel i skapet under vasken som tegn på det..?

The hotel is well located and a short walk from the lively resort of Los Christianos and the beach. There are bars and eating places just outside the hotel area which was handy after a long day out. There is also a supermarket nearby which is a bonus for self catering. We had a new large apartment with all the mod cons (kettle, microwave, smart TV etc) with air-con in the bedroom that was very loud so we did not use this much; but the apartment was spotless and comfortable. The only downside was that the (material) sofas smelt stale and in need of a freshen-up/clean. Our arrival at the hotel was after 10pm but the night security man guided us to the accommodation and we registered the following morning with reception, no problem. The reception staff were very helpful in advising access to the TV and wifi (being a technophobe with a hearing loss I was unable to find the subtitle service!) but this was done immediately for us. The towels were changed every 2 days and the communal areas were spotless. We would certainly use this hotel again as it is well located and has good security.

The environment is beautiful, and the balcony is very spacious. However, some of the facilities are a bit outdated. There was a leak in the water heater in our room, but the staff responded quickly with repairs and cleanup. The soundproofing isn’t great, but overall the value for money makes up for it.

Super Lage ein kleiner Fußmarsch zum Strand. Viele Parkplätze Pool auch sehr schön und sauber. Zimmer haben eine gute Ausstattung die Wände sind sehr dünn und somit hört man die Nachbarn schon sehr vorallem wenn sie TV sehen. Küche hat eine top Ausstattung. Nur leider hatten wir keine Klimaanlage nur einen Ventilator, wir haben dann immer Abends durch gelüftet da wir tagsüber immer unterwegs waren und nicht im Zimmer.

We had a great winter stay at Paloma Beach. It’s really easy to get to - only 20mins taxi ride (about 35 euro) from the airport. The apartment was basic but very clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the blackout blind plus shutters in the bedroom. All the balconies face towards the sea and had plenty of space. The TV had the main UK terrestrial channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, C4 and Channel 5). The kitchen had most of the basics needed. The pool was nice and had a shallow end for little ones. There were plenty of loungers and plenty of space but this might not be the case in high season. The little restaurant/bar on site served very good breakfasts with a British style menu which seemed to have something for everyone. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a super little spot for a cheap and cheerful break.

Kitchen was quite well equipped although we ate out most of the time. Friendly and reception staff who were quick to respond to the odd issue. Lovely and well managed pool area. Pool bar looks exceptionally clean and is run by a very friendly team. The food and drinks are very good.

The air conditioning was only in one room - the bedroom and very noisy. The beds were awful, very hard and I woke up with a bad neck everyday. The apartment was lovely though, the staff were very helpful and overall great facilities. The location is very quiet but also not far to bars/restaurants and the beach! Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Really lovely property in a great position of complex. The shower needs attention and the mattresses require replacing. If the mattresses were replaced I would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Paloma Beach apartments. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We had to pay for a sun bed every day. The upside to that was we did not have to rush to get one in the morning and once we paid, it was ours for the whole day. The oven in our apartment stopped working after the second week. We contacted reception and it was replaced within hours with a new one. Would definitely stay again.

Overall we had a good stay but there are things which need to be improved. What we liked: - Area nearby, shops, restaurants and beach reachable within 10 minutes walk - Spacious apartment - Good facilities in the kitchen for cooking, etc What we did not like: - Cleaning after 7 days and changing towels after 3 days is very inconvenient - Beds are not comfy - Staff are nice but sometimes very pushy like when we asked for new towels we had to go to the reception and take it. Also, we checked out 20 minutes late which is very normal everywhere but someone came at our door 3 times which was quite annoying - No phone in the room - Not a great pool, mainly elderly people and children - Not a good value for money

Our arrival was going to be late so we emailed the resort to request a late arrival. Someone was there to greet us and showed us to our apartment. It was very clean and had all that you would need for a self catering holiday. Bedroom had two single beds and was fully furnished. Bathroom was spotless and clean with lovely towels. Kitchen was spotlessly clean with all utensils and fully equipped. Lounge was spacious and fully furnished with tiled floor throughout. Balcony with table and chairs and a view of the pool area. The pool area was very clean and the pool was lovely. Sun beds are €2 per day (10am to 6pm) and a double day bed was €15 per day. Little cafe and bar next to the reception served a full range of drinks and food all day at good prices. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our irons cord was damaged and they replaced it immediately with a new one. Limited free parking around the resorts roads and lots of free parking around the area if you decide to hire a car. We normally only hire villas but for a quick getaway for some sunshine, this if perfect and we would not hesitate booking at Paloma Beach Apartment again.

Our one bedroom apartment was large and comfortable and had everything we needed. Large modern apartment situated in a block at the quieter end of Los Cristianos. Apartment staff were very friendly and hardworking. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Apartments are situated near a supermarket, several bars and seafront. Reasonably flat walk along the seafront promenade to the beach. The old town with numerous shops, bars and restaurants is also close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay in Los Cristianos and would like to return at some point and we would stay at Paloma Beach Apartments again.

Apartment - everything you need for a decent length stay. Fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, cutlery, towels, hand soap and shower gel, teatowels etc. SuperDino not too far away either for essentials. Pool - Good size, well maintained and obviously always warm. A small diving board could be added at the deep end for accidental belly-flop laughs. Lifeguard always present in their declared hours. Bar - Lovely staff, good prices and great range of cocktails and food. BBQ night on a Thursday and Fish Friday if that's your thing. Reception - staff always very willing to help with requests such as additional towels or loo roll top-up. Sun loungers and parasols cost 2€ each per day but that's fine and stops the cliché early morning towel rush. Even when busy they always had enough for all customers. Only negative for our apartment and it's a small thing - the beds were rock hard and I mean no give in them whatsoever. Softer mattresses or a cheap memory foam topper would help for a decent night sleep. This may've been isolated to our apartment and I have no idea what others would be like. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book PBA again. Off on a tangent but definitely visit The Penny Farthing on Juan Carlos Av for breakfast, just around the corner from the exit. Really nice guy runs the place and you'll be looked after. Food is cooked fresh to order and fair prices too. Will be looking at availability next year at PBA for sure. Hope this helps in some way :)

This was our 2nd stay at Paloma Beach and was just as good as our first last year. From check-in to check-out the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and the paying of sun beds of 2€ each works well as no reserving of sun beds so you can always get one no matter the time of day. Plenty of space around the pool area. Only disappointment was the pool bar was closed for most of our stay due to staff holidays. Please note that this is privately owned and not by Paloma Beach. It was worth the wait when it opened and the food was just as good as last year, ideal for that lunchtime snack. Our apartment was on the opposite side of the complex to last year overlooking a side road with side view of the sea, perfect for an hour or so in the evening before venturing out. Not a lot of balconies get the sun in Paloma Beach but it is a welcome reprieve after a full day sunbathing. The apartments are all very quiet and there doesn’t seem to be any noise during the night either. Our apartment was very clean and maintained. I can’t wait to book again for a quick get away at a very reasonable price.

A fantastic stay and we have booked to come back again. Helpful staff, super clean resort and apartments, amazing pool and you have a sun bed all day for €2. Very relaxing and lots of restaurants and bars within easy reach. Beach is 5 minutes walk. This is in one of the flatter areas of Los Chris and I would highly recommend. Tip, the Market tavern is two doors down and a great spot for breakfast.

Our favorite apartment complex in Tenerife, kind staff all around, nice and convenient bar restaurant, lovely pool, it is perfect for our needs! We like to walk around Los Cristianos boardwalk and this is an excellent spot to base out of, still quiet yet close to everything!

Mooie locatie, ruime en schone appartementen. Wel wat gedateerd. Verassend comfortabel bed en de airco koelde goed! Echter was het personeel aan de pool bar enorm onvriendelijk. The hotel is well located and a short walk from the lively resort of Los Christianos and the beach. There are bars and eating places just outside the hotel area which was handy after a long day out. There is also a supermarket nearby which is a bonus for self catering. We had a new large apartment with all the mod cons (kettle, microwave, smart TV etc) with air-con in the bedroom that was very loud so we did not use this much; but the apartment was spotless and comfortable. The only downside was that the (material) sofas smelt stale and in need of a freshen-up/clean. Our arrival at the hotel was after 10pm but the night security man guided us to the accommodation and we registered the following morning with reception, no problem. The reception staff were very helpful in advising access to the TV and wifi (being a technophobe with a hearing loss I was unable to find the subtitle service!) but this was done immediately for us. The towels were changed every 2 days and the communal areas were spotless. We would certainly use this hotel again as it is well located and has good security.

Excellent 3 star property, apartment was large and clean, we had a lovely sea view. Did not mind paying daily for the sunbeds as this stops people just placing towels on them and going out for the day. All the staff in the apartments reception were lovely and also at the poolside bar / cafe. Great stay!

Easy straight forward checkin, apartment was well equipped, huge tv and sofa, dining table and everything you need. Nice balcony with seating. Sunbeds available from 10am at 2.50 euro an item which stopped the usual sunbed wars, however it was noticed that people that came later in the day just used empty sunbeds without paying which I felt was unfair. The pool was heaven ! …nice temperature and very clean.
