The stay was exactly what we wanted it to be, clean rooms, nice staff, and close to two sky train stations. Only negative being having to pay for parking for 3 days and the car just sat in the garage.

There was a staff strike when we were there. Our stay was not pleasant as the dining room, Starbucks, and the pool were closed. It was noisy at times as the strikers were making lots of noises with their shouting and drumming. We had to ask the front desk for anything that we need for our room, however, they were helpful. Overall, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom fan was extremely dirty and did not work. The sliding doors has smears all over them. And the safety handle in the shower needs some TLC. And the sleeping pillows were terrible.

Ontvangst erg matig. Medewerker moesten we attenderen op het parkeren en ontbijt. Stond volgens haar niet in doet systeem, maar na het laten zien van de reservering ging het nog niet van harte allemaal. Zeer verouderde kamer. Stopcontacten en airco waren defect. In de badkamer waren de haren van een ander te vinden.

Overall I am satisfied with this day. The staff were welcoming and helpful after a very stressful day. The only issue I had was when I went to lie down I saw a used ear plug (orange) on the floor and the sheets were not the cleanest.

Andrea at the front desk was great. Checked me in quick. Friendly. The hotel has a few different towers and it is a bit of a trek to get around. My husband and I were carrying our sleeping toddlers plus pushing a cart with our luggage and dog crate. By the time we walked all the way to our room on the 8th floor of the North tower, we noticed the bed was not made and there was a dirty towel on the bathroom counter. Obviously they forgot to clean the room before giving it to us. I called front desk immediately and they moved us to another room and gave a bit of a discount. However, it was very inconvenient to now have to trek all the way back to front desk to get new keys and then move to a different room. The hotel is pretty old. Definitely time to update. I was also disappointed that the pool was outdoor! I was not aware and it was too cold to use. We were excited to take all the kids to the pool for the long weekend so we ended up taking them to Minoru pool. That pool was super nice! Newly updated. Was massive. The lazy river, water slide, and rock climbing wall were fun. I did like that this hotel was pet friendly and that they offered a dog bed and dog bowls. Overall, mediocre experience and I would not stay here again.

We were staying here for a youth tournament and it was quite noisy til 11:30 with kids running around. The rooms are dated, but I am guessing that is why the “tournament” hosting rooms are what they are. They are spending $$ revamping the rooms and ours hadn’t got their just yet. Make sure you ask for the South Tower vs North Tower as the rooms are redone and quite nice their I’m told

Property is clean enough, food at restaurant was great. Beds are old and in poor condition making for an uncomfortable sleep. Cable television in room didn’t work, what it showed on the guide was not what was playing. The shower was terrible, you had to turn the water on right under the shower nozzle, you got soaked every time. The room was not worth the price I paid and it was a very noisy hotel.

The front desk staff were top notch especially Sophia! We had a last minute change in our travel and she was so kind and helpful. I was exhausted and she did everything she could to help us get in a room as quickly as possible. The hotel itself was very clean and all of the other staff were just as friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable!

Staff were the winner here. Stayed here because our flight got cancelled and we got put into the Sheraton for the night and the staff were so happy and easy going it made us go from upset to okay very quickly. The restaurant is also delicious!

First off, the Sheraton staff was excellent. Every person we encountered, from concierge to cleaning, was friendly and helpful. The site, itself, was clean and respectable. However, the hotel, itself, is NOT located in Vancouver and its specs are a little misleading. It is actually located in Richmond, more than an hour away from the center of Vancouver. This fact seems to be overlooked, in both the hotel's written descriptions and with Expedia staff I spoke when booking my stay. Although a good hotel, it is nonetheless in the middle of nowhere. Besides the single restaurant on the property, everything else was a bit of a hike. I felt safe in the neighborhood, but it is a neighborhood not unlike my own, with residential houses in every direction and small strip malls catering to the needs of those who live there. It's a solid hotel for business travelers, airline crews and such (as evident in the number of pilots and flight attendants coming in and out), but not for vacationers on holiday. This forced us to move from the Richmond site to the Sheraton in actual downtown Vancouver. Although the experience worked out for the best, I hope I am not charged for both hotels during our stay. Stayed here while a family member had surgery and a few days post op before flying home. What a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and easily walkable to/from hospital, a nice park across from it and easily walkable to the mall.

I’ve traveled on business for almost 40 years and thats got to be the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. $142.00 for a family of four for breakfast, you should be ashamed of yourself. Never in a Sheraton again.
