Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Montreal. Modern, spacious, chic rooms and very clean. A nice bar / lounge area with continental breakfast included. Located within walking distance of many restaurants, convenience store and metro station is across the street. Their gym / spa facility is about a 10 min walk.

This property has one parking space outside the property on the busy street for 15 minute unloading I could not communicate directly with the hotel as the number listed on the expedia website was not accurate. Someone did come and help us with our bags. There is a staircase to gain access to the lobby. And there is another staircase to go down to the elevator, Therefore it is not mobility friendly for people with walking issues., The bathroom layout is ridiculous. There is a huge room with a shower and a tub. However, there is only one sink with no counter space. In a room with two queen beds and a pullout, you would expect to find at least two sinks with adequate space for toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were offered a late check out for an additional fee.

Amazing hotel and staff. Just be prepared for parking. Valet is really not an option, but there is a really nice underground parking 1 block away, about $25 per night. You can drop your bags off curbside and park.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Lots of thoughtful free things are put out daily. Now this part. The pictures make the hotel and gym look a lot better than they actually are. Our carpet was stained and rust around shower. They put us on a 3rd floor with a view of the alley so we didn’t even sit on our balcony. Hotel is off of a busy street in a strange neighborhood. Have to carry your luggage up and down stairs outside and inside the hotel.

Excellent boutique hotel! The staff was very friendly, the hotel was super clean and pretty quiet. It was a very close walk to the downtown/main shopping street as well as the hipster area of Blvd St-Laurent. There's a mini market right around the corner which was nice and late night kebab place was maybe a 10 min walk. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating when I arrived and valet service was reliable. Carpets greatly stained (huge bleach stains), issues with housekeeping not coming (room wasn’t cleaned even once during my stay despite multiple follow ups with staff), no follow up was provided when they said they would speak to the manager about it, the food from the restaurant (pizza) was very expensive, took over an hour to arrive, and was awful quality, almost inedible. I couldn’t finish it. I didn’t bother complaining because my other issues were ignored so I figured there would be no point. Hotel was in a nice location and was very secure at night. The pros: good location, staff was friendly, city view balcony was nice, room was a good size, bathroom was also large and had a soaking tub (which was my reason for booking) low lighting was appreciated. The cons: bed was VERY firm, carpets/lobby/elevators looked a tad shabby, while it was nice to have free breakfast it was a bit on the sad side.

The room lacks power outlets and has no usb/usc charge options so to keep our phones charged we had to unplug lights, put the kettle under the desk etc. supplies in the room aren’t restocked - what you receive the first night is what you have for your stay. Teas, toiletries etc. Bar service was inconsistent.

The hotel was under staffed and over priced. We were charged for items we did not receive and were told there was nothing they could do. during the first night of our stay they were out of all food and beer. parking was a nightmare and staff was at times very unhelpful. The room we stayed in was incredibly small and we did not receive a netflix sign in. The spa is okay but also overpriced for what it offers.

We had a wonderful stay in two adjacent rooms, the family suite. This arrangement was perfect for our family. The rooms are large, modern, and clean. Accommodations are comfortable and beautiful. Hospitality of the staff was exceptional, especially our welcome by front desk staff, daily breakfast service, and Xavier the fantastic mixologist at the charming bar. Highly recommend, and will return!

Great location in the Plateau, cute historic building, close to La Fontaine Park "where the locals relax" and charming Rue St Denis / Rue Rachel cafes and restaurants. Our double room was huge, great because our kids are older. Breakfast and the espresso/latte coffees were excellent. Bathroom and shower were heavenly, could use more counter space. We used convenient but not cheap valet parking, due to our SUV roofbox, though some paid street parking is available in front of hotel. Staff were all super nice and helpful. We would consider staying here again for longer than our one night.

Staff was really the star of our stay here. We ended up showing up a bit early to check in - staff was great about being welcoming and setting us up comfortably in the lobby with drinks as we waited for our room to be ready. Throughout our visit they were fantastic about checking in and offering up services and assistance where needed. Room was also great. Highly recommend this location.

This hotel has a lot of character. The included breakfast is exactly the same each day but pretty good. Service was excellent. The front desk staff were wonderful and reachable by text. Location was prime, didn't even realize how good it was when we booked it - close to the metro, buses and walkable.

Excellent place to stay in Montreal. Room was clean and beautiful and the staff was very helpful. We did a lot of walking right from the hotel. Included breakfast was very good and had upgrades to drinks and coffee for a fee.

Wonderful, convenient, quiet hotel in a very walkable area for sight-seeing, cafes and restaurants, night life. Easy to hop on Metro to go anywhere. The staff is excellent and cares that everything is just right. Our room had a large balcony with great skyline views, especially at night. Lovely bathroom, robes, other nice touches. Breakfast in the lobby includes eggs and bacon.

Very nicely appointed boutique hotel. On busy street but close to lots of restaurants and attractions. We didn’t need our car for the 3 days we were here. Took the bikes out for one day as the city is easy to bike around. Lots of bike paths. Easy walk to Old Montreal. Breakfast was great with hot options. Staff were friendly and helpful. A great stay, would recommend and stay again.

Excellent boutique hotel! The staff was very friendly, the hotel was super clean and pretty quiet. It was a very close walk to the downtown/main shopping street as well as the hipster area of Blvd St-Laurent. There's a mini market right around the corner which was nice and late night kebab place was maybe a 10 min walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice room, balcony and walk in shower. Friendly staff and good breakfast included, very quiet as well. Area around the hotel although does not have much food options. To visit major monuments or popular restaurants you would need a vehicle unless you are willing to walk 30 Minutes. Overall good experience and we enjoyed our stay.

The pros: good location, staff was friendly, city view balcony was nice, room was a good size, bathroom was also large and had a soaking tub (which was my reason for booking) low lighting was appreciated. The cons: bed was VERY firm, carpets/lobby/elevators looked a tad shabby, while it was nice to have free breakfast it was a bit on the sad side.

We expected a room with a view or at least a balcony but that was not the case. In all the pictures, they were bathtubs but not in our room. The room was smaller than expected, and the elevator was excrucialty long. the breakfast was very limited and the bread was stale. The staff was very nice and understanding. They have very little room service options and there was no parking.. they make you pay 35$ per day for valet service or find a random spot on your own in a weird neighbourhood.. Overall not quite what we were expecting for this price...

This is a lovely dog friendly boutique hotel in a great location. It was our second time staying here. It is gorgeous but a few things could be improved (this shouldn't deter anyone from staying here though!): 1) the bar did not have any Quebec wine,not any Pinot Grigio or rose or baco noir... I opted for a gin & tonic. 2) a coffee machine in our rooms is a must! We brought our french press because we remembered this from last time. 3) the breakfast bar is really blah. I want a lovely fresh croissant in a hotel in downtown Montreal not a tiny dry thing. I suggest going for fewer options with higher quality. 4) the blinds aren't wide enough so sun cracks through at dawn

The staff were welcoming and accommodating when I arrived and valet service was reliable. Carpets greatly stained (huge bleach stains), issues with housekeeping not coming (room wasn’t cleaned even once during my stay despite multiple follow ups with staff), no follow up was provided when they said they would speak to the manager about it, the food from the restaurant (pizza) was very expensive, took over an hour to arrive, and was awful quality, almost inedible. I couldn’t finish it. I didn’t bother complaining because my other issues were ignored so I figured there would be no point. Hotel was in a nice location and was very secure at night. Would recommend the hotel with one caveat, that we booked this hotel specifically because it offered valet parking and it did not. We did not want to deal with parking in Montreal. We were not notified until we outreached the day before our arrival for instructions that it had been discontinued effective 9/1. The lack of communication was disappointing and having to deal with parking in a very limited and congested area was inconvenient. Had we known we may have chosen to move our accommodations.

We went to a show at L’Olympia and wanted a hotel in walkable distance. We loved the decor of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
