Struttura vecchia, camere piccole, non ci si gira, non c’è l’armadio, senza climatizzatore, magno piccolo con doccia aperta. L’unica cosa positiva la posizione vicino a Leidseplein e a tutti i servizi.

Hicimos check put un dia antes, las instalaciones terribles, asensor y pasadizos olian a cigarro, no tenia aire acondicionado, las sabanas duras. La verdad fue horrible la estadía y nos tuvimos que retirar y nos fuimos al Ed Hotel.

Nice people. Room very cramped and stained carpets. Elevator smelled like mildew. Apparently closing for major renovations soon and won't spend any money. Sad, as this wasn't cheap!

Second time at the Prinsen Hotel and would definitely recommend to other travelers. Just outside of the busy Leidsplein area, the surroundings are quiet and low-key. The day/night and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and, while small, contains everything you need to be comfortable. The outdoor seating area is very appreciated. I will definitely consider this hotel again when visiting the area.

We loved the location of this hotel. Unfortunately our room was so hot and it made for comfortable sleeping almost impossible. If we open the window there was little air flow and the street noise made it even more difficult to sleep. Oh well, we still loved our trip. But a small air conditioner would be ideal and the noise would help with the street noise.

El viajero ha sido mi hijo de 18 años y un amigo. El hotel está bien situado muy cerca de leidsplain y han estado muy a gusto. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, como es habitual en Amsterdam pero con camas muy cómodas y baño renovado muy correcto. Además tiene ascensor. Una opción con buena relacion calidad precio si encuentras la oferta adecuada.

Great location - very close to multiple tram/bus stations. Very easy walk to numerous clubs/cafes/restaurants and stores (including a grocery store). Quiet and safe little neighbourhood despite being so close to a bustling part of the city. Safe is super friendly and helpful. My room (solo traveller) was EXTREMELY small - however immaculately clean and comfortable. If I ever came back to Amsterdam, I would absolutely stay here again.

I gave this a low rating because there were lots of mosquitoes. Its not the hotels fault, i left the window open. However they were aware of the mosquitoes as other reviews say, and if they were aware they could have warned us. Floor and skirting a bit dirty, room had cobwebs and dust on the walls above the bed. Staff were friendly, location is beautiful. could just be a bit cleaner and it would be great

We stayed at the Prinsen for 3 nights. Even though the bedroom was very small, it was functional and clean. The staff were lovely. The location was superb! Would definitely stay here again

Hôtel très bien situé et très calme. Personnel très accueillant, mais la chambre était très petite et il n’y avait rien pour poser des vêtements et surtout pas la place de poser une valise. Le sol n’était pa propre et la Direction ayant décidé de ne faire le ménage que tous les trois jours, nous avons dû faire notre lit tous les jours. La salle de bain est agréable et bien équipée, mais la chambre n’est pas digne d’un trois étoiles.

Très satisfaite de ma réservation au Prinsen Hôtel ! L'emplacement du lieu est plus qu'idéal, surtout si on a prévu de visiter bon nombre de musées. Tout est très facilement accessible à pieds, et pour ceux préférant le tram, celui-ci se trouve à deux pas. La chambre double classique est fonctionnelle. Attention tout de même à éventuellement prévoir des boules quiès: les fenêtres sont bien insonorisées et la ruelle est plutôt calme, mais les cloisons sont très fines entre chaque chambre. Malgré les consignes de l'hôtel invitant les voyageurs à être vigilants sur le bruit à compter de 23h, certains voisins peuvent être bruyants et chaque conversation entendue ! Rien à redire sur les services proposés. C'est une adresse où je retournerai sans hésiter.

Hôtel bien situé, bon accueil. Chambre petite suffisante pour visiter. Par contre la chaleur dans la chambre lors qu il faisait 17 degré dehors et qu on avait laissé ouvert de 20h a minuit..... C est très désagréable ! La literie est de très mauvaise qualité et datée.

Very happy with our stay at this charming hotel, centrally located on a small quiet street just minutes from a bus stop of the airport bus (397). We didn't go to Amsterdam to spend a lot of time at the hotel, so the small rooms mentioned in several reviews were no problem at all for us. We found them cosy, clean and comfortable. Breakast was fine. Will book the same hotel again!

+ Bustop to airport just "round the corner" + Very helpful and polite staff + Close to museums and the beautiful Vondelpark + Bed was ok + Window can be opened - First room did not have a safetynox and tv did not work - Changed to the another room: shower leaked all day, floor nearby toilet also wet - sink was in the room and the toiletseat was close to the wall, too little room for feet - Toiletries still in three bottles and a soap. To save at leaat environment, there could have been a dispencer. The door by the lock had two holes like somebody had forcefully opened with a tool. To me this was below 3 stars. The room was quite ok, but both rooms bathrooms need quick renovation. Breakfast selection simple but good.

Very nice location of the hotel, in the city center, however it was in a street that was not very busy so perfect to rest since there is not much noise. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.

Good location but the hotel itself is quite dated. Small, stuffy room. Linens not too clean. Lousy breakfast. Staff was very nice. Not a good value for price paid.

Good breakfast option-a bit heavy on meat and cheese but that fits with other experiences in the Netherlands. That said, the offerings were good, including croissants (so much better than in the US).

Easy and friendly check-in. The room was clean, they gave me a room with a balcony and view which was a bonus and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend for a budget and well located hotel.
