We chose this property because it had a lift, it was out of order the 3 nights we stayed. Help requested to bring our luggage down on checkout ordered the night before as we are older people. unfortunately, it did not happen. tissues etc not replaced. good breakfast.

Lovely hotel in a great neighbourhood and walkable to the city centre and major attractions. The room was small but very comfortable and the service was wonderful. The only downside was that the elevator remained out of service for our 3-night stay, but things happen that are sometimes unavoidable. I would certainly consider staying here again.

The hotel is in a great location with many tram lines available to get to anywhere in the city. Be wary of a 4th floor room by the gym. We unfortunately heard everything from our room every day especially people running on the treadmill.

Great location, lovely hotel, very comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff. Bar closes at 10pm, so if you wanted a nightcap you need to be back early. Lovely hotel though.

The front desk was very friendly. The room was small. The cleaning service went in and changed the towels but did not clean the room or bathroom. We had to ask for more soap because the cleaning service hadn’t refilled the toiletries.

Leider ein vermutlich etwas unaufmerksamer Zimmerservice, nach dem Check-In habe ich ein benutztes Taschentuch unter dem Stuhl gefunden. Das wurde jedoch nach meinem Hinweis sofort korrigiert und das Zimmer nochmal ordentlich gereinigt, dafür bin ich dankbar. Im Treppenhaus hat es unangenehm gerochen. Das Zimmer hat leider einige Gebrauchsspuren an den Wänden gehabt, das war auch etwas schade...

Didnt like my stay that much. Had requested for change of bedsheet by placing the card on the pillow after the 1st nite as it wasnt very clean in the first place. It was obviously still not changed after service, just a simple make tje bed. Wont be staying here again for the price paid.

Some of the worst pillows I've ever had at a hotel. Did not sleep for 3 nights. Was also placed beside the staff storage room. Was woken up few times to staff opening and closing the door so loudly. Was not given another room to switch to. If you get room 811 or any of the surround rooms near the storage room, good luck. Would suggest looking other places

Första gången i Amsterdam och om man inte vet innan så betyder ”limited view” troligtvis att man har ett rum i källaren, det kom lite som en överraskning men behöver inte vara en dålig sak om man får ett bra rum. Bästa med hotellet är att det är väldigt nära till majoriteten av många sevärdheter! Rummet såg trevligt ut överlag men var lite damm uppe i taket och speciellt runt ventilationerna. Sängen var obekväm, ojämn och knarrade minsta lilla man rörde sig. Badrummet var fräscht men duschen skulle behöva lite kärlek då det läckte kallt vatten från takmunstycket, inget duschdraperi så mycket vatten sprids till majoriteten av badrumsgolvet och väldigt dålig ventilation speciellt efter man duschat.

The room was spacious and clean, but my room (#122) was a bit noisy because it was not only right across from the stairs and elevator, but the cleaning crew always parked their cart in front of my door. The common space is very pleasant.

This is my new go to in Amsterdam. The hotel is very convenient and has everything you need, robes in the rooms, coffee/fridge, a beautiful bathroom with. wonderful showerhead, the staff all very friendly. There is a bar and dining area for breakfast, and plenty of restaurants within. short walk.

Huge issues with hotel room keys not working each time we would come back to hotel, this happened daily sometimes 2x per day. We came after 10 pm one evening no one is at the service desk and we cannot get into room. We had to ring a bell 5 times to have someone assist us. We waited 30 minutes. They did not give us any compensation, just 2 bottles of water and a goodie bag that had nothing of use. Overall it was a nice hotel good location.

Quite like the hotel overall - descibe it as TIRED BOUTIQUE. There were shortcomings with the room. Morning tidy sloppy and variable; had to go steal teabags from dining roon twice. Described as a delux double; no it wasn't. TV looked ancient with indifferent options. Estimated 20 years old system. Just one armchair; but we are a couple. Had a debate with reception before anything was done and then the second chair was scruffy. We REARRANGED the space to make it work. THAT IS LOUSY SERVICE. Shower towels ... following day change twice, otherwise existing towels left hanging. Make decision, do they change towels, then do it propely. If towels are expected to do two days (or more) then provide a drying rail!!. And if they're going to do chocolate, do it properly. One miserable little bar between us is what we got twice across four nights. OVERALL RATING - Notting Hill nees to pull up its socks. If was writing a newspaper review (and I am a journalist) management would not like to read it

First of all, Graciella at the front desk is a wonderful ambassador for Notting Hill. She needs a promotion and a raise! The hotel is an easy walk to the museum district and close to dining options - not to mention about a block away from a tram stop so getting to/from the airport is a breeze.

A charming boutique hotel, easily connected by trams and metro to the main railway station. Very centrally located to the Albert Cuyp market, museum district and many amenities, with good restaurants, shops and supermarket a stone’s throw away. My daughter and I had a very pleasant stay here and would highly recommend it.

A quick train from Schiphol and Tram 4 to the hotel. Very doable and economical if you don’t want to Uber. Great staff and location. We walked everywhere. Room was spacious, with view of canal, close to Albert Cuypmarkt and a grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little hotel. Excellent service. Accommodated us for both an early check-in and late checkout. Breakfast started early enough and was great. My only advice is skip the canal view. There is definitely one but honestly not picturesque enough imho. Save the money and tack on the breakfast option.

I booked breakfast and as the time if it was not on the booking. I left the hotel at 7 and the breaker had not started. I ask for take away the day before when check in they said it to late. This was at Checkin time of 3pm. They daid to do before 12 midday. Impossible as I can’t check in to 3. I asked for a refund of the breakfast they said no
