What a lovely hotel, rooms are small but very well laid out, so they do not feel small and they are pristine and very modern. The restaurant serves lovely food and the staff were very helpful. I should highlight, that I actually messed up my booking and the staff were very kind and sorted it out even before I noticed the mistake and didn't even feel the need to highlight my error. The outside area is beautiful to sit out on for a coffee or food, located on one of the canals, and kitted out with lovely furniture. The only draw back I would mention is that it is about a half hour walk from the train station/city center, with no shuttle buses. This is not a problem at all when you are out sightseeing etc, but when you are dragging suitcases, it wasn't such an easy walk. On the plus side, you are never waiting anymore than 5 minutes for a ferry and they are running all the time (even through the night) and it is completely free. We will definitely be returning next year, thank you for a wonderful stay.
