Was a great stay. Only problem was pool not opened but was a good stay just the same.

Our toilet was stopped up first thing and all i was given was a plunger. The poolis very cold.

Friendly staff, free and easy parking, right off the I65, clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Xontinental breakfast with a waffle machine. Perfect one night stay while travelling.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and big. My only complaint with the room was the bathtub did not drain properly. So once you started showering it wouldn't take long before the water was up to your ankles. The free breakfast was alright. A few beverage options, cereal, biscuits with gravy, waffle maker, yogurt, and make your own oatmeal. Nothing super fancy, but it is free. Pool was eh. Warm and kind of small. Overall not a bad place to stay and i would stay again.

Elevator was broken. Room on 3rd floor. Hallways were dirty. Window sills had dead bugs and hair.

Elevator does not work and they have no food license for hot breakfast.They placed us on the 3rd floor we had an elderly couple staying with us and no elevator. These things would have been fine if they were noted in the description which they were not. Also would have been nice to have been emailed with the changes so that we were able to cancel. Instead they told us at check in and then offered to cancel our room for us. but it being spring break weekend there were very few rooms available anywhere. Also the restroom of the lobby was out of order.

My gf and I booked this hotel to swim. We later find out that the pool is closed due to something being broke. That was a big reason why we chose this hotel Breakfast was not good either Wish I could get a refund, but don’t know how

Hotel was pretty nice, very friendly front office clerk upon check-in. Room was very nice, maybe not cleaned in all corners, but the surface that you use were clean. Room was comfortable and had a sofa with coffee table. Hotel is a bit outdated, but seems well maintained. Fitness area is a bit old, but I could do what I wanted to do.

Very nice hotel. Good pricing, clean, quiet, easy check-in and check-out. Pool was a bit smaller than we had hoped, but the kids still had fun with it.

We walk in after 12 hours of driving, exhausted only to find that that the 3 story hotel's elevator was broken. The only rooms left available were on the 3 rd floor. So my 70 year old handicapped wife and I had to climb 3 stories with our luggage. The front desk guy saw us struggling with the stairs and did come to help my wife with her bags. When we got to the "limited" breakfast in the morning we noticed quite a few young military men coming to breakfast. I hope these younger men were on the top floor and not the first floor. If the elevator is out of operation...put the 25 year old on the top floor and the senior citizens on the first floor. Overall, lobby is nice, breakfast is limited and the overall condition is average at best.

The first thing we saw when walking in was a roach on the AC unit….and on the headboard of the bed. Then none of the surfaces looked to have been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was sticky stuff on the tables, on the dresser, on the floors…there were streaks of who knows what on the walls by the bed and in the bathroom. The couch had white spots on it…stains or just not cleaned, not sure. The remotes had no batteries. The guy at the desk was nice, and gave us some when asked, but they were the wrong size. The bed was comfortable, that’s the only positive I could give. The orange juice was like syrup, and the rest of the breakfast was disappointing to say the least. I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but this place was not it…at all. We felt dirty staying there and like we may pack home roaches with us. If it hadn’t been so late when we got there, we would have asked for a refund and went elsewhere.

The room smelled like paint, the trash cans were filty, paint was peeling in the shower, there was hair stuck to the side of the shower, there was food under the mattress, there were disposable hangers left behind from other guests, and the bathroom exhaust fan made horrendous squealing noises. If the entire city hadn't been booked I likely would have left.

Overall property was okay. But rooms in general were not super clean. Dead roaches laying in the hallways. We didn’t find any bugs in our room but another family left while we were staying because their room had a lot of them. Our blow dryer was burned up. And the iron leaks water really bad. In general the property needs a good deep cleaning.

The property ws ok but the rooms could use better cleaning. Bugs and hair in every corner of the bathroom. Toilet had a ring and ran must of the time. Bed was comfortable.

The first thing I noticed was a bunch of dirt and crumbs behind the bed tops and on the bathroom floors. The sheet came off a corner of the bed and the bed casing was disgusting! It had blood, food, burn holes, makeup, you name it and it was on there. I told the man at the front desk and he said he was by himself and could not leave the desk. I asked for a bed skirt and vacuum and I’d do it myself and was told there were no extra skirts. When we went to strip the beds to leave today there were BED BUGS in the sheets!!!!! That could have destroyed my home if I had not noticed and know to prep the items we brought before returning them to our home. I never complain, but man this was a very, very bad experience!

To stay one night as a stop for a road trip, it's fine. The room was wide and clean, same as the bathroom. It included breakfast, there weren't many options but there was enough to go with a full stomach. The need for maintenance was obvious: the room entrance light didn't work, the standing lamp wouldn't turn off, and the charging station next to the bed didn't work. Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work either.

Staff were terrific. Rooms smelled funny. We thought first had been smoked in but when we got to second we realized that’s just how they smell. Was a mix of musty and smoky smell.

TV internet connection was so terrible, we could not even watch. Other travelers in our group complained of dirty tub and stink bugs in their room. Breakfast was minimum and we ended up eating elsewhere.

We were on the first floor, near the pool. It was very noisy and once that noise died down, the room above us was even louder!

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but it had a mildew smell. My boyfriend had allergy issues and I had allergy/asthma issues the entire time. I know it was the room because my asthma would calm down within just a few minutes of leaving every time.

I had a great stay at this motel! The rooms were very clean and well maintained. It’s a nice and comfortable place overall. However, the Wi-Fi on the 3rd floor wasn’t consistent—it kept going on and off, which was a bit frustrating. Apart from that, everything else was excellent. I would still recommend this motel for a stay, especially if you don’t rely heavily on internet access.

The front desk was very helpful. But two lights at the entry of the room was not working, changed the bulb but was a faulty wiring. Beds had glitters on it and the bed sheet looked looked used. All over the chair there was some yellow color stuff which was hardened overtime. One of towel also had some hardened stuff.

Conveniently located for where I needed to be. Price wasn’t bad for one night. Didn’t sleep well because you could hear everyone in the halls.

Pool closed at 8:45, sign says 10pm. Had to wait for check in as desk person was on their cell phone.

Front desk was untrained and we’re on their phones desperately seeking help. Would spend more money to avoid this place

First poor experience we asked if we could check in early and she said they were sold out, did not understand English well. Finally she understood. Second housekeeping let themself into the room after we were check in - not safe. 3rd the smoke detector went off and maintenance not available so we were provided a ladder and battery to fix ourselves. 4th housekeeping entered our room a second time without permission while we were in the room, the housekeeping does not speak English and could not read the do not disturb sign. 5th power outage for 3 hours one of the day. 6th no hot water to take a shower, 7th woken up by the smoke detector again that was going off at 4 am, we finally just left early. Was very unhappy felt unsafe and was not enjoyable. They did not take our concerns seriously and offered us no refund for part of our stay to accommodate the MANY disturbances

Great stay! Staff were nice. Room was clean! Breakfast was good. We would give it 5 stars if we were not still waiting for our $109.19 deposit back after a month since our stay.

Upon arrival, my husband ran in to check us in and came back to the car to let me know they needed my ID. Walking in myself, I notice a funky smell in the waiting area. I walked up to the desk and the woman there looked at me, no greeting and didn’t say a word, but I proceeded to hand her my ID and then she asked my my credit card. She handed us our room key, but didn’t even tell us anything about the hotel or where our room was. After figuring it out ourselves, we get upstairs and on the hallway wall, there are spill stains. The room seemed fine, but we found a hair clip on the floor by the bed, so clearly they don’t clean thoroughly. Breakfast was okay, but didn’t have any eggs, meat, and the cereal was stale. Another time we were in the waiting area and a guy was on his phone when we approached asking for towels. We were going to be staying there again for the trip back to our house, but we were going to be late for check in, so we wanted to call early to let them know. After multiple calls over the span of a few hours, no one answered. We went ahead with just skipping staying there altogether and beelining it home. Mind you, it was another 5 hours back to our place and I would have rather done that then stay there again. I don’t understand the good reviews either. My standards are reasonable but I expected much better.

Plenty of Food Options within walking distance of Hotel. Multiple hotels right beside eachother, this is definitely the Top Dog of all of them. Would definitely stay again!

Room was very clean, affordable, checkin was quick and easy, easy access right off the expressway. Staff was friendly. Only compliant was the fan in bathroom didnt work. We only stayed there to sleep on our way home from Florida and didnt give them an opportunity to fix it or offer a new room. They also offered a nice breakfast with waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, toast, coffee and juice.

The room smelt like smoke. There was hair all over the bathroom which was clean expect the hair in the tub and on the floor. There were ants in the breakfast room doing breakfast. The lady we got towels from was rude and spoke unpleasant until I asked for her name. There was never anybody at the front desk. I was there for three days and decided to not ask for any more towels because she was trying to charge my room for towels because we asked for enough for the whole stay because we did not want room service. We drove there for my niece AAU tournament.

We heard a group in the third floor that were making a lot of noise until 2 in the morning. The breakfast was not very good and the coffe was not good

Conveniently located just off the highway, great for weary travellers. Staff is (mostly) friendly. Breakfast left a lot to be desired - they could easily add some scrambled eggs and bacon. Instead the choices are yogurt, waffles, biscuits & gravy, cereal and toast. Not a bit of protein.

Average hotel just south of city limits of Louisville, KY. The check in process was great. The staff was very clear about their deposit hold policy and it was also posted on a placard at the counter. The room was updated with new fixtures and paint. The bed was not terribly comfy for my liking, but it was perfectly acceptable for our two-night stay. Morning breakfast option was dismal. I'd much prefer hotels not offer a breakfast unless it is in line with what Drury or Holiday Inn provide. Setting out cold, stale, unpackaged pastries are not what I envision for a continental breakfast. The space was quiet and comfy and provided met our basic-need expectations.

Very clean and quiet. Plenty of options for gas/convenience stores and restaurants. Friendly staff, very good (free) breakfast (hot biscuits and gravy), easy access and plenty of parking. I would stay here again!!
