Baymont by Wyndham Louisville South I 65

Parking was convenient , rooms were disgusting. Bedding was dirty. Shower cut my foot with the huge crack in the tub. Staff was rude. Ac didn’t work at all. Barely slept any. I’d like my money back.

I booked a room for 2 nights thru hotels.com Used this hotel because it was pet friendly. I drove 4 hours to get there at around 11:00 at night. When I went to check in they informed me they didn't have any pet rooms. Nowhere on the website does it say they have certain rooms for pets. Nor does the app let you specify a pet room. So I was stranded in Louisville till 7:00 the next morning till I finally find a hotel by myself not with this app that would let me check in early so I can get some sleep. So I will not be using this app or staying at a Baymont hotel ever need a side help me in any way that was helpful. But in the end hats off to quality inn because they help me. Unlike this app or the Baymont hotel do not recommend zero Stars

It was supposed to be 100% non smoking , which it wasnt. Everytime we came back to our room, it smelled as if ssomeone was in our room smoking weed. Got locked out of our room for 2 1/2 hours. They could ev3n get the mastwr key to unlock our door. Had to call the maintenance man backnin another 45 min wait. Just was not with this hotel.
