Clean comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. We opted to include breakfast and it was good value, buffet style with a good wide selection. The hotel is super handy to Takanawa Gateway station, very walkable with luggage and Shinagawa station is also handy though a bit further of a walk. The hotel has a happy hour in the evening from 5pm with free drinks and snacks in the bar area, this was a nice way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing! Lastly we found it very quiet in our room, didn’t hear anything from other rooms at night etc.

The staff was friendly and efficient when checking in. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities you needed. The shower room was nice in that the bathtub and shower were separate so you could take a shower and then soak up in the bath after. We appreciated the staff to accept our luggage beforehand and after checking out. The free soft drinks/coffee/tea and crackers/donuts between 5pm to 9pm was a nice treat! The only downside is that it is not a 6 minute walking distance to Shinagawa station. It actually took more than 10 minutes to get from Shinagawa to the hotel. It also took 10 minutes to get to the closest subway station to get to other parts of Tokyo. So please keep this in mind when booking this hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Cannot comment on breakfast since I did not have any. Excellent room and service, staff were fantastic and very helpful. Washer and dryer combo is limited and always in use, alternate laundromats is abut 1km away. Amenities are top however location has limited things to do in the immediate area, not a problem if you’re happy to catch the train here n there.

Amazing hotel, the room was clean and had a lovely view. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was perfectly manageable and the bathroom was really nice. The staff were lovely, they also offer complimentary drinks and snacks each evening. The facilities are great, there is a washing machine, vending machine and microwave on the ground floor. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the nearest station.

This is a clean modern hotel with typical Tokyo sized rooms. The room is cleverly designed and offer more storage space than expected. The location is in a commercial district but the new Takanawa Gateway mall is fantastic. Service was excellent and every member of the team have been helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The room and bathroom are so clean and fresh. I appreciated the amenities, especially the wash towels. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Everything was spotless. The staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. The breakfast and lounge area is very nice. I appreciated that the hotel allowed us to store luggage between checkout and going to airport. It is very conveniently located near subway and two train stations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice new business hotel 5 minutes walk from Shinagawa Station. Room size is just a little bit above Tokyo standard. The king size bed is comfy but one side is against the wall. Bathroom is big, well equipped with a nice shower/tub cabin.

Booked a Deluxe King room and whilst we appreciate all Tokyo rooms are small, we really struggled to managed with two suitcases in this room. I dread to think what the non deluxe rooms are like. The soundproofing was also non existent, we could hear talking outside and all road noise despite being on the 6th floor. This coupled with the awful pillows meant that we struggled to sleep in this hotel.

Staff was great. They helped us with our luggage transfer. Hotel is on the main road so you do hear cars/motorcycles. If you're a light sleeper, might not be the place to stay. Hotel is close to several different metro stations, in walking distance so that was great. Rooms were on the smaller side. Not much room for two people with multiple suitcases. Bed was comfie. Water pressure great!

The staff was very helpful when we had questions about transportation via taxi, subway and luggage transfer. The first day it was raining hard and they offered all 4 of us umbrellas without us asking. The staff is thoughtful and kind.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. With the new Takanawa Gateway station open and directly across the street you have a gorgeous new station that's not too busy only a couple of minute walk away. Shinagawa is about a 12 min walk but insanely busy, still convenient if you need the Shinkansen. Lawson convenience store just a couple minute walk as well. Hotel buffet is fresh and good, but mostly the same food every day and quite a bit higher priced than many other hotels. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is well kept. The room itself was VERY small for the money, it would be okay if you only had small luggage. But there was barely enough room to scoot through beside the bed and only on one side. You cannot access both sides of the bed. The bathroom was roomy with super fancy hairdryer and generous toiletries. I would stay here again simply for the location, but probably skip doing the buffet everyday and just get it once or twice.

Area is quiet. Clean and modern hotel. Rooms cleaned daily. Staff efficient and attentive. Free coffee and drinks and pastries afternoon til 10:00 pm which is welcome after a long day out. Around 15 minutes walk from Shinagawa Station to the hotel. The train from Takanawa Gateway just across the hotel is 4 stops to Ginza. Not too many options for restaurants around the hotel. You will need to walk to the station for more food choices or take the train to other places in Tokyo for shopping and restaurants.

Right opposite Takanawa Gateway which is a new and fancy train station and shopping centre. Everything in great condition, room spacious - especially for Tokyo. The area is heavily under construction though, and it's not really in the centre of the busy city if that's what you're after (we've been to Tokyo so many times it wasn't a bother for us).

Lovely hotel which felt pretty new. It has a lot of useful transport links, especially the Tanakwa Gateway station which is new and quiet. There is a Lawson nearby too and also food options around if needed. Breakfast was ok, not sure it’s fully worth the money but it’s convenient. Room was a good size and the bed was huge and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and the views over to the rainbow bridge were a nice perk.

It was an easy walk away from the nearest train station and check in was super easy. The rooms were very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bath was amazing for my tired feet. You do get a city view in the upstairs rooms but there's construction going on which takes away from the magic. Still, I'd say the only real downside was getting the breakfast included option (which cost a little more) and it wasn't very good. Mostly it was cold side dishes, a small cold sandwich, and basic drinks. Also there's not many affordable dining options nearby so you would need to take a train to an area with more options. We went to Tokyo station from here and it was perfect. I'd stay here again because it's a nice comfy hotel, but I wouldn't pay for the breakfast option.
