Penn's View Hotel Philadelphia

Great location. Helpful staff.

Parking was fine; the attendant was very helpful. Hotel was great! Clean and attractive. Everything we wanted to do/see was in walking distance. Panorama Restaurant/Bar expensive.

The staff was very accomodating and our room was nicely appointed. We didn't want a room facing the street because the highway is adjacent and is noisy. There seemed to be decent soundproofing to help with the noise from traffic, or hearing other guests. Location is good, many shops and restaurants nearby. There is good public transportation very close. We would stay here again!

Staff were very helpful. Good coffee and muffins served in the lobby were much appreciated. Would stay here again.

The restaurant doesn’t open until 5. The room we stayed in was small but nice. There was only scalding hot water in the sink and shower. You can hear everything outside your room. The refrigerator and ac unit made noise all night. There is valet parking but isn’t noticeable so parking in the lot next door is probably a better bet. The parking lot next door however is not attended all night so you can’t get your car out early without making prior arrangements.
