I am very upset. When we went to bed we started itching all over. We couldn’t fall asleep from being itching. Two days after I woke up with a rash all over my face. The hotel was infested with bed bugs!! I think I should get my money back!!

One if the tvs didnt work. No outlets in main room to even charge phone. Microwave didn’t have a connection to plug in. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Beautiful hotel but a little cleaning would help to gain more stars, Thanks to Alejandro that make it easy our stay and super helpful.

Really bad customer service from the beginning. I had requested 2 rooms with a door between us since I was going with my family. When I called to make the reservation I was told they made sure to leave to notes so when we check in they knew. I called the day before check in just to make sure everything was still good the lady on the phone said yes just make sure to arrive by 3pm so you can get those rooms and we did. Upon arrival I went to register and the guy at the front just told me to have a seat I even mentioned about the two rooms with the door in between and he said yes no worries I will let you know when it’s ready. We were just waiting in the lobby when we noticed a lot of people started to arrive and checking in immediately. So after about 30min after him not call us over I went to him and he said I can go ahead and register you now. I asked him before are the rooms going to be how I asked he said yes don’t worry so then I proceeded to checking in. Once everything was complete we went to the rooms just to find out the were across from each other. I went to complain but the guy said he did not have any rooms available like that which they did because we saw when a lady had just finished cleaning 2 of them. And that night we noticed more then 10 people in one room so I reported that after and they did not do anything about it. They were being so loud all night. Horrible place to stay!!
