Our stay at this property was frustrating. To begin with, the room smelled unpleasant. The house was filled with dust, from the curtains to the table. This caused us to sneeze all night from having to breathe it all. In addition, most of the kitchen utensils were dirty and greasy, and there was no sponge to clean them. The indoor pool was disgusting, green, and apparently hadn't been cleaned for a long time. It's sad to pay your money and not even receive a clean place to sleep because even the pillows were dirty. A totally disappointing stay.

Property check in office was located miles from the property. Property address was at 21st avenue south and check in/out was 35th avenue north! The front desk at property was locked and cluttered with boxes and other stuff. We were Not told that room key had to be used Everywhere in the building or that parking lot was across the street. I am physically limited and have handicap access permit. There were 4 spots in front of building only and always full. Elevator was out of service when we arrived so we had to wait to go up. Room was reasonably clean but could do with a deep clean. Fridge door was rusted and dented and it did not fit properly in the space it was in so the door wouldn’t open all the way. The sofa and chair had a few small stains but was comfortable. The bed was very nice and comfortable. The bath was very nice and clean. The balcony was perfect and so was view. The pool area and restaurant was perfect. We had a pizza there that was delicious. Beach just a few steps away and lifeguard was there as well. Overall good stay but we will not stay again because of lack of handicap parking and inconvenience of checking in and out. We were required to drive back to check out and deliver the key. We left a day early

I did like the tiki bar , pools and Jacuzzis , beach access and inside pizza Grill bar- the front desk was very helpful and nice my particular room could use some updates cabinets and bedding. Although it was a very nice stay.

The swimming pools were all very clean and the areas around them were also very clean. Loungers were nice. The large eye on the stove didn't work and the tile floor was slippery. overall it was a nice stay and I would book this condo again.

The rooms was very nice the bed was comfortable and they have options downstairs such as an indoor and outdoor pool and a tiki bar and a cafe and the best pizza restaurant connected. We stayed on the top 10th floor had an amazing ocean front view. They provide dishes so it was easy to cook inside. And the couch folded into another bed I loved it and I definitely will be going back it was very nice

Our door lock was broken upon arrival. It REEKED of cigarette smoke. The room was dirty. There was a children's juice box sitting right on the couch when we walked in. There was someone else's hair in the kitchen sink. The check in office is located almost 15 minutes away so we called all the different numbers listed and no one picked up, so we had to drive all the way back to the office to have them address the problems. We tried asking for a different room due to the issues but immediately was told no without even given a chance to be heard. The man at the desk just walked away from us from in the middle of talking and told us he'd send a locksmith and a re-clean service. The lock was fixed, but no one ever came to re-clean. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, hard as a rock and super noisy. The couch had stains on it and looked very dirty/old/worn. Wouldn't stay again.

The condo was beautiful & very clean! We loved the view from the balcony. I stayed with a friend for a long weekend & we had so much fun. Resort offers a lot of entertainment & has good drinks & a decent pizza place. Probably one of the nicer places I’ve stayed in Myrtle. Got it at a really great price too with Expedia.

After receiving confirmation that our room was ready and arriving, we found that the living room hide-a-bed was not folded back into the couch due to the bed folding mechanism was broken. We were not able to relax and enjoy the living room space do to the couch bed being out and the couch cushions piled on top of the bed. The couch was not fixed until after the 3rd day of our 4 night stay. We were able to use the living room space on our last day. Additionally the dining table and TV table was dirty and smeared. The bathroom countertop was dirty with fake eyelashes on the counter. The kitchen stovetop was dirty and two of the burners were disconnected and not able to reconnect. I spent several hours of our vacation on the phone, during the first night and next two days with Elliott properties to remedy the issues. Elliott Properties asked if a reclean was completed with me explaining that housekeeping did not return. We cleaned the space our self. I have requested some sort of compensation due to the poor conditions with not response from Elliott Properties or the Condo owner. I do not recommend that anyone use this location for their vacation.

There are many units at this property. I can only speak on the one I stayed in. The couches were really old and faded and had stains all over them. We had to pit sheets on them to even sit on them. The patio furniture outside was dirty as well. The place was dusty, the coffee pot was nasty, the bathrooms had some cleanliness issues. In the main bedroom the headboards were coming out of wall. The extra linens were just thrown in a closet, which made think they were dirty. They don't provide trash bags so bring some. The common areas of the hotel were clean and nice. There is a pizza joint attached to hotel. Parking is across the street which you don't find out until after you book. Overall won't be staying at the place again. If there is no way of knowing if you will get a crappy unit like I did or not. I did contact the management company and they were going to send a cleaner out but how would you clean the couches? I asked about switching units and they didn't even acknowledge I asked. Elliot beach rentals is the company who manages at least this one unit.

The property was not cleaned. The pull out bed was broke and they never came to fix it and it was uncomfortable to sleep in. I sent pictures of the nasty sheets to the email and they brought some new sheets. Worse experience. I should’ve gotten a partial refund. Nobody ever followed up.

The room itself was filthy when we arrived, we were basically confined to the one bed the entire time, even though we paid for a suite. The other bed had brown streaks and a massive white blotch in the middle so we didn’t even touch it, the couches had boogers all over them and the table in the dining area also had brown stains and streaks all over it. I tried to call the office twice regarding the cleanliness but it just kept ringing so I gave up. The process of getting into your room is also inconvenient, we spent a lot of time fiddling with the key pad and lock. For the price you’d expect a lot nicer of a room, but it was severely lacking. Only one TV worked as well. We felt very unsafe as well during our stay, lots of people yelling outside our door and slamming things around nearby. The morning we left we also heard what we thought were gunshots, at 5am. They didn’t sound like fireworks. As I was cleaning that morning as well I saw a roach crawling over the top part of the door. The downstairs and common areas were very nice but that’s about it. Definitely will not be staying again, I’d rather spend more and not have to deal with all of that.

The only reason for the property was that it was here, but it was damaged, and I contacted them to fix it, but they never came. So I had to sleep with my roommate. My other roommate had to sleep on the floor because he didn't have anywhere to sleep, because the sofa bed was broken.

Nice apartment, but we had issue with air conditioner in the living room, wasn’t working properly and we had a problem with door locker, we couldn’t lock the door a few times. Check in was easy, although it was a good but away from the hotel. I wish there was more transparency about parking. You have to park in a garage across the street. Not a big deal, but inconvenient when its not stated on the website. Our room wasnt ready for check-in. I jever received a text it was ready so we showed up and they were still cleaning. We had to wait 30 minutes. Although the room was cleaned well, the beds werent made. I had to put the fitted sheets on the bed. Overall the stay was good. Good location, great pool.

The pool area and restaurant was perfect. We had a pizza there that was delicious. Beach just a few steps away and lifeguard was there as well. Overall good stay but we will not stay again because of lack of handicap parking and inconvenience of checking in and out. We were required to drive back to check out and deliver the key. We left a day early

This property is located in a good location. Quiet & relaxing. What i extremely didn't like was the fact the description states parking located across street. That would have been fine but it's across the street and a block away.

We enjoyed the Libido bar outside and friendly staff at the bar. We never saw anyone that works at the hotel and even tried to go to the front office on Sat and both doors were locked and the guy just looked at us. It was a clean environment.

Property check in office was located miles from the property. Property address was at 21st avenue south and check in/out was 35th avenue north! The front desk at property was locked and cluttered with boxes and other stuff. We were Not told that room key had to be used Everywhere in the building or that parking lot was across the street. I am physically limited and have handicap access permit. There were 4 spots in front of building only and always full. Elevator was out of service when we arrived so we had to wait to go up. Room was reasonably clean but could do with a deep clean. Fridge door was rusted and dented and it did not fit properly in the space it was in so the door wouldn’t open all the way. The sofa and chair had a few small stains but was comfortable. The bed was very nice and comfortable. The bath was very nice and clean. The balcony was perfect and so was view. The pool area and restaurant was perfect. We had a pizza there that was delicious. Beach just a few steps away and lifeguard was there as well. I did like the tiki bar , pools and Jacuzzis , beach access and inside pizza Grill bar- the front desk was very helpful and nice my particular room could use some updates cabinets and bedding. Although it was a very nice stay.

The rooms was very nice the bed was comfortable and they have options downstairs such as an indoor and outdoor pool and a tiki bar and a cafe and the best pizza restaurant connected. We stayed on the top 10th floor had an amazing ocean front view. They provide dishes so it was easy to cook inside. And the couch folded into another bed I loved it and I definitely will be going back it was very nice

Room that I was needing so more attention with cleaning,doors are little bit hard to open or close, bed was comfortable,maybe better detergent on the bed covers those have some kind of smell like poor detergent,fridge and stove little bit older they work good just don’t look the best.a nice pool was close. Good food

The property itself is fine - security on site, multiple pools, friendly bartender and music playing at the pool bar, fast elevators, steps away from the beach, locked parking garage for guests only, pizza place attached, etc. The room - not so much. Our door lock was broken upon arrival. It REEKED of cigarette smoke. The room was dirty. There was a children's juice box sitting right on the couch when we walked in. There was someone else's hair in the kitchen sink. The check in office is located almost 15 minutes away so we called all the different numbers listed and no one picked up, so we had to drive all the way back to the office to have them address the problems. We tried asking for a different room due to the issues but immediately was told no without even given a chance to be heard. The man at the desk just walked away from us from in the middle of talking and told us he'd send a locksmith and a re-clean service. The lock was fixed, but no one ever came to re-clean. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, hard as a rock and super noisy. The couch had stains on it and looked very dirty/old/worn. Wouldn't stay again.

The condo was beautiful & very clean! We loved the view from the balcony. I stayed with a friend for a long weekend & we had so much fun. Resort offers a lot of entertainment & has good drinks & a decent pizza place. Probably one of the nicer places I’ve stayed in Myrtle. Got it at a really great price too with Expedia.
