Staff was helpful in ensuring my needs were met when I had to stay due to a missed connection at the airport and no luggage. Shuttle in the morning was prompt and friendly. Breakfast attendant was very attentive as well. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and hospitable.

Very frustrated with the $15. parking fee. Yes, it was on the website BUT it was not obviously stated and was not included in the total cost of the room, which I had paid, in full, prior to arriving at the hotel. That, in and of itself, was a “good time” killer…not because of the $15 but because of the principle of the charge. It felt incredibly “under handed/deceitful. We travel a lot and have NEVER been charged a parking fee, except in Hawaii and we, both, know your hotel is NOT the same category as those found in Hawaii!! Sad…

I was disappointed in the parking. Hotel did not have a lot and had to pay $15 to park quite a distance away. Initially we were told we could only purchase one parking pass per room. I had my sisters coming in from many different areas. After some discussion we were told we could get one more pass. For this reason this hotel will not be convenient for future sister gatherings.

Our room was nice & clean, bed was comfortable & nice shower. However, parking was $15 a nite & shared with another large hotel & a mall, breakfast was pathetic-runny scrambled eggs…. Waffles was best they had. The swimming pool was actually size of large hot tub & only 8 people could be in pool at a time.

Clean, modern and efficient facility and rooms. Continental breakfast was great with hot and cold options. You must pay to park. MOA was short drive and outlet mall is located adjacent to hotel. Pool was great, but very small (8 person capacity) and you need to ask front desk to use. My 6 year old enjoyed the pool that we mostly hd to ourselves. Overall a great sty!

Beautiful hotel inside and out. $15 parking per day but can't complain too much about it since outlet mall is literally walking distance away. Shopping stores are literally right there which is convenient. Rooms were so nice and clean. We had the 2 queens suite with double sofa bed. Was traveling with family of 6. Swimming pool is smaller compared to other hotel pools. Keycard access to the pool. Friendly employees who greeted us right away and had nice conversations with.

Everyone was wonderful. Room was plenty big enough and very clean. Only frustrating thing is pool was not open but could go across to the other hotel. I wish they would’ve notified us before our stay.

Staff at Che king was friendly. The pool was very small and VERY DIRTY Hair in the drain all around the pool when walking 20 plastic cups in bottom of pool Whole pool area not taken care of. Floor was dangerous slippery

It’s a newer hotel which is nice. Breakfast was nothing special. I would have liked a hot tub and not just a pool. It was pretty clean, something on the carpet in my room but the carpet is dark so probably over looked.

Nice newer hotel in quiet area with Outlet right next door. Room was clean, comfortable and hotel was quiet. My complaints would be that I could hear the sound of running water all night long by my room. I don't know what it was from but it kind of kept me awake. My other dissatisfaction is that I had to pay for parking, when I was looking at this hotel for booking I must've interpreted the parking fee wrong, so maybe that needs to be looked into and reworded on the site because I would've booked a hotel that does not charge a fee to park my car instead. I'm surprised your hotel doesn't have lights in the hallways that are motioned censored to turn on when guests walk down the hall to save electricity.

I did not like how check in went the bed was terrible for me my wife didn’t mind it. I’m 250 lbs she’s 130 lbs the beds also we’re not queen beds they were doubles which makes for a tight fit. When you order two queen sized beds they should be queens not doubles.

The air conditioner in my room wasn't working, it was 78 degrees in the room. I mentioned this to the front desk staff member and his reaction suggested that this was a recurring problem. With no maintenance staff onsite the air conditioner was still not working when I returned from dinner. I finally fixed it myself by manipulating buttons under a sticker on the wall mounted unit.

After arriving late at night (1 AM) it took over 30 minutes to finally get a front desk worker to let us in. No one answered the phones when we called as instructed. After finally checking in, we were sent to a room where the door literally would not open. In total, it took us almost an hour to finally get into a room. When I called to discuss this with the general manager, I was told they have an ongoing problem where the front desk worker cannot be contacted in parts of the building, they have structural issues with the building preventing some of the doors from opening properly, and there was nothing she could do to compensate me for having to wait an hour to get checked in. While she offered a “discounted rate” for a future stay at THAT hotel, it does me no good since I am only traveling through the area. This was NOT a satisfactory stay by any means.

I told the person at the front desk, I already paid for the room, he still took my card and charged me for the room and incidentals. I am not sure how your network is set up, but I’m pretty sure it shows you if I paid for the room or not already.

It was nice to be so close to the outlets for shopping. only 15min away form the Mall of America. I didn't like that I had to pay $15 a night to park. But, over all it was a nice hotel.

I have stayed here many times, but have not been back in about a year. Saturday morning my daughter and I had to be at an event and were counting on breakfast at 7am. Got down to the breakfast are at 7:05 and NO BREAKFAST! Apparently their Breakfast person had not shown up - you have no Plan B for when this happens? Parking used to be 10.00 per night - has now gone up to 15.00 per night AND available parking was far away from the building. My guess is they now allow for airport parking and run a shuttle to the airport which is fine, but wouldn't it be better customer service to your overnight guests to allow them to park closer to your building? I will be coming to this area a lot in the future and will definitely be looking for a more accommodating place to stay.

There was no internet at the hotel and staff said it had not been working for a week. The oatmeal for breakfast had more water in it than oatmeal on one morning and the second day it was less watery but still not as good as it should be. It’s hard not to be able to provide oatmeal that is not done properly!!

Continental Breakfast was terrible. The first morning all the food was empty. The second morning breakfast wasn't ready until close to 8:30a when the sign stated continental breakfast from 7a-10a. I asked the front desk abouwhen the breakfast would be ready and she said the worker was about 10 min
