Villa Panthéon

This was a very disappointing stay. The elevator didn't work, the sink in the bathroom didn't drain, the phone in the room didn't work, only one plug in the room and very few channels on the TV. Also, I wanted to pay at the property and they charged me when I booked through Expedia. I called them and never received an answer. When I checked in, I explained it all to them and they didn't help at all. Would not stay here again.

Villa Pantheon in Paris 1. Didn’t like… 2. Bar area was never open therefore wasted space for consumers and guests. Almost like staffing discouraged extra work for themselves. And, masking the seating and amenities such as soft drinks, coffee, cocktails, and snacks. Seating was plenty inside and just outside the hotel but always vacant causing non working motions by staff and inadequate pathways to various drink’s although available at the hotel. 3. Coffee was horrible. Fourth visit to Paris worst coffee in Paris. 4. No creamer or milk available for coffee. 5. Older guy was a smart allec 6. Rate at three stars 7. Don’t expect to there again 8. Location. 9. Room located in courtyard was isolated in a way. 10. I felt like employ named Ten (his name) Tricked us into accepting this courtyard room (at least how I felt based on what felt like manipulation and social engineering (like a sleazy car salesman)). 11. I responded honestly to Expedia about our check in experience and Expedia responded back they would email the hotel. Opposed to addressing the issues the hotel became petty, manipulative, and mean to me on every encounter. 12. Constant cigarette smoking outside our room. Could smell smoke in our courtyard room. 13. Court yard was a constant gathering area w noisy people. 14. Hotel allowed smoking immediately outside the front door constantly breathing second hand smoke. 15. Treated disrespectfully last morning of a 11 night stay after asking for another coffee cup and cre

Room was ready early, stored luggage last day. Breakfast room and guest room was so hot. Only one window, and noise in mornings when window open. Not sure if they ever have A/C like most hotels in region.

Nice room overlooking the street. Area is beautiful with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is difficult to find and expensive. Bar in hotel is permanently closed and court yard looks nothing like the photos, very basic.

The parking situation, although it’s common in that area, is difficult. The staff is awesome, friendly, supportive, knowledgeable.

Very kind staff. The only issue was the elevator was damaged for a day. However, they changed us to a lower room

Mini bar had minimal options. Water not provided daily. Bar was only open 6-10pm Furniture and furnishings were all in aged and in worn condition in rooms and in the lobby. Staff was friendly. The location was good!

Excellent location, the staff were so very caring and helpful. We felt so sorry for them as there was an issue with the boiler meaning water was only tepid in rooms. We have been provided with a reimbursement. I always think that things can go wrong, but it is how the problem is dealt with that counts and this was done so with care.

Great location, just a two minute walk from a line 10 metro station. The staff were quick and friendly at check in. The deluxe room we stayed in was somewhat dated but spotlessly clean and included a king size bed. The room is big but much of the space is ‘dead’ space that adds nothing to the comfort on offer. Most of the fixtures and fittings are old but solid and the windows do a good job of shutting out noise from the road below. Breakfast is typical continental and coffee is self serve from a very good machine. The areas around the hotel are home to endless choices of bars and restaurants, although the hotel bar was closed the entirety of our three night stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to stay there again on future visits to Paris.

立地はとても良い。地下鉄に近く便利。近くに多くのレストランがあり、Wifiも問題ない。朝食もおいしい。カードKeyというのも便利。部屋は清潔に保たれている。設備は概ねよいが、10月の寒い日に「部屋に暖房が欲しい」と伝えたが、「部屋の気温は17度はあるだろう。暖房を入れるのは12月からだ」と断られたが、ロビーにはほのかに暖房が入っていた。室温17℃というのは暖かい場所から来た旅行者には寒いだろう。季節によっては個々の部屋を自分が快適に過ごせる気温に保つのはこのホテルでは難しいかもしれない。

The Hotel was dirty, old and not what you expect of a 4* Hotel. Hairs on beds, dirty corners.

Le personnel était très accueillant, gentil et souriant. Par contre, l'hôtel a besoin d'être rafraichi car il y avait bcp d'irritants: serviettes défraichis, pas de prise dans la salle de bain, une seule prise dans la chambre (avec les produits électroniques que nous devons brancher la nuit ce n'est pas évident), des tâches indélébiles sur le plancher qui donnent une impression de saleté, le petit-déjeuner assez limité, la chambre donnait sur la rue des Écoles et c'était parfois bruyant, pas assez de services, mini bar pas assez fourni, etc. Il manquait des éléments pour qu'on se sente bien et chez soi.

Slitet hotell Slitna rum men lite fuktfläckar här och var. Extremt lyhört både mellan rum och våningar. Städningen var sådär. Dock trevlig personal, vi sov gott. Men hotellet hade mått bra av lite renoveringar och kärlek.

When I arrived, my first impression of the hotel was the staff watching me struggle with two large suitcases as I tried to get through their revolving door. When I opened the door to my room, the first thing that hit me was a sewage smell. Strong enough to notice every time I returned but mild enough to get used to once you've been in the space for a bit. Finding an outlet within the room to charge devices was difficult. I ended up unplugging the television. The shower head was broken and dribbled water rather than spraying it. The location was the redeemable aspect of this stay. It is easily within walking distance to many sites and restaurants.

Very good area, a very impressive lobby and the room, although small (it’s Paris, after all!) was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very kind and attentive. We will return!

They need to update the restrooms furniture and the toilet didn't work properly and the carpet in the hallway smells bad.

Leider entsprach das Haus nicht ganz unseren, von den Fotos ausgehenden Erwartungen. Buchten insgesamt 4 Zimmer "Deluxe", die sich als sehr unterschiedlich erwiesen (Größe, Anordnung, Licht, usw.) Möblage abgewohnt. Das Zimmerservice nicht 4*würdig (Duschassecoires, Hand-/Badetücher nicht gewechselt u.ä.). Positiv: Sauberkeit ok. Kaputte Lampen nicht zeitnah repariert. So war unser 5-täg Aufenthalt etwas getrübt

Perfect location near the Pantheon and Sorbonne. The hotel is a little run down but the staff is very helpful and our room was large by Paris standards.

We had a nice enough stay. The hotel is a bit dated and the older windows let a lot of outside noise in but the location couldn’t be better.

The hotel room was very dated and the wallpaper was faded and had stains. There was only 1 plug on one side of the bed. Also, the hand held shower fitting was broken so it did not stay upright. The safe was not working which they did fix after 2 reminders. The hotel was not inexpensive.

This is a typical Paris Hotel, old and with a lot of character. It has a very friendly staff and a warm welcome every time we came through the door. We have stayed there a number of times and found the location ideal, with many places within walking distance. Though nearly 80 we did walk a lot and the location was perfect. Like any old building it has old electric points that are nor enough now for charging phones and laptops, but this can be ignored too.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Our room was large room 405, 2 windows and balconies, comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. Ten at reception was so helpful, he is the reason I gave the hotel a five star (other staff also were great). Restaurants and train stations were close to the hotel, there are 2 laundromats within 300m from hotel and an award winning croissant bakery just down the street/hill ‘La Maison d’Isabelle’ (170m). My only complaint would be the in-room coffee machine, it just did not heat the water to what we are accustomed, but not a deal breaker.

Stilig og sjarmerende hotell, rent, fint nabolag. Fem minutter til metro og ti minutter til Notre Dame. To ting trekker ned fra fem stjerner; det er veldig lytt mellom rom og etasjer, og sengene er de hardeste jeg har sovet i på flere tiår.

Excellent location and comfortable beds. There were some pigeons in the courtyard which could be loud in the morning and the hotel could invest in some actual blackout curtains

Excellent location - St Michel and Mutualite Maubert 8 and 5 minute walk respectively. Staff helpful and courteous - reported an issue with one of the amenities in the room and it was replaced immediately.

Todo increíble, definitivamente volveríamos mi novia y yo sin dudarlo, ademas el recepcionista muy amable, nos dejó hacer el checkin antes de la hora marcada y nos hizo el favor de guardar nuestras maletas mientras preparaban la habitación para nosotros poder salir a turistear. Súper recomendable este hotel.

Nice hotel. Staff and check in was great. They allowed us to store luggage before check in while went went to eat. Hired a reliable taxi service for a ride to the airport. Very satisfying experience

I had a wonderful stay. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and were very helpful. I had the pleasure of practicing my French with a the lovely gentlemen at the front desk, (Amelien and Vincent). Both very encouraging.

The staff was extremely helpful! We accidentally left our coats in the closet. They mailed them to our location for the next leg of our trip. We were so thankful!

Villa Pantheon is our go-to place in Paris. Location, of course, is excellent, but it's the staff that sets it apart. Always friendly, efficient and approachable, they really take our stays to the next level.

After check out, i was charged something which I didn't use, via credit card. You shouldn't tell your any information.

The Hotel has a prime location that is near the central monuments and museums. It is a 20-minute walk to Place de la Concorde or a two-train 15-minute Metro ride. It is quiet and stately, and the staff tries hard to please. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Paris tourist center that you obtain a true sense of Parisian life. The Bistro just to the east is wonderful for an easy dinner, as is the wine shop across the street for an afternoon glass of wine and fromage. To the south, towards the Pantheon, are many choices, from an elegant Le Coupe-Chou to serval places catering to the Sobron students. We stayed five short nights and wished it to be more.

Perfect location to walk to Notre Dame, The Pantheon, & great places along the river. It was clean, quiet, and quaint. Nothing fancy, but the staff were very friendly & helpful, & it is a perfect place to land and sleep after visiting all the amazing spots in Paris. There are so many cafes, restaurants, and stores near by, too.

Villa Pantheon is a charming hotel with excellent staff set right in the heart of the Latin quarter with cafes and parks and the seine and notre dame just a few blocks way — very walkable.

Friendly staff, good location and nice room. It is near Luxembourg Gardens and the Pantheon on the Left Bank. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for only a couple nights but had a great time. Rooms were clean and spacious, bed was large and comfortable. The continental breakfast was quite good too, with a nice selection. Air conditioning was not that strong but I think that is normal for many European hotels. There is a nice looking bar as well; we didn't have a drink there but it looked comfortable. Location is outstanding, literally just a few blocks away from the Pantheon or Notre Dame Cathedral.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. While the breakfast does not provide lots of variety, the food were fresh and the place was clean.

Lovely hotel in Latin Quarter that is convenient to Saint Germaine and Notre Dame. Great French breakfast and coffee in the morning and very helpful staff. Highly recommend’

The hotel was conveniently located to the various historical sites of Paris. The staff was customer friendly & checking & out was efficient. Moreover, the room & the overall hotel was clean. The breakfast was also very exceptionally good to start the day off. A great deal for the price.
