Solo woman traveler: This property was lovely. I would stay again in a heartbeat. The staff was friendly. The property was stunning and incredibly clean. There's a restaurant and work room downstairs so you can eat or linger pre/post-checkout if you need to. The bathtub was amazing and the Reve-de-miel products were fabulous. They even provide guest slippers in the room. There was a sweet little gerber daisy with a tote bag laid out on the bed upon arrival. I had a balcony and it was lovely to make a little nespresso and sit outside in the morning. Checkout is at 12 so it was nice to faire la grasse matinee. Decor was super charming with books and lovely objects around the room. 5 stars. Book here if you're on the fence.

The staff was kind, friendly, and gracious. Unfortunately the gym that hotel guests are granted access to is a 10 minute walk away, and was unattended both times I tried to exercise there. As such, I was unable to gain entry, which makes it difficult for those of us who enjoy our daily workouts. While this is not a fault of the hotel or its staff, it is something to keep in mind for those who value access to exercise ammenities

Maison Mere is a beautiful boutique hotel, with fabulous staff, facilities and an intimate and relaxed atmosphere in communal areas. The beds are incredible, I have never slept in such a comfortable, luxurious bed anywhere else. The rooms are petit but have great coffee machines, and TV package, including English channels not always found in Paris. It is definitely our go to accommodation for Paris now.

Staff friendly and helpful. Lobby area tasteful and modern. Looks like a quality hotel. Breakfast was great with options for all tastes. Bar staff friendly. Room was modern clean and tidy. We had 2 adults and 1 x17 year old staying and whilst compact was doable as a place to crash at night. Bathroom was clean and looked well maintained, shower was brilliant. We didn’t have dinner as we were eating out. Would return again

Although we were only there for one night, it was lovely. The room was very comfortable and the staff were professional and friendly. It was centrally located for our travels and for great restaurants and atmosphere. We had a drink at the bar and the bar tender was attentive and knowledgeable. The only issue was that our son was given the larger room instead of my husband and I. We were not aware as neither he nor we looked at each other's rooms until we were leaving.

Excellent all the way other than very unusually the bar decided to close at 10pm on the Monday night. I would expect a 4* hotel as good as this to offer residents a bar service at least up until 11pm. It was our only complaint at what is a very good, well run hotel.

Excellent 4* hotel in Paris, great location close to the metro to access the whole of Paris, staff very friendly & helpful. Bar was lovely and the barman was very knowledgeable explaining cocktails in detail, surrounding area has many beautiful restaurants, lots to do would highly recommend this hotel for you next stay in Paris

What is there not to like? Extremely friendly and tentative staff. Management curates the hotel to think about every little detail, from arrival to departure. Breakfast was excellent albeit we wish that the selections would vary a bit for guests who stay and eat there for seven days. Aside from that, nice air-conditioned and clean rooms. comfortable beddings. quiet neighborhood, close to the subway, shops, and dining. Maison Mere would definitely be our choice to stay again on our next visit, definitely worth every penny.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay . I marked the cleanliness at 4 stars because when we arrived there were hairs on the floor in the Bathroom sink area. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the cleanliness, the location close to a Metro stop, and the helpfulness of the staff.

Beautifully appointed hotel from the lobby to the rooms. Super comfortable beds. Excellent bathrooms and bath supplies. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Especially enjoyed the breakfasts- superlative choices in cheese and excellent baguettes. The breakfast staff made us wonderful coffee with a smile to ensure each day started on a bright note. We will certainly stay here when we return to Paris next.

A lovely, clean boutique style hotel with very helpful staff and a nice breakfast. The rooms are stylish displaying custom artwork and my bed was comfortable, however my bathroom was very small. Just a short walk away from the local Metro, the location is perfect to access Paris attractions.

The hotel staff were beyond amazing and so welcoming! The rooms were very well thought out with small details that were appreciated. The room itself (standard double room) was not spacious and we were unable to keep at bags open and moving around wasn't easy. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. The cleanliness of the bathroom was an issue as there was mold in the shower. There was limescale on both the showerhead and waterfall shower. The cleanliness of the shower was really the only downside otherwise, amazing experience!

We stayed in April and had a lovely time. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The room was clean and the personal touches were so thoughtful. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. The location worked out very well for us with several Metro stops just minutes away. The hotel is quiet and the beds were quite comfortable. The AC was very good during some unexpectedly warm days. Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again.

The perfect boutique hotel in Paris with a balcony! Very clean, modern and friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Room was small but modern, clean and wonderful shower! The balcony is perfecto! Easy to walk to many restaurants, Moulin Rouge and shopping, cafes and bakeries. Quick Uber ride to Eiffel Tower and Louvre area. You can walk but it's a 30-35 hike. Love the hotel and would stay again! Thank you for a wonderful few days in Paris!

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Mere! The beds were so comfortable and we loved started our day taking in the day on our balcony The staff to a person is warm and exceptional. Don't miss treating yourself to a meal at Nectar. It's among the top 5 restaurants in Paris for a reason. Our meal was incredible.

Nicely styled room, mine was very quiet. (No view really, as the window was toward the wall of the next building.) Safe could store a laptop. Coffee capsule machine included. Only downside is that I did not fully understand how to turn down the air conditioner, so the room was unnecessary chilly compared to what I needed. Hence my reduced number of sustainability stars. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely luxury hotel in the midst of a local neighborhood in Paris. We are a family of four with younger children and splurged on two connecting rooms for the last couple of days in Paris (Suite Friends and Family). The beds were extremely comfortable and the personal touches were sweet with complimentary notes, cookies, reusable bags and a fresh flower. One room had a balcony that opened to a view to the street and was a gorgeous reminder of the beautiful architecture of Paris. The other room had a direct view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. We opted for the included breakfast and it was extensive and excellent. Definitely would recommend. A few notes for consideration given it is a four star luxury hotel: The Suite Friends and Family option we chose had two separate rooms with a small common landing area. It required keys to get into the landing area and keys to get into each individual room. While great for security reasons, it didn’t make much practical sense when you have children in one room and adults in the other so we had to ask for door stops so that we could easily get in and out of each others rooms. The doors are heavy so the door stops provided were not effective in the traditional way but we figured out how to make it work. A/C in one room was noticeably less effective. It also had a large bathroom with tub, which was great, but only a half glass door with a gap at the bottom so a lot of water leaked onto the floor when taking a shower.
Lovely luxury hotel in the midst of a local neighborhood in Paris. We are a family of four with younger children and splurged on two connecting rooms for the last couple of days in Paris (Suite Friends and Family). The beds were extremely comfortable and the personal touches were sweet with complimentary notes, cookies, reusable bags and a fresh flower. One room had a balcony that opened to a view to the street and was a gorgeous reminder of the beautiful architecture of Paris. The other room had a direct view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. We opted for the included breakfast and it was extensive and excellent. Definitely would recommend. A few notes for consideration given it is a four star luxury hotel: The Suite Friends and Family option we chose had two separate rooms with a small common landing area. It required keys to get into the landing area and keys to get into each individual room. While great for security reasons, it didn’t make much practical sense when you have children in one room and adults in the other so we had to ask for door stops so that we could easily get in and out of each others rooms. The doors are heavy so the door stops provided were not effective in the traditional way but we figured out how to make it work. A/C in one room was noticeably less effective. It also had a large bathroom with tub, which was great, but only a half glass door with a gap at the bottom so a lot of water leaked onto the floor when taking a shower.

The property was clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The only downside for my stay was no available reservations for dinner at their hotel restaurant so we had to seek dinner elsewhere at the last minute and the view from our room was of the side of a building, so not the best.

Great little hotel in a good area. The room was quite small and was noisy from the floor above which could be rectified for little money and thought. Noise covers on chairs so they don’t make a noise when moved. Door noise suppressors on the bathroom doors would also help.

Absolutely the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’m a solo female traveler so I was really wanting a safe neighborhood and hotel to stay. This hotel went above and beyond in not only staff friendliness and helpfulness (I hurt my back and needed to call some chiropractors in the area and the front desk offered to help translate), but in their attention to detail (every day they would leave a little note and little gift on my bed). Absolutely would stay again. The neighborhood was about a 20 minute walk to the Louvre, was right next to the entrance to an underground train, and very very close to Montmatre. The boutique vibe of the hotel was perfect and a great way to feel like you were having a very parisian experience, while still in a safe and quiet (but boulangerie and restaurant filled) environment.

I am not prone to hyperbole as some of my friends are, but this was truly the best hotel experience I have ever had. You can find fancier places in Paris, but this has to be the best deal in town. The hotel staff were amazing. We actually became friends not just customers. Whoever said Parisians were rude did not stay at Maison Mere. I can’t tell you how warm and friendly every staff person was. I would trade a little bit of lavishness for that any day. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Overall this hotel was a great quality with amazing service for the amount charged. We had two rooms for us and adult children. They had a nice surprise for our son’s birthday with cake, balloons, champagne and lovely flower and handwritten card! We’ve been to Paris several times. This place stands on its own with quality and charm. We will definitely come back here again in our next visit.

The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to host our family and make us feel welcome. They accommodated an early check-in because of our early flight arrival which was gracious and unexpected. The breakfast was delicious and provided lots of options. This hotel is a fantastic but it is the staff that pushes this into a higher tier. The intentional details left in our room were personalized (welcome card, flowers and little cookies). I cannot wait to revisit. 10 out of 10. Special recognition to Elise’s and Yosef. Both were soo lovely and helpful.

From Vincent to D'halia to the service staff, you are treated with grace. The hotel is spotless yet cozy, and near some great neighborhood restaurants & patisseries. Enjoyed my stay at Maison Mere. While the Poissonnière métro stop is nearby, the location is a bit out of the way, though still workable. The neighborhood is fine, though not overly charming. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. I had a very strong sewer smell in my first room coming from the shower (très yuck) and they quickly moved me to a new room. The rooms are quite petite — like, difficult to maneuver around the bed petite — fine for me traveling solo but couples should consider upgrading. In all, it’s a lovely hotel and a good base for your Paris explorations.

The hotel is nice and staff very friendly. The rooms however are tiny, and with large luggage, impossible to move in. Also it is not very conveniently located to the touristic areas. Either it’s over an hour walk (eg to the Eiffel Tower) so you either have to hop on a train or uber to your desired location.

Beautifully appointed hotel from the lobby to the rooms. Super comfortable beds. Excellent bathrooms and bath supplies. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Especially enjoyed the breakfasts- superlative choices in cheese and excellent baguettes. The breakfast staff made us wonderful coffee with a smile to ensure each day started on a bright note. We will certainly stay here when we return to Paris next.

We loved this hotel. All the special touches by front receptionist- welcoming drinks, candy, goodbye gift and helpful suggestions. The breakfast was top notch with a lot of variety. The room was clean and modern and much larger than the traditional Paris accommodation would go again and highly recommend it. .

Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. The location worked out very well for us with several Metro stops just minutes away. The hotel is quiet and the beds were quite comfortable.
