DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Our car got stolen on the 2nd night despite us putting a steering lock that the hotel gave us. The hotel and police did not care and refused to show us the footage. They were definitely involved and this was the worst hotel ever.

Everything is quite good. The only problem I found is the absence of an elevator. It’s a two-story building, but if you have big bags you need to carry them on the stairs

What makes this is a great place to stay when flying out Montreal: excellent staff (very accomodating, friendly), convenience to airport (taxi vouchers provided), and full breakfast. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel has a good restaurant, grocery store and Walmart for any last minute needs. They also have a park and fly option. We'll use this hotel again when flying out of Montreal.

This “airport” hotel is advertised as close to the airport but is actually on the back side of all of the runways so is a 15-20 minute cab ride from the airport. The hotel was pretty basic and was clean but no elevator so you have to lug your bags up a flight of stairs to get to your room if it’s on the second floor. The hotel does not have a shuttle but provides vouchers for the rides back and forth to the airport. The recommended restaurant in the area, where there’s not much, was a 5 minute walk down a busy street, noisy, food not very good.

Absolutely disgusting. The washroom was filthy, with moldy shower tiles that made me want to leave immediately. The air conditioner was caked with mold and even had half a rotted apple inside. The whole room smelled like a damp, moldy basement from the 1970s. The carpet was stained and grimy, and the bedsheets were so thin and questionable they made me feel sick. Everything in this room was unhygienic and unacceptable — the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I should have slept in my car

The over whelming terrible smell of dirty carpet blowing at you when you first open the room door. The shower had lots of easy to wash off mold. The dust every where. The dust on the baseboards near around the bed was compound and fuzzy. In the main entrance, the alarm system was last checked 2 years ago (dated) Quebec law states it has to be checked annually. Sheets & towels were clean. Staff was nice and spoke our language. Breakfast area was over crowded and food was not being monitored as we kept having to ask for the hot food to be replenished including the milk.

All good except we were in a room on the ground floor and the sliding doors were a very difficult to open and close. Looks like they need to be replaced. Great staff, delicious breakfast, and clean.

Our overall stay was good. We were on the main floor. The sliding doors to go outside didn't slide well at all and they had a makeshift locking mechanism for the sliding door. The breakfast left a lot to desire. The eggs were horrible and the potatoes weren't much better.

Loved great included breakfast. Excellent bed, shower and TV. Didn't like the fact in my room 146 the sliding door did not slide. I cracked it open but then took 20 min of pulling and struggling to securely close. Finally I had to get guy from front desk to help close and lock it together. It should have been fixed before assigning it to me. I received no compensation for my hassle with door.

Booked it for my parents for their connecting flight next day. Front desk support was so helpful, and respectful. I called them ahead of time for ride arrangement and they made sure that driver was paid in time before the deadline of service. Thank you again for the relaxing stay!

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. Only issue was with the shuttle, I even called and asked if it was operating at 0100 am and they said it was a taxi and they will provide a voucher. Turns out it only applies during certain times, not mine. Extra $35.

They say they reimburse taxis since there is no airport shuttle but even with a receipt they don't honour it. They have a very bureaucratic process that they don't communicate it. So unless you follow their 'uncommunicated process' you are out of luck. This is not an airport hotel.

Hotels.com did not explain how the free airport shuttle service worked. What I needed to do was to get in a taxi and tell them where I wanted to go and the hotel would pay them with a voucher. What I did was stand in the cold and wet waiting alongside the other hotel shuttle services for about an hour and then had to call reception at the hotel to find out what to do. Everything else worked well.

I have never experienced such friendly, caring staff. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. One special mention goes to Matt at the front desk. He was always smiling and helpful with every request we made. In this day where many establishments have fogotten about customer satisfaction this is not the case here. Congratulations to the entire team.

This hotel is actually a half hour away from the airport, but it's well priced and the staff are friendly. Room was clean and comfy. Easy walk across the road to Pharmaprix, IGA, Walmart. There are also several good restaurants within 1km (closest is about 250m from the front door).

Having business meetings just outside of the city proper it was close to the highway and easy to get to the offices. There were a few restaurants just north of the highway and the mall was directly across the highway. Clean quiet and comfortable. Love having easy parking especially in Montreal … parking is a nightmare

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble, mais quelques points à revoir L’arrivée s’est super bien passée, c’était rapide et efficace. Rachel et sa collègue à la réception ont été vraiment gentilles, elles ont bien répondu à nos questions et nous ont beaucoup aidés. L’auditeur de nuit (je pense qu’il s’appelait Jonathan) était aussi excellent. La chambre était comme sur les photos, donc pas de mauvaise surprise. Le lit était très confortable, et on a vraiment apprécié qu’il y ait 5 oreillers, un beau petit plus! Par contre, le meuble à gauche du lit était un peu usé et mériterait d’être rafraîchi. La porte-palisade vers le stationnement était aussi difficile à ouvrir, avec de la poussière et des toiles d’araignées dans les coins. Le déjeuner était correct, mais l’organisation aurait pu être bien meilleure. Trop de monde pour pas assez de places assises, et on a dû attendre environ 25 minutes avant de pouvoir se servir. Cela dit, les omelettes aux légumes et les gaufres étaient très bonnes! On a beaucoup aimé pouvoir stationner juste devant notre chambre, c’était super pratique.

The area seemed safe with ample places to park. My room was clean and roomy, but when I didn't get a new set of towels and bed made or room picked up I was told because I only stayed two nights there was no cleaning service. The coffee machine in the room didn't work every time. Most people who worked there were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was okay, but the area was small and crowded.
