La situation de l’hôtel est vraiment idéale si vous arrivez par Montparnasse et que vous ne souhaitez pas trimbaler vos valises dans tous Paris. Le rapport qualité prix est correct comparé aux autres hôtels dans le secteur surtout pour une chambre triple. La literie confortable. Cependant les murs sont en papier, on entend la télé des autres chambres, notre chambre était sous combles donc il ne faut pas être trop grand, la douche n’avait plus de porte vitrée donc on met de l’eau partout et notamment sur nos propres affaires qui sont posées sur le sol puisque il n’y a rien pour les surélevés (normal vu la taille de la salle de bain : environ 2m2) La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. L’ascenseur en panne, ok ça peut arriver mais personne ne vous propose de vous aider à descendre 1 valise de vos 5 étages . Dommage.

A qq minutes de la Gare Montparnasse, dans une rue calme. Très bon accueil. Proche du métro Edgar Quinet. Nous n avons pas testé mais il y a aussi une piscine. L hôte est neuf et agréable. La chambre était petite mais bien agencée. Nous arrives avant 15h et avons pu avoir la chambre qui était prête. Tout le personnel est très attentif à la qualité du séjour.

This property is not as advertised. The elevator is broken and I believe there is no intention to fix it. This meant 5 flights of very narrow stairs each time. We had a room for 4, and the toilet was in a different room than the sink and you had to squeeze by the end of the pull out bed to reach it. Example, one bed in one room with shower/sink, pullout couch in another room with toilet. Toilet room would be hard to stand in if over 5’10”. Air conditioning turned off during the day, meaning very hot when returning to room. Sheets had a stain on them. Very small luggage storage, would only hold a few bags, could be an issue if multiple bookings needed it. I love the neighbourhood, and unfortunately the hotel we wanted was booked so we took a chance on this one but I would not recommend it, nor would I return.

A slightly cool reception, let’s call it efficient and professional. The lift is tiny (2 people 1small suitcase and it’s full). The room was small and the bathroom bijou (polite for minuscule) but speak and comfortable. This is a modern French hotel with French rooms in a city with space limitations.

This hotel is in my dream part of Paris, and we were excited to stay for a long weekend in Paris, but the hotel fell short of all our expectation. The elevator was broken and despite promises of repair all weekend, we had to lug our baggage up and down 5 flights of narrow stairs. The cleanliness was shocking. We found a pubic hair under our pillow upon arrival, which the staff quickly fixed by changing the bedding but the experience was still shocking. There was also a wet, used towel in the bathroom when we arrived and stains all over the carpet (unlike the photos). Our view was nice and the area was quiet, but we kept out shoes on inside the room and used our own antibacterial wipes to clean a few surfaces. The staff were all kind, but no one took accountability for the experience and we were offered nothing in return for it. I would not stay here again nor recommend it.

Staff was friendly. I liked the room. Free coffee in the lobby - including frothed milk for cafe au lait! No complaints whatsoever. Be aware, the elevator is small, but that's not uncommon in French hotels. I'd definitely stay here again.

Bonjour, cet hôtel est à fuir : vraiment insalubre … aucune aération et un taux d’humidite énorme, j’ai du dormir la fenêtre ouverte… il y a de la moisissure partout … l’eau de la douche s’écoule dans la chambre car la douche est mal faite et minuscule .. et le revêtement de la chambre est en moquette … l’odeur est très désagréable, les radiateurs et aérations ne fonctionnent pas

L'hôtel est bien situé. Les chambres sont petites mais en solo c'est correct. La literie est plutôt confortable et propre. En revanche, la salle de bain est minuscule, il ne faut pas etre en surpois! Et il y a de la moisissure un peu partout : dans la salle de bain, sur les pommeaux de douche, dans les coins de la douche et même au niveau de la patère pour poser votre serviette! Il y en a aussi sous la fenetre principale. La douche ne ferme pas car la porte est cassée. De plus, le rideau de la chambre est cassé, donc la lumière passe beaucoup! Sans parler des nuisances sonores. Je dors avec des boules quies et j'entendais le reveil de mon voisin.... Bref. Contente d'y avoir passé seulement 2 nuits!

Aardig personeel en behulpzaam. Kamer erg klein en slecht onderhouden. Overal schimmelplekken. En totaal ander kamer dan op de foto’s werd aangegeven. Ontbijt was ook treurig. Voor de rest is het hotel goed centraal gelegen. Veel restauranten, winkels en metro station in de buurt.

Excellent location near to Metro and Montparnase train station, great restaurants just a block away. The staff is very nice and everything is super clean. The only thing that I didn’t like was the condition of the building, it needs some renovation. The bathroom is way old and when you take a shower is like swimming in the Seine. Renovation is the key to make the hotel great again 😎

Literie très confortable. Chambre très propre. Manquerait juste un sèche-serviettes ou à minima des portes serviettes de bains et pour les mains. Carafe d'eau et cafetière dans les chambres. TV avec Netflix. Le personnel est souriant et très serviable. Le petit déjeuné est copieux.

Week-end à Paris avec mes petits enfants pour voir un spectacle. Hotel bien situé. Chambre pour 3, agréable, literie confortable. Par contre, cabine de douche où il manque les portes, pas pratique !!! Isolation nulle ! Réveillée à 1h00 par les clients de la chambre voisine (chambre 51)pas soucieux de l'heure et parlant, rigolant, tv etc comme en plein jour !!! De plus le matin nous avons eu droit en direct à l'acoustique de leurs ébats !!! Super quand tu es là avec 2 enfants !!! Entre la défectuosité de l'isolation, le manque de discrétion des clients et la douche qui a perdu ses portes, il y a quelque chose à dire ! Dommage !

Other reviewers indicated that rooms were very small, however its not untill you open the door that you realise how true this is. This especially applied to the bathroom where there was literally no room to move. I know its Paris, however for the price i paid i dont think this was good value for money.

Hôtel bien situé dans le quartier à proximité de la gare montparnasse. L'hôtel est au calme cependant il n'y a pas de volet seulement des rideaux. Le jour est présent tôt le matin dans la chambre. L'isolation est moyenne, on entend les personnes entrer et sortir. La paroi de ma chambre n'avait aucun effet pour retenir l'eau, on se retrouve donc les pieds dans l'eau dans l'intégralité de la salle d'eau...

Nous étions 4, l’appartement était très bien équipé, belle surface, par contre gros bémol au niveau de l’insonorisation inexistante entre le salon et l’extérieur, beaucoup de bruit avec les 2 bars en face, mon fils dormait dans le salon et on entendait les gens comme s’ils étaient dans le salon , le reste de l’appartement était parfait, dans la chambre au fond il n’y avait aucun bruit. Le veilleur de nuit est extrêmement gentil et professionnel, notre fille a été malade je l’ai appelé il nous a apporté tout de suite une couette de rechange,

The room wasn’t bad but not really clean, I found a bunch of hair on the shower carpet, stains all over the carpet and dust on the wardrobe shelves. The bed was comfortable but I could hear all the people coming through the elevator as I was just next to it and it was quiet annoying…

Nous étions 4, l’appartement était très bien équipé, belle surface, par contre gros bémol au niveau de l’insonorisation inexistante entre le salon et l’extérieur, beaucoup de bruit avec les 2 bars en face, mon fils dormait dans le salon et on entendait les gens comme s’ils étaient dans le salon , le reste de l’appartement était parfait, dans la chambre au fond il n’y avait aucun bruit. Le veilleur de nuit est extrêmement gentil et professionnel, notre fille a été malade je l’ai appelé il nous a apporté tout de suite une couette de rechange,

Arrivé le samedi vers 11h45, il nous fallait attendre 14h00 pour disposer de notre chambre...le personnel fut très aimable et nous garda nos valises en consigne..les chambres sont propres mais la salle de bain trop petite...Le petit dejeuner servi de 07h00 à 10h00 est copieux et bien achalandé..le personnel très attentionné.

This hotel is in my dream part of Paris, and we were excited to stay for a long weekend in Paris, but the hotel fell short of all our expectation. The elevator was broken and despite promises of repair all weekend, we had to lug our baggage up and down 5 flights of narrow stairs. The cleanliness was shocking. We found a pubic hair under our pillow upon arrival, which the staff quickly fixed by changing the bedding but the experience was still shocking. There was also a wet, used towel in the bathroom when we arrived and stains all over the carpet (unlike the photos). Our view was nice and the area was quiet, but we kept out shoes on inside the room and used our own antibacterial wipes to clean a few surfaces. The staff were all kind, but no one took accountability for the experience and we were offered nothing in return for it. I would not stay here again nor recommend it.

A qq minutes de la Gare Montparnasse, dans une rue calme. Très bon accueil. Proche du métro Edgar Quinet. Nous n avons pas testé mais il y a aussi une piscine. L hôte est neuf et agréable. La chambre était petite mais bien agencée. Nous arrives avant 15h et avons pu avoir la chambre qui était prête. Tout le personnel est très attentif à la qualité du séjour.

This is a really great option for your stay in Paris, especially if you want to be close to a central transportation hub. It’s situated on a very cute and quiet side street, secluded from the hustle and bustle but, at the same time, just steps away from the train station and metro. The area is also nice with a lot of stores and restaurants, plenty of food options and things to do. We were traveling with a toddler and booked through Expedia which allowed us to reserve a room not suitable for a crib. No fault of the hotel. They were very accommodating and upgraded us to a larger room so we could fit the crib. Rooms overall are on a smaller side but so are most in central Paris. The rooms are quite well stacked with everything you may need and are clean and updated. There is no AC on the property but with a fan it worked fine (we were traveling in the hot month of August). Overall we enjoyed our stay and it’s a good deal for the price!

Aardig personeel en behulpzaam. Kamer erg klein en slecht onderhouden. Overal schimmelplekken. En totaal ander kamer dan op de foto’s werd aangegeven. Ontbijt was ook treurig. Voor de rest is het hotel goed centraal gelegen. Veel restauranten, winkels en metro station in de buurt.

Literie très confortable. Chambre très propre. Manquerait juste un sèche-serviettes ou à minima des portes serviettes de bains et pour les mains. Carafe d'eau et cafetière dans les chambres. TV avec Netflix. Le personnel est souriant et très serviable. Le petit déjeuné est copieux.

Staff was friendly. I liked the room. Free coffee in the lobby - including frothed milk for cafe au lait! No complaints whatsoever. Be aware, the elevator is small, but that's not uncommon in French hotels. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a good stay. Everything was good. I would like to say a big thank you to Mohamed , who was very friendly, smiley and very helpful with anything I needed. Only thing I didn't like was the pool. It wasn't very clean especially on the sides of the pool.

Nice hotel in a lovely area, well connected and with lots to do nearby. The room was nicely decorated, new and clean - the AC was working well, which was essential during the heatwave. Having access to the cellar pool was also great. The staff was great, cordial and helpful, and the ground floor cafe area was a nice place to hang out or work if necessary. The only problem we had was that the toilet seat was broken, which was a bit annoying. Other than that, great hotel.
