Loved this hotel!!! Room was super cute and all the bedding was clean!!! Loved the shower and kitchen... the continental breakfast was amazing and a nice fire pit outside... overall we loved this hotel!!!

We had a very positive experience and would certainly stay there again. We actually were there for an extended time for almost teo weeks. That is the only reason I gave the comfort as four instead of five stars. For a shorter stay the comfort would have been fine. For two weeks it felt just a tad small (couch and hassock seating plus desk chair). But I really like the cleanliness, every one of the staff were great. Clean pool and hot tub and the whole natatorium was clean and not at all moldy! Which is a plus. Gym was well stock. Dog friendly - with treats at the front desk, and bags out in the grassy area if you needed one - it was never empty. There was a wonderful park for walking right nearby. (Murray Park).

A comfortable place to stay with very well thought out room design, and a good breakfast. Only negative, 100.00 dog fee whether you stay one night or many nights doesn’t seem like a fair way to charge a dog owner. We only stayed one night so that fee seems very high.

BEWARE if you have a pet they DON'T disclose there will be a $100 charge! Not a deposit but a charge. When I checked in she told me there is a $100 charge, I was pissed this was not disclosed when I booked, then she said it was a deposit. WRONG it is a non-refundable charge. Also, I had to get my card key updated twice as it didn't work on 2 different days.

The staff were always friendly and polite, and answered any questions we had. The room was very clean and stocked with things we needed (toilet paper, soap, towels, etc). The breakfast was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed staying at the hotel, that we plan on staying there again when in the area.

A whole lot nicer than we were expecting for so cheap! Our only complaint is that we found a few hairs in the sheets as we opened them to go to bed. That was a little concerning but otherwise everything else was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great hotel! Four stars because we were on the 1st floor and right by the elevator and probably the kitchen and it was very noisy from probably 3-5 in the morning each day.

We had a king with a pull out sofa. The room was very spacious. The closet was great to store clothes and luggage. Very impressed with the kitchen set up (microwave, dishwasher, two burners, refrigerator with freezer to store food and ice). The kitchen also had dinnerware, silverware along with pots snd pans. My only complaints were the shower was odd with no door or shower current. If you left the bathroom door open the whole room would steam up pretty quickly. Not sure if the walls are paper thin or the people had the tv up loud next to us. With it being the holidays there were no decorations which made it a little dull. After breakfast they would leave out the coffee dispensers which was deceiving to multiple guests when trying to get coffee after breakfast and there wasn’t any. I myself and other guests ask the front desk and they said that they only served coffee for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

The bed was worn out. At over 200.00 a night I should have asked to be moved. The bath room towels had stains on them looked liked old blood stains. I would think again about staying at this hotel.

When i booked the room it said it had a sofa bed, it wasn't a bed just a sofa!!! Everything was except for the fact that they made it seem like another bed and it wasnt.

Beautiful, clean rooms! Nice bright, clean bathrooms! Love the ring light and big, walk in shower! The closets are super cute with organizers. Kitchenette is very practical and useful! No complaints! The only thing I wish the room had was a luggage holder.

I reserved a suite with two queen beds as I was traveling with another male person and separate beds were essential. The gave us a room with one bed and refused any accommodation. We could not get another room nearby, and the person traveling with me had to sleep on a couch with no bedding. He used the two skimpy towels they gave us for blankets. The hotel was full of a junior high girls dance troupe and was very noisy. Our stay was a nightmare. Had they given me notice ahead of time of their downgrading of my suite, I would have had time to make other lodging arrangements. I will never stay at this property again.

We stayed here to run in the local marathon and this hotel was so kind to have a grab and go breakfast available at 3:00am before we had to leave that morning! The items in the snack bags were so thoughtful and perfect for runners, we very much appreciated the kindness! The facility was great and the staff was always very friendly. We will stay here every time!

Everything was perfect, except for the occupants of the room, directly above us, which was nonstop noise whenever we were in our room including nights. Eventually we contacted the front desk and the person there was very helpful and offered to call which she did the noise, however continued, and, after we spoke to her about it again, she offered to move us to another room for our second night there. We appreciate what she did to make our stay more pleasant and we understand that the hotel cannot prevent situations like this from happening.

When I arrived at check in time (at 3pm) my room wasn’t ready or available so I had to wait and get ready for my work event in a public restroom. The front desk staff was rude. Then when I finally was able to check in they gave me a room that was attached to another room and when I requested to change rooms as I felt unsafe in the room, I was told I had no choice but to stay in the room I was given. I wasn’t offered anything to make up for my disappointment and inconveniences during my stay. I won’t be back even though I travel here a lot for work. I will find another place to stay.

It is a beautiful hotel! Friendly staff and great indoor pool and spa. The only thing...there should have been some kind of potato offered on breakfast bar. So that was a little weak. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

I was so great all they had dairy free creamer for my coffee. I know it sounds like a small thing, but it is very hard when I travel to find that available. They had other options for people that had food, allergies or food sensitivities that meant a lot to me.

Nice big rooms and easy check-in and out. Free HBO was nice. Like that it was 3 pm check-in and 12 noon checkout (vs many hotels that are 4 pm and 11 am respectively). Only buggy thing during our stay was that they ran out of coffee a good 30 min before the breakfast period was over. Instead of fixing this, they put up a sign that said they’re out of coffee. Coffee is cheap- why not just brew more? Overall good stay and very convenient location for our needs. Would stay again.

Room service every OTHER day.... But the room COST is the same for every day.... Breakfast was OK for one day but was inedible the two other mornings.... within the two constraints listed above.... All hotel employees did a great job and were very friendly!

Enjoyed the layout of our spacious room - the closet setup made it convenient for all the coats and ski wear. Very clean and modernized. The mountains were even visible from our first floor placement - with that - unsure if the staffing had an office above our room or if it was another guest - the entire ceiling, including fixtures, vibrated from 5:45-7:45am EVERY morning. Highly recommend not being on the first floor, truly terrible. The breakfast buffet is extremely limited, but it was convenient to grab a bagel and coffee on the way out. Location was convenient for hikes and skiing, about 20 minutes to downtown SLC.
