TownePlace Suites Pocatello

Not very satisfied with our recent stay at your hotel. I booked through Hotels.com and booked a room that described the two bedroom unit at one king and then two queen beds; we ended up with two king beds. Most people would be happy with that yet my 19 year old son and my 12 year old daughter DO NOT SHARE BEDS. This resulted with us having to put her on a crappy roll away bed as the sofa bed was HORRIBLE. The mattress had a giant hole in the corner causing the material to shred and springs to be poking out. We were told the manager would get ahold of us yet no one ever reached out. Would not recommend or stay at this hotel in Pocatello.

This hotel was well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, they had a great complimentary breakfast and cold water bottles on check in and check out. The room had a full kitchenette so would work well for extend fed stays. There was a pool and fitness center. Overall good option.

Windows leaked - could see light through it near the latch - we could hear wind through it and road noise; Shower head was full of hard water and spray pattern wasn't great; Staff was great however
