Lotus Beach Hotel - Adults Only

Quetzal was an amazing concierge. However this hotel for how really really expensive it is needs a lot of work. I hav my feedback to him.

The hospitality was great. I would say the rooms are not worth what they’re sold at. Nothing against the folks at the hotel but I can tell ownership is looking for little investment with maximum return. No wow factor what so ever

The entire staff was excellent. Alan was wonderful as our conceirge, he took care of all our needs. Clean , spacious room with amazing views, great food at the Guru Beach Club

We stayed here 1 year ago and it was great & staff was amazing. Once we arrived for this stay we were notified they had a new owners. All different staff. Breakfast was served next door at Oceans in a closed off room for lotus guests only. Took over an hour for breakfast that wasn’t good. We never went back. We really enjoyed eating our breakfast outside at the lotus. Rooms were not that clean this stay. Bagged Trash stayed outside our room for a couple days. Last year it was busy. This trip was not that many people using the beach club. We definitely noticed a change from last year. We have barest decided to try another place our next trip. The best part is the view and its location,
