Hotellet ligger väldigt nära Triumfbågen och Avenue des Camps-Élysées och vi kunde se Triumfbågen från vårt fönster. We were extremely pleased with the hotel location and our balcony with a view of the Arc de Triomphe, as advertised, it did not disappoint. Sadly the lift broke during our stay, but the hotel staff did an amazing job and were very helpful!

Excellent stay. Staff was always very friendly and helpful, since the first day. Got a complimentary upgrade of room. Nice, well-prepared and clean room with many useful items for a pleasant stay. Very nice breakfast full of options. Just 2 blocks away from metro station Charles de Gaulle - Étoile where you can get lines 1, 2, 6 and RER A, which comes in very handy for tourism. Cool neighborhood with cafés, restaurants, stores, the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. Probably coming back to this hotel when able. Very recommended!

The staff was kind, and they served a delightful breakfast in the morning. The location was convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the Metro and within a 7-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean, it was a bit small. Unfortunately, we encountered a disappointment when there was no hot water one night, and we were unable to take a shower throughout the night. Although we were informed that a technician would arrive to fix the issue at 6 o'clock the following morning, they only arrived in the afternoon, and I had to wait until the next afternoon to finally take a shower. This was the only negative experience we had during the trip.

A box of Christmas Lindt chocolates also surprised us one night, in addition to the wine bottle opener and glasses! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family.

Overall, quite good. Whoever designed the shower needs their head examined. You couldn’t move your arms without bumping the controls, therefore shutting off the water and/or changing the water temperature. Very poor design!! Everything else about the hotel was quite nice.

The location is fantastic, right near the Arc de Triomphe. There are terrific restaurants within very close walking distance. Many great shops about 6 minute walk (Ternes). 3 min walk to the metro. Location 2 blocks from the Arc de Triomphe was amazing, yet had a very quiet feel. Public transportation was right there, but we chose to walk to many of the popular sites. The rooms were great, the staff very pleasant and helpful.There were cafes right outside the door.
