Unfortunately the staff wasn’t very helpful or friendly. They didn’t say good morning or good evening. Plus the TV in the room didn’t work and the bathroom was tiny.

The room was big and staff did a good job keeping it clean. The location is prime as it is only minutes from zocalo. The AC worked very well. The safe in the room did not work. They have a restaurant but service is super slow. Our group sat down for drinks and the waiter never came to take our order. So we left to have drinks in the zocalo. One morning we had breakfast there. Waiter gave us menu and disappeared and I had to go tell them I was ready to order. The food was good. I also had to go to reception to get help for the check. Front desk is not friendly. They don’t offer information on what’s available around their hotel. Sometimes they wouldn’t even looked up to see who was coming in so no greetings. It’s a basic hotel to sleep and shower. Not sure if I would book with them again.

Do not go in June when the teachers are protesting and the government allows them to trespass by setting up tents in front of the hotel. Disgusting!
