Breakfast was value for money with a good variety of standard fare. Though the room was large by Japanese standard, the shower room and wash area had limited space to put used towels and personal effects. Location was great as it is just across the Tokyo station.

Clean room and friendly staff

I’ve stayed in a lot of small hotel rooms in Japan but nothing as small as this one. In our Hollywood Twin room there was not any space in to open a suitcase besides the bed or the floor right in front of the door. No shelves go put your things on. No bedside tables. Barely any space to move around the bed. And you can’t even store the suitcase under the bed. On top of that, you can’t use the coffee machine in the morning unless you have a breakfast voucher, even though you can use it at night for free, for some reason. For the price, very bad value.

Room was very clean. Staff was absolutely amazing and helpful, answered all my questions.

The room was very clean. I never worried about getting my pants dirty from kneeling on the ground.
