The Staybridge London Heathrow, Bath Road location was very nice. We stayed there the night before our departure from London after getting off a 4-hour ride on the Eurostar, so it was late, about 8:30 pm when we checked in. The check in was great, easy and the room was spacious and clean. There was a laundry, so we could clean our clothes before going back home which was nice. They also have a 24-hour hot beverage machine in the lobby area, where you can get coffee, espresso, cappuccino, etc. The restaurant is located next door in the Holiday Inn hotel and the food was great, had the seabass. Service was courteous, professional and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were kind and amazing. Room condition and bed super. My only concern is the height of the bathtub. It is a serious fall risk as it stands almost 3 feet from the floor. I had to climb in and out of the tubs scared I would slip and fall.

First, the location to Heathrow airport was excellent. We were able to take the free parking lot shuttle across the street from the hotel, to the terminal for tge trains into London. Next, the room was spacious, clean, and soundproof so, we slept well. Finally, the customer service was excellent! We'll definitely stay here again!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Wonderful comfy bed and bedding! Great accommodation for a a long or short stay, as rooms are equipped with blackout curtains and adequate kitchen supplies;(microwave, fridge, kettle, utensils). The only thing missing are essential toiletries, but they are available for purchase in the lobby. Would definitely stay again and an easy drive( or Shuttle bus away) from Heathrow.

Very poor service calling cab back to airport. Would only call premium chauffeur service for 35£ for 4 minute ride. Would not call regular taxi, said I had to do it myself. I have never had a hotel refuse to call a cab before. Just ordered uber outside, but disappointing service. Room was fine, bathroom above average and breakfast good.

Even though I was IHG member, they refuse to recognize this and said if I wanted an earlier check-in, I would have to pay extra when they had rooms available… Just goes to show some hotels don’t really care if you are a member of them or not so what’s the point of being a member?

We stayed for 2 night before catching a flight out of Heathrow. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms had everything we needed including a small kitchen to cook food. The staff was always friendly and willing to help if needed. The breakfast was quite nice with lots of options. I especially liked the automatic espresso machines that made specialty drinks. We also liked the free laundry facilities (something we didn’t know before booking, but very pleased to see). The only thing we felt was missing was an airport shuttle, especially since it is SO close to the airport.

Going from T5 ( where we arrived at) to T4 (where the hotel is) was not a walk in the park. It took us like one hour to find out how to and actually doing it. Make sure which is your arrival terminal in LHR before you reserve a hotel.

If the price is right, this will be our go to hotel at Heathrow from now on. It is located close to the airport. We used the local bus service to get to the hotel. At Heathrow we got on the U3 bus (stand 18) and got off at the first stop. The bus stop was opposite the hotel. We used the same service to get back to Heathrow. It only takes 5 minutes and there’s a bus every 20 minutes or so. It’s only. £1.75 each way. Last year, for a neighbouring hotel, we used the Hotel Hoppa and found the service lacking. The was clean, spacious and had a great modern feel. We were only there for a short night so didn’t benefit from all the features of the room but it had a small kitchen with all the things you need. There was even a dishwasher! The breakfast was excellent - probably the best buffet hotel breakfast I’ve had. There was so much choice and it was replenished often. We often stay at IHG (and rivals) in North America but the Staybridge won our breakfast award. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Thanks Staybridge!

The Staybridge London Heathrow, Bath Road location was very nice. Clean, welcoming. Breakfast was included and was terrific. Lots of options. I also liked having a kitchenette in the room. One problem we had was that the front desk told us about a shuttle to the airport, but failed to tell us that we had to buy tickets for the shuttle and what the cost was.

Nice big room. Comfortable. Well equipped for a longer stay . Pleasant breakfast. Evening dining at Holiday Inn next door was fine but drinks VERY pricey - £7.95 for a pint and then the 12.5% service charge on top- ouch!

Great hotel, super breakfast, very quiet rooms which were updated and spacious. Only not so good was no cleaning. Apparently on a long weekend stay no one will clean unless you ask for it, except they forgot to tell us. Only very bad: don’t order from the room service, we did and it was disgusting and overpriced.

Really lovely hotel very convenient for a flight from Heathrow. Modern and welcoming. There’s a really lovely touch on a Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday of a social hour where there’s complementary nibbles and wine. Hotel staff were very attentive. Sandra and the team at breakfast went above and beyond.

We had a one night stay, but wished it was longer! The rooms were cute and homey. There was plenty of room and was well stocked with kitchen necessities. The breakfast had many options. This is my first time staying at this hotel. And everything was first class. Very clean and bus stop right outside. Kitchen was a very nice touch to have. Breakfast was outstanding I would definitely recommend.
