Absolutely fantastic hotel. I completed a 4 night stay and loved it. The room is small but very comfortable, clean and plenty of high end soaps and shampoo. The staff is enormously helpful and friendly. As a heads up, if you want to use the steam room, you need to give 2 hours advance notice. Highly recommend!

Exceptional! Lovely welcome from helpful desk staff, newly-refurbished room with bath + shower and gorgeous L'Occitane toiletries. Complementary hot and soft drinks during the evening. Comfortable bed and bedding. Plenty of USB chargers in the room. Lift to all floors. Great location convenient for Blanche metro (line 2) and just a short walk to the Montmatre village, artists and viewpoint. Will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect hotel for exploring Montmartre and the rest of Paris. Handy for the metro but equally easy to walk to most visitor attractions. Lovely selection of cafes, restaurants, wine bars, patisseries, and unique shops just a short stroll away and the hotel is situated in a quiet street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The honesty bar and complimentary coffee/ tea/ soft drinks/ cake in the afternoon / evening were a very nice addition. Also the ice cold still & sparkling water that was on tap all the time. The rooms were small but had everything a larger hotel would offer - safe, hairdryer, laundry service, air con, tea making facilities, and gorgeous L,Occitane toiletries in the bathroom. All in all a great little place to stay and enjoy all Paris has to offer.

Wonderful surprise of a hotel in the heart of Montmartre. Excellent use of space amenities services. Like all hotels in Paris, it is small. Loved the honesty bar you have drinks almost all day long with delicious snacks. Alcohol from 3-10 love it. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Paris. Also, the reception person sorry I don’t remember the name, but he was so helpful in getting us to the airport on time because of the taxi strike thank you very much. We would not have made our flight if it wasn’t for you your help.

Alt fungerede, fantastisk beliggenhed, personalet var super serviceminded og alt var rent ... Dog oplevede vi, at der i restauranten, hvor man kunne tappe vand (både med og uden brus fra en hane) i en flaske, som stod på værelset, hvilket er en yderst god idé mht. miljøet.....der kom desværre nogle gæster og fyldte på deres egne plastflasker som de havde drukket af ... dette påtalte vi overfor personalet, som sagde de nok skulle gøre hanen ren ... vi foreslog, at der blev sat en seddel på, hvor der stod, at det ikke var tilladt at fylde egne flasker ... vi har oplevet mange andre steder, at det ikke er tilladt at fylde sine egne flasker/drikkedunke. Dette var de desværre ikke imødekommende overfor. Det skal siges, at der gik et plastikrør ned fra hanen, og folk satte deres flasker, som er fyldt med bakterier, op omkring røret.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in a major city and it lives up to everything it promises. From check in to check out the whole experience was fantastic. Location - This is small boutique style hotel in the heart of Montmartre Paris. Dozens of cafes, restaurant's, & bars right on the doorstep. Rooms - were small ( as you would expect in Paris) but completely adequate for a stay. They were immaculately clean. In the room was a safe which was free of charge to use, a coffee machine and water. The bathroom was nice with complimentary good toiletries. Beds were comfortable and the linen and bedding is good quality. Food - Breakfast was available at the hotel however we didn't eat due to the vast choices in the area. The hotel offers free of charge soft drinks, coffee etc at certain times of the day and also alcoholic drinks ( chargeable) Staff and Service - Absolutely fantastic. On arrival we were offered help for throughout the trip, offered a drink straight away and given all instructions needed for our stay. Nothing was too much to ask. On the morning we departed we were offered a free coffee while we waited for our taxi. The staff seemed genuinely interested in making every part of your staff as best they could. Overall an absolutely excellent stay and we would 100% recommend to anyone looking to go to Paris. We loved every minute and will definitely return without a doubt.

It is in a great area of the Paris. The hotel is very clean, customer friendly with great area of breakfast and happy hour, gym, etc. A great thank you to Ionela and Alessandra who give us a lot of good information about the neighbourhood. Great experience from beginning to end. Although my visit was very brief, part of a quick stop in Paris before continuing my trip elsewhere, the experience was great. I was greeted by Christoph, who gave me all the information I needed, including breakfast options, gym opening times and other key information about the hotel and surroundings. The room was very neat and functional. I booked a single room and it was very compact but spacious. There was a kettle with some tea bags and coffee sachets in a very stylish black box. There was also a bottle of water, a bag with a couple of macaroons, a phone and very comfortable linen. The bathroom was small but very comfortable. The shower was powerful, there was soap, shampoo and even body lotion available. There was also a small wardrobe in the room, which I didn't use. The area around the hotel is safe and I went out for a drink and dinner. Next morning I left early and walked to St Lazare Station. The nearest metro station is "Blanche", which is just over 5 minutes walk. If I ever need to sleep over in Paris again I will definitely book this place as it has a great location, great staff, great comfort and room amenities.

A very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. The staff is amazing and very attentive. Several of the staff have been there longer than when I started staying here in 2016. They completed a renovation recently and everything new and working. They are very eco friendly here as well with a still and sparkling water fountain to fill up water bottles in the kitchen area. On this trip, my partner and I stayed around Christmas and enjoyed how festive the hotel and staff were. Hotel Des Arts has been and continues to be my favourite place to stay when in Paris. A big thank you to the entire staff! We loved staying here and look forward to being back again soon.

This was the smallest bathroom I've ever come across. The shower was so small that it was close to impossible to raise your arms to wash your hair without either turning the water off or scalding yourself! The TV was constantly turning itself off with poorly functioning hotel software. One of the lamos was constantly flickering. These issues aside the hotel was lovely, the staff perfect and the area ideal. It needs some tweaking but is still a more than average place.

Loved our stay at Hotel des Arts in March 2025!!! Very charming place with typical small European rooms. Rooms were updated and extremely clean! All of the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful! The Hôtel literally sits in the middle of a hill. And so maybe not a good fit for those with physical limitations. Also when you step out of the hotel door you are right on the street so not a good fit for families traveling with young children. However, we were very pleased! I wish I could offer 10 stars!!

Great location with a large variety of shops, cafes and restaurants a short walk away. We took the basic room which was cozy with all of the amenities you would expect from a decent hotel... a good night sleep after exploring the Montmartre district.

Enjoyable stay at Hotel Des Arts Montmarte. Extremely conveniently located in the heart of Montmartre - less than a 10 min walk to the main square with many restaurants. Hotel staff were warm & welcoming. Whilst the room was a little small, amenities were great quality and everything was comfortable.

The Hotel Des Arts Montmartre is a wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, we had a perfect stay. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. They noted that it was our anniversary and gave us a glass of champagne to celebrate. Our room had been upgraded to one that had a view of the Eiffel Tower and throughout our stay, we were assisted at every turn with information on the Metro, restaurants, taxis and sightseeing. Our thanks to everyone at the hotel. We will definitely stay with you again next time we are in Paris.

Loved this small boutique hotel. The service was amazing. The staff was super friendly and the hotel itself was laid out perfectly. I’m a hotel snob and I would say this is one of my favorite hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The attached picture is a view of Sacré-Cœur from our room.

Lovely selection of cafes, restaurants, wine bars, patisseries, and unique shops just a short stroll away and the hotel is situated in a quiet street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The honesty bar and complimentary coffee/ tea/ soft drinks/ cake in the afternoon / evening were a very nice addition. Also the ice cold still & sparkling water that was on tap all the time. The rooms were small but had everything a larger hotel would offer - safe, hairdryer, laundry service, air con, tea making facilities, and gorgeous L,Occitane toiletries in the bathroom. All in all a great little place to stay and enjoy all Paris has to offer.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in a major city and it lives up to everything it promises. From check in to check out the whole experience was fantastic. Location - This is small boutique style hotel in the heart of Montmartre Paris. Dozens of cafes, restaurant's, & bars right on the doorstep. Rooms - were small ( as you would expect in Paris) but completely adequate for a stay. They were immaculately clean. In the room was a safe which was free of charge to use, a coffee machine and water. The bathroom was nice with complimentary good toiletries. Beds were comfortable and the linen and bedding is good quality. Food - Breakfast was available at the hotel however we didn't eat due to the vast choices in the area. The hotel offers free of charge soft drinks, coffee etc at certain times of the day and also alcoholic drinks ( chargeable) Staff and Service - Absolutely fantastic. On arrival we were offered help for throughout the trip, offered a drink straight away and given all instructions needed for our stay. Nothing was too much to ask. On the morning we departed we were offered a free coffee while we waited for our taxi. The staff seemed genuinely interested in making every part of your staff as best they could. Overall an absolutely excellent stay and we would 100% recommend to anyone looking to go to Paris. We loved every minute and will definitely return without a doubt.

The Montmartre area around the hotel had lots of options for dining, the Moulin Rouge is within walking distance. Two Metro stations were within walking distance. The Abesses Metro station is a very long climb with many stairs (no escalators) to get to the street level. There is an elevator that holds about 10-15 people. Even people who had no apparent difficulty walking would take the elevator it was such a climb. There are several stairs even after getting off the elevator. I would advise that it would be difficult for anyone with mobility problems to get around (hilly, narrow cobblestone streets). The hotel is fairly close to Sacre Coeur but would be a difficult walk for people with mobility issues. Apart from that it is very French area to visit.

This is a great little hotel. I\'ve stayed in Paris many times before and been disappointed with size of the room, AC not working, poor customer service etc... This hotel offers amazing customer service and quality for the price. Our room was clean and had great AC and wifi. The staff are really helpful too. The breakfast is really good and reasonably priced. I also liked the "honesty bar" where you can grab a glass of wine or a beer in the evening for 6 euros and sit in their little kitchen area. They have lots of free food and snacks available too. If they haven\'t done so already, the owners of this hotel should replicate this place all over Paris! Can\'t recommend it more highly as a place to stay.

They offer breakfast, afternoon wine, and filtered water you can bring to your room in glass bottles - I loved this! Hotel is modernized while still keeping its French charm. For Americans - yes, elevator is small and so are the rooms, but this is Europe, not America. This hotel is amazing if you like boutique hotels with charm that are artistic in decor, and in a vibrant neighborhood that isn't overly touristy. Can't say enough good things about this hotel! Já fiquei hospedada em alguns hotéis em Paris e esse com certeza foi o melhor. A equipe é muito educada e atenciosa. O quarto estava bem limpo e cheiroso quando chegamos, assim como as demais áreas comuns do hotel. O fato de possuir elevador é um diferencial, considerando que estamos em Paris. I recommend this property enthusiastically! Definitely begin your day with the the breakfast buffet. The eggs were the creamiest I have ever had, the ham, exquisite, and the bakery goods come in fresh every morning. You may also boil eggs, have cereal, yogurt, fruit, cheeses, bacon, and nuts. They always have a chocolate cake and a pistachio almond cake. I especially liked the brioche rolls and the croissants. In addition the coffee choices were varied and unlimited There were always 2 choices of juice and one could fill a carafe with either still or sparkling water and bring it back to your room. The room we booked had twin beds and the decor and all the extra touches like the glasses, note paer, and bedding was everything one would expect in a hotel des artes. It was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The staff was exceptional from the greeting (a shout out to Alessandra), to the efforts they made to book cabs and suggest where to eat (again Alessandra) . Every evening the bar area has beer and wine, snacks, and cakes and it was a delightful way to end a day. The night manager, Christophe was helpful, and accommodating and a wonderful host. The day staff too made use feel valued, welcome, and safe. This is where you need to stay!

The hotel location is perfect for exploring the sights, arts, and cafés in the Montmartre district, including a hike up to Sacré Coeur.. Metro station is an enjoyable 5 minute walk from the Hotel, and it is a ten minute walk to the famous Moulin Rouge. Breakfast was OK, but over-priced compared to other restaurants within a short walk. Be sure to check your bill at check-out - we were overcharged for breakfast (four full breakfasts were charged although we only had one full and one continental breakfast during our stay). Several attempts to contact the hotel for a credit did not prompt a response.

My wife and I stayed a week at this lovely family-style hotel. Everything was clean, stylish, and staff very friendly.
