Nice hotel with good indoor and outdoor pool and gym which closes at 7pm unfortunately. During our two night stay Bamboo restaurant and Sky Bar closed. As the hotel is built on a steep hill you need transport for local shops and restaurants.

호텔시설은 전체적으로 깔끔합니다. 수영장은 7시 전후로 사용 못하게 하지만 조금 더 늦게까지 해서 야간에도 이용할 수 있게 하면 좋겠습니다. 날이 더워서 그런지 물이 약간 미지근 하긴 해요. 룸서비스로 저녁을 먹었는데 피자 빼고는 다들 기대이상으로 맛있습니다. 조식은 너무 넓은 공간에 한번에 많은 사람이 들어가 있어서 복잡하고 정신없는 느낌이구요. 베트남 현지 분들이 많아서 성조랑 억양때문에 중국 같은 느낌도 있구요.

Great staff. Water didnt drain away from shower. 2 of 4 restaurants not open but I think it could be because of low season. Breakfast mainly catered for asian and not european tastes. The food at the restaurant we ate was very good

Very comfy beds and great showers, the food in the restaurant was nice. Staff were friendly and An helped me book travel and a tour around the bay. Bit out of town but it's an easy 10 min ride. Only negative was the sky bar was closed.

Der Kühlschrank in unserem Zimmer war ebenfalls defekt. Im Pool müssten die Ränder gereinigt werden, die verfärben sich bereits. Alles in allem ist es aber ein tolles Hotel mit einem wunderbaren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir haben uns die Präsidenten Suite gegönnt, von dort hat man einen fantastischen Blick!

전체적으로 멋진 시설과 외부 수영장, 침대의 편안함, 큰 방 면적, 좋은 욕조 등 다 마음에 들었습니다. 다만, 객실 쪽 화장실의 변기 주변에서 불쾌한 냄새가 올라오며 배수처리가 잘 안 되고 물기가 있었던 점이 좋지 않았습니다. 결혼식으로 인해 토요일 수영장을 제대로 이용하지 못한 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 직원들은 친절하며 체크인, 체크 아웃은 5-10분 대기 시간이면 충분합니다. 조식은 대부분 베트남식이라.. 치킨 너겟이나 프렌치 후라이, 오믈렛 같은 아이들이 먹을만한 음식이 추가되면 좋겠더라고요~

ホテルは十分に認識できていると思うが、スタッフ間の情報共有が全くできていない。このクラスのホテルでは初めての経験であり、スタッフのレベルの低さを証明するような対応力の欠如。具体的には訪問前に事前にホテルに対し、レッドインボイスの発行可否をメッセージで確認し、発行可能とメッセージとして返答を受けていた。チェックイン時にもメッセージをもとに再度説明するととに、インボイスの情報も手渡し、チェックアウト時までに発行するようにリクエストした。しかし、2泊の後、チェックアウト時に3度目の同じ協議しなければならない始末。このような状況はいかがなものであろうか。必要情報や確認は事前に完了しているにもかかわらず、ホテル側で宿泊客の情報共有がはかれていれば、容易に解決できることである。とても残念な経験であり、再度ハロンエリアでこのホテルを自ら選択して宿泊したいとは思えない。知人の日本人にもお勧めはできない。

Stayed here for a week, had a lovely time playing golf and doing the day cruise around ha long bay which was organised by the hotel. Simon made us feel really welcome and comfortable during our stay. He couldn’t have done more for us and checked in with us throughout. My boyfriend was really unwell during our stay and as soon as Simon was aware he did everything to help which made it so much easier for us, we were grateful to be there when he was unwell. Thank you!

Very fancy hotel! Super clean and the view is amazing. The only thing I’d say is it’s very out of the way, and there is no food options around either. The restaurants in the hotel has a weird vibe, no one is ever there, pretty empty.. it’s hard to order a grab or order food delivery because grab doesn’t allow their driver to enter this area.. you’d need to take the taxi out.

Fabulous view. Big bedroom. Too far from the city so you have to eat and drink in the restaurant. The breakfast bar is phenomenal and the food is great. On average , there are only few Europeans in the hotel so apart from at the reception, making ourselves understood was sometimes a challenge (little English spoken).

Decent luxury hotel but a real issue is that they don’t let you order from outside restaurants for take out. I have never heard of this rule. Made me feel trapped. I had to eat at their mediocre restaurant. I would not go back. It seems like an anti consumer rule.

This hotel thinks it is a 5-star hotel, but it is at best a 3-star unsafe and outdated hotel which I would never return to, even if you pay me to. Worst is its complimentary bottled water policy which is one tiny 330ml (not even 500ml) bottle per person per day. Even at the breakfast buffet, there is no hot water served, nor are you able to take away any of the liquids served there. Basically, they want to make money off their beverages by denying you to basic water, where the water from the tap is unsafe to drink. All of the electric sockets in our room are loose and unsafe. The bath towels are old and have seen better days, and it's the first 5-star hotel I ever been to, where you are given only 1 pillow per person. At the Melia, in Haiphong previously, we were asked and given our own selection of pillow to choose from, in addition to the many pillows already in the room. The hotel is stuck in the 1980's like a big white elephant. I was shocked to see all of the elevators also had no device to tap your room key to ensure only hotel guests can use the hotel elevators. No sense of safety nor comfort, never mind luxury. Stay away is my only recommendation.

Room are comfortable, clean and spacious. Good aircon. My wife and I stayed in may 23 very warm and humid. Do come in aug to dec which i was told are the cooler mths. Delicious chinese restaurant. Mr Giang served us and explained not only food but also hotel facilities and nearby attractions. My wife and I stayed on the 8th floor. Good views of halong bay from the hotel.
