I didn’t like how there not being enough parking spots gotta park in another place to stay. The staff is excellent

Window check in is not the feeling.

Parking lot isn't too big. Surrounding area has plenty of food options available you will have to just do some walking. Room was clean. Area can look a little bit sketchy at first.

Overall, our stay was pretty good. The room a/c unit was old, but worked great! It cooled down the room quickly & kept it cool all night. The room was overall clean, but they could use a good deep cleaning of the carpets &a/c units to improve their quality. The outside facility needed attention because there are no trash bins outside, &much of the floor & walls were stained & sticky. There was trash & cigarettes left in front of no-smoking rooms, &trash scattered in the parking lot. They had a great water heater, keeping water temperatures perfect when showering. The bed was very comfortable, not too soft and not too firm. Most of the guests were respectful & quiet, which was so lovely. The location is good; just a short drive (or a brisk 15-30min walk) to Knott's Berry Farm & restaurants. The hotel staff was OK. They don't notify you that the lobby is closed 24/7, so you don't have a safe indoor space to wait for a ride-share or to wait to check in. They only use their night window, and they let their kids run around the lobby all day. The lady who checked us in ignored us when we approached the locked front door, & was extremely rude when checking us in; she would not give us her name & walked away & ignored us more when we tried to ask where the ice machine was. However, the other staff members were polite & helpful during the rest of our stay. Parking is extremely limited and the elevator needs maintenance. 3/5 stars.

Almost no parking space

No working ice machine. Requested main floor, told me nothing was available. Not up to my cleanliness standards. The elevator was very slow and not kept up very well. Won't stay there ever again.

The room was newly renovated parents the bed was very comfortable and had brand new fancy sheets. The pillows were vastly improved from last time and were very soft. Everything inside the room was just right. The price was excellent and we got a really good room. The only bad part, and it is a very bad and almost inexcusable part, is that if you stay at this hotel you're gambling with the possibility of not having a place to park your car. We encountered several parking spaces that were being occupied by large trucks who decided that they were perfectly entitled to two parking spaces at a time. The management was unwilling to do anything about double parked cars taking up two parking spaces which meant that we had to park and extremely long way from our room. This is not the first time that this has happened. When I check in management makes me tell to make a model of my car and give them license plate number. I don't know why they have this if not for some sort of enforcement. If they are going to hassle me for this kind of information, I recommend that they sets and enforce parking rules. If I pay for a room at a hotel with free parking then there needs to be parking available.

There was trash in the parking. Not cofee nor breakfast.

It was good. Hopefully they have more parking space and trash bin around hotel. Laundry room needs updated. Otherwise all good 👍

There was an insect in a room Untidy and cleanliness issue in the room

We stayed at the hotel for one full week and did not receive any maid service. We had to track the maid down to get some clean towels

I was sleep 5 nights only one time clean even I reminded them but they don’t care. Bad experience the place dirty I’m not recommendations for this place.

Clean rooms, it was a real comfortable stay.

The room was very dirty, there was mold/mildew on the bathroom ceilings, door latch was broken, phone didn’t work, carpet was filthy! This is supposed to be a no pet hotel but we saw several people with pets , our room had a cat toy in it, I came home with flea bites all over my arms and legs. The man who works at the front tries to get in our room and was yelling “open the door right now” very unpleasant stay, will not be staying here again.

Had a great stay! Clean and comfortable

The room was damp and had an unpleasant odor, with the pillows appearing quite dirty. The carpet was wet in several areas, some parts completely soaked. Outside, there were two individuals engaged in prostitution. I decided to grab my children's belongings and leave; it was the final straw for me.

They do not clean the room.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. We never had room service. I had to ask for extra toilet paper. There was only 1 roll and a used one when we arrived. Our last night the parking lot was pretty full. Both ADA parkings were occupied with no Handicapped sign on. Not the best for us unfortunately

Property is horrible. Holes in the walls, bedding with stains and holes as well. Towels full of what im guessing other people's hair. The lack of proper pillows for the beds. Bathroom was very dirty too. Tub had shower gel all over. It wasnt cleaned. Furniture was broken falling apart. Overall i wouldn't recommend. Yes its cheap and thats exactly what you pay for. Im sure you can find something for the same or almost the same price , in better conditions.

Felt old and out of date, stayed for two days thin walls can hear everything.

Air conditioning is noisy and no refrigerator on my room.

The hotel was very run down, the bathroom door didn't close and everything was dated. Thats not terrible but the walls are paper thin. At 2 in the morning the 4 of us woke up to a couple next door having the loudest sex. None of us could sleep and despite calling the front office nothing was done. Consider that when you pay for this place.

Air conditioning not working in our room

Good clean and spacious room.

The room was a lot nicer than I expected.The bed was very firm and the pillows needed an upgrade.( My travel sized pillow was bigger!) Room was large and comfortable.l

Good price. Only complaint loud air conditioner.

Internet did not work for duration of stay, I’m talking not at all couldn’t even connect. Lost out on days work cuase I do overtime on weekends from computer. When I tried to get a refund thru customer service they denied it wasn’t working and even that I came to ask them to reset it.

Room itself was clean, and the staff was nice. BUT - Common areas were grubby. Room only had one overhead light close to the door, with about a 20-watt bulb in it. NO bedside lamps, desk lamps, or floor lamps. Closest wall outlet to bed was 4 feet away, too far for my charging cords, had to buy a cheap extension cord. Would not stay here again.

Management was very accommodating. I originally booked a 3 night stay and ended up extending 4 more days. They were very nice and friendly throughout my stay.

I didn't like or appreciate how rude and difficult the staff was. She made it seem like doing anything was an impossible task. Checking in was a nightmare. She was incredibly rude, I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times and she just got increasingly frustrated with me. Not very friendly

Easy check in. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and accommodated a later check out.

At check in the guy wanted $50.00 cash only deposit which we were not aware of. Not kept up at all..the toilet and bed had hair. Im talking like wasnt cleaned at all. It was so gross. Non refundabled so I cleaned it myself. At check out the woman was in pajamas. Would never stay here again.

Bad customer relations they tried to tell me the deposit was $100 cash when it was only $50

Great affordable option when going to Knotts

To noisy and too many homeless around.

It’s a pretty nice location with decent rooms. You’re walking distance to knots berry farm, a mall, Walmart, and the water park of knots berry farm. Decent dining options that are less than 5min away drive wise.

The room is worth more than what we paid for. King bed is very comfortable and clean. Near Knotts Berry Farm, a waterslide park, Portos, restaurants and shopping stores.

Its not the best location. Cash deposit is required not CC. Found a needle underneath mattress. If you want budget stay, this is the place.

There is no coffee maker in the room, the door guard locked us out of room, the clerk was completely rude. I was forced to leave a cash deposit, which created inconvenience , since I don't carry cash! I will not stay in this Hotel again. Hotels. Com should remove all connection with them.

Room service could be a lot more efficient

Very close to Knotts Berry. The room was clean but no coffee pot. During the day up until about 9pm not quiet.

No coffee maker in the room.
