This motel is very run down. I ended up not staying here at all and booked elsewhere. The rooms smelled horrendous, the ac wasn’t actually working in either of the rooms I booked. The carpet was gross and the bathroom and shower were covered in rust and mildew. I’d look elsewhere. The front staff was very understanding and did refund me.

The room smelled like mold and mildew and the couch had very unpleasant stains. The rooms carpet smelt horrible and the door to outside did not seal. When we were leaving everything we had smelt like mildew and had to wash everything we had. There was people lingering around our hotel door smoking and the atmosphere was not very welcoming to guests. The breakfast had to be ordered and was not buffet style the yogurt we received was expired and our apple was not good quality at all.

TV would not connect to server (to start with), multiple holes in couch (one 4 in), cracked lampshade, very poorly patched hole in wall behind the door and not repainted, pool not available and covered, Washer/dryer also broken, phone didn't work and missing buttons, phone in bathroom missing receiver, x-rated graffiti written in pen on chair, shower visibly stained and dirty, Hot tub...good luck. Tried to get a discount but no. Told, "our rates are already so low." Contacted Hotels.com and they would not refund me. Ended up after 2.5 hours changing to different room with "less damage" and a TV that connected. Now, some 48 hours later they still have not refunded my $50 deposit. I am generally not a complainer and given the lowish price compared to other Colorado hotels this could be acceptable with just good general maintenance.
