We stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is walking distance from the train station which is convenient. You are able to rent a bike for free! So much fun. Great amenities. Staff are so kind, nice and very helpful. They also speak English. There is Lawson next to the hotel so you can easily walk over there to buy snacks and drinks. We enjoyed it and highly recommend it!

Hotel South of Kyoto station (walkable) and within a couple of minutes walk to bus stop to Gion. Nice size room and good onsen. Reception staff helpful with info on transport. Good option for Kyoto in quieter area of town.

初めて宿泊させて頂きましたが、玄関ロビーから明るく清潔で、フロントでの丁寧な接客、説明でとても良かったです！ 朝食ビュッフェも種類が豊富でどれもが凄く美味しかったです！ 是非共、また宿泊したいです！ 少し残念だった事は、大浴場の脱衣場の足元がびしょ濡れで不快でした。マナーがなってない方が多く感じました。脱衣場に出る前に身体は拭いて出るのが普通だと思いますが、そのまま出る方がほとんどでした。自分も不快なはずなのに何故それが出来ないのか不思議です。 可能ならば、脱衣場に「身体を拭いてから出て下さい‼︎」と貼紙などで注意喚起して頂きたいです。せっかくの大浴場が台無しです。

京都の駅からは離れていますが、部屋が広くてきれいで快適でした。大浴場はちょっとぬるすぎた感じですかね。せめて温泉の素を入れたりする程度の工夫はほしかったです。朝食はおいしかったです。あと自転車も使いやすかったですが、京都は坂があるので、電動アシスト車が必要ですね。

L'hotel ea 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Kyoto. Noi avevamo una camera tripla con 3 letti grandi e abbastanza spaziosa per gli standard giapponesi. Camera pulita, confortevole, silenziosa. Materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Sono a disposizione gratuitamente per i clienti una decina di biciclette che a noi hanno fatto molto comodo per raggiungere il centro. Nota di eccellenza un fantastico Onsen con accesso dalle 5 del pomeriggio all'una di notte. È stato meraviglioso potervi accedere per i 4 giorni che siamo rimasti.

Budget friendly hotel with great services. Staff were friendly. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Building looks new. 10 minutes walk to Kyoto station in a quiet neighborhood. Room is big enough for 4 people with 1 bed each. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom has separate door for toilet and shower. The bath house is nice and can just use to take a shower if you don’t want sit in the bath with other people. Breakfast is available on the main for 1,800 yen. Lawson is next door for quick food, snacks, and drinks. Kyoto station has lots of food options and shopping. We used the luggage forwarding services to Osaka which is convenient for traveling. It was a great experience over all.

客室の清潔感はあんまり良くなく、部屋を変えることになりましたが、スタッフの対応は良かったんです。 変わって貰った部屋も洗面台が汚かったんですが、面倒だと思ってそのまま使ってました。 京都駅から少し歩きますが、移動は不便なく静かで、朝食も美味しく大浴場もあって良かったんです。 客室の掃除だけ改善して欲しいです。

Property was very clean and room was very nice. Beds are a little hard. However it's not as close to the Kyoto station as I thought and the immediate area doesn't have a lot of restaurants nearby. But it's a great place to sleep.

Twin deluxe room is large and comfortable. 5 min to kyoto station by taxi and a convenient store is next the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good! There aren’t much restaurants near by but a Korean restaurant is 2min by walk. We had dinner there. Recommend for family stay.

This hotel has soft beds and pillows. Very clean and spacious rooms. Close to kyoto station (12 minutes walk) and 3 minutes walk to the bus stop. I payed from breakfast which was a very good decision since they have many food options to choose from.

Rooms were very spacious even with three beds inside the room. Nice facility, has a nice Lawson next door for snacks and food. Only downfall is that we did not find any restaurants close by so we walked about 10minutes to Kyoto station for food.

The Hotel is located a 10 Minuten Walk from Kyoto Station and 10 Minutes to Walk from the next JR Line to Computer to the Golden shrine. Therme Are Buses around within two minutes Walk. Overall good Price/quality Ratio, if you Are willing to Walk a bit (JR pass user).

Far far away from eateries and plcs of interest.. quite a walk from station.. and remote.. Staff does not try to understand the customer.. hotel send email to check in .. but in the end got to rewrite everything again at the front desk.. told him already E check in but insisted us to write again .. double work.. The staff that attended to us is like a robot repeat the same answer over and over, we got to struggle to understand his english.. he could had pointed the answer to us that was on the slip of paper. Machine payment is either card or cash, cant do partial.. Definately not a premium hotel haha

This was a great hotel with excellent and attentive personnel. They helped us finding a place for lunch when we arrived and the breakfast provided was delicious. The hotel facilities were great. I would stay again if I go back to Kyoto.

Lovely stay at this hotel with my family. Friendly receptionists who were able to communicate in English well especially the young male staff who we met on the day we arrived. They have the Yamato service which makes luggage transfer so much easier for us. They also collect mail for us so we could organise trains in advance. Rooms were nice and clean. Lovely stay at this hotel with my family. Friendly receptionists who were able to communicate in English well especially the young male staff who we met on the day we arrived. They have the Yamato service which makes luggage transfer so much easier for us. They also collect mail for us so we could organise trains in advance. Rooms were nice and clean. This hotel has excellent staff, with several being able to speak English. Very helpful. They will call a taxi for you at no extra charge. Also, they will take care of shipping your luggage to another hotel, including filling out the address in Japanese. You can pay for it right there rather than at a convenience store. They offer new towels daily if you do not want your room cleaned. They have complementary slippers that you can keep as well. They have a public bath that is clean and peaceful. They also have a large lobby and laundry room. The cost to wash is 300 yen (soap automatically added)and to dry is 100-200 yen (make sure to clean the dryer filter). The hotel is a 6-8 minute walk from Kyoto station and 5 min walk from 2 local train stations. You can get to Fushimi Inari-Taisha in 15 min by train! I will definitely stay here again!

This place has a great location, fairly close to train station, malls, shopping, and dining. Immediately upon approaching the front desk to check in (a little early at 1330), we were told very abruptly that check in was at 1500 and early check in was not an option. We were allowed to leave our bags though so we went to get something to eat and kill time. When we finall checked in, we tried to call another room which our friends were staying in and noticed there was no phone in the room. When inquiring about this, we were told straight up that they removed the phones so they wouldn't have to answer calls from quests and thus, decreased the front-end staff to decrease costs. The stay was comfortable and the room was spacious, but it was nothing special. I have tattoos so was unable to use the onsen as I couldn't cover them all. We did not eat breakfast because it seemed over-priced for what it was and was able to find better options close bye.

Budget friendly hotel with great services. Staff were friendly. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Building looks new. 10 minutes walk to Kyoto station in a quiet neighborhood. Room is big enough for 4 people with 1 bed each. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom has separate door for toilet and shower. The bath house is nice and can just use to take a shower if you don’t want sit in the bath with other people. Breakfast is available on the main for 1,800 yen. Lawson is next door for quick food, snacks, and drinks. Kyoto station has lots of food options and shopping. We used the luggage forwarding services to Osaka which is convenient for traveling. It was a great experience over all.

The Hotel was just a 12 minute walk from the main station so that was a big plus point. The accommodation was really clean and the staff were really kind in all ways. I really liked the neighborhood since it was very quite and calm. You can have really nice strolls around there. Transportation was also really convenient since there were some bus stops and train stations nearby. When I go to Kyoto again I will definitely come here again. Oh and the view was really nice from my room (804)

We stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is walking distance from the train station which is convenient. You are able to rent a bike for free! So much fun. Great amenities. Staff are so kind, nice and very helpful. They also speak English. There is Lawson next to the hotel so you can easily walk over there to buy snacks and drinks. We enjoyed it and highly recommend it!

Property was very clean and room was very nice. Beds are a little hard. However it's not as close to the Kyoto station as I thought and the immediate area doesn't have a lot of restaurants nearby. But it's a great place to sleep.

The Hotel is located a 10 Minuten Walk from Kyoto Station and 10 Minutes to Walk from the next JR Line to Computer to the Golden shrine. Therme Are Buses around within two minutes Walk. Overall good Price/quality Ratio, if you Are willing to Walk a bit (JR pass user).

This hotel has soft beds and pillows. Very clean and spacious rooms. Close to kyoto station (12 minutes walk) and 3 minutes walk to the bus stop. I payed from breakfast which was a very good decision since they have many food options to choose from.

Excellent stay. Much larger rooms than usual for Japan. I would suggest pre-purchasing the buffet breakfast. It had a great variety of Japanese and Western dishes plus there are few other options nearby. A fairly short walk from the Kyoto station but most tourist spots are at least a mile away. Staff qas very nice!
