Quiet, very clean, nice smelling room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff were very pleasant and caring. Hot tub and pool were nice. The pool deck needs resurfaced or sealed so the pebbles are not coming loose. Those pebbles hurt when you step on them!

The pool wasn’t clean and we did not notice it at first because we were in the shallow end. Once we got to the deep it there was literally rings of dirt, oil and even hair floating so we left shortly after

Kyra at the front desk is fabulous! But otherwise we were disappointed that the hot tub was not working. We thought it was strange that we had to "check out" pool towels from the front desk and return them to the front desk. The breakfast wasn't great. This spot was centrally located for the places we are visiting.

We went here to use the pool abd hot tub but the hot tub was out of order and the pool was disgusting it had like a sheen of nastiness on it. When we checked in they wanted my wifes name too. Ok i understand that but they also wanted the kids names too, whats with that. The breakfast wasn't good at all. It only had waffles and cereal it was terrible.

Upon entering the room, I was shocked to discover the presence of numerous cockroaches in the bathroom and a level of cleanliness that was well below the standard. This situation not only ruined my stay but also raised serious concerns about hygiene and guest safety. There was mold on the curtains that the heater was blowing all over the room and mold in the bathroom. Staff was limited and slow and charged was way too much for the small dirty hotel

The young lady at the counter was wonderful. It is so nice to have a smiling face. This facility has you get your pool towels at the desk and return them there as well. The person took the wet towels back with a smile! Personally, I don't see enough of that in many businesses. The hotel was clean and inviting in the room, lobby, breakfast area and pool.

We did not even stay there. We had to turn the key in within 20 minutes of being there and had to book another hotel…. There were bed bugs in the bed and all under the mattress and the staff would do nothing about it so we left their hotel

Food and crumbs in bedding. Floors not vacuumed. Pee all over the toilet. Shower had hair all in it. Nothing clean about this hotel. Crappy breakfast choice of oatmeal, fruit loops, raisen bran, blueberry muffin, waffle,& yogurt. Fake orange juice and watery milk. The pool area was messy w/all their stuff laying around. Stuff floating and settled in the pool and the hot tub; GROSS! I wont be staying at one of these again bc of how dirty everything was. On top of had to wait to get checked in bc no one was there. Asked for extra towels bc family of 4 only had 2 towels in there and she was mad i asked for more. The guy running breakfast was on phone hotel as i wanted to speak to him about how dirty everything was.

Doing my research before booking this hotel, and I realized there's a lot of fake reviews out there...so I didnt really know what to expect when we got here. But writing this as my honest review about my experience: Walked in, lobby felt outdated just like the pictures but it was clean and inviting. Nobody at the front desk gave me just a little nervousness how long I will have to wait. But within a minute, someone greeted and checked me in. She was very quick as I did have 4 rooms. Most of the rooms were decent and average. Nothing impressive. The room I got had a bad musty/moldy smell. But bedding felt clean. Other rooms did not have the smell. Mattress has seen better days but I slept just fine. Did not check out pool for cleanliness. But nice that they had one. Breakfast was basic. Some grab n go muffins/pastries. Raisin bran and fruit loops for cereal, yogurt, waffle maker, coffee, fruit juice. Patiently waited at front desk to check out but no one came so ended up having to look around for a person. Seems I wasnt really needed to do much with check out. I would've given a 4 star if my room didn't have the musty smell.

The property is just kinda blah....a bit shabby. Nothing special about it, but it serves it\'s purpose. No premium or movie channels on the television, and the internet service was spotty at best. Although set at 1 specific temp, the room was either too warm or kinda chilly my entire stay. The free "breakfast" is a joke. I\'m sure most ppl pass on getting up at 6am for a waffle and a banana. The young lady at the front desk nights was wonderful though. Very helpful and nice. It\'s a quiet, clean place to rest your head....no frills.

We had a great Stay , The walls are a bit thin could hear the little Kids Screaming like banshees for Hours . However The pool was great the hot tub fantastic and check in and check out was a breeze . We will definitely pick this hotel when we are in the area

Room was fine but there no USB ports in the room. hi, its 2025.. Staff was unfriendly when i asked about a charging brick which was probably left there on a daily basis.. Room was clean , still proving bar soaps.. The "free breakfast " was garbage..

When I booked on Hotels.com the room I selected clearly pictured a hot tub style bath in the room seperate from the bath room. The room I got did not have one. Also the air conditioner in the room was leaking so almost 1/3 of the room's carpet was wet.

Well first off I booked a room with a king size bed and a jetted tub next to the bed, when we got to our room it did not have a jetted tub in the room and when I talked to the front desk they said I would have to talk to hotels.com. Couple of other odd things, when using the pool/hot tub you had to “check out” towels from the front desk, only one per person and then return them immediately after swimming. Also the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which only consisted of a waffle maker and cold items, such as yogurt, cereal and pre packaged snacks. Me and my wife ate some of the “not so good” breakfast at anround 8am and wanted to take a swim before checkout. We got our suits on and went down to “checkout” our towels again only to find out the pool area did not open until 10am. Kind of disappointing.

I was staying here while searching for an apartment. Because I was uncertain about when and where i would be moving, i had to reserve a block of time that gave me time to find something. When i did, and moved in on 8/10, i asked if i could get any of the unused days refunded. (I was booked and had prepaid until 8/19) I was promply told there was nothing that could be done. NOTHING. I paid alot for nights that I was not staying there and feel like I have been taken advantage of. Now I've paid for nearly a weeks worth nights for absolutely NOTHING. It just seems very unethical and I feel exploited.

Had a family emergency and they refused refund. Booked 4 nights and only stayed for 1. After being told I was able to get a refund for 3 nights I had to rush home and they said I couldn’t get my money back. Would never recommend!

When we first got there the staff was very nice. When booking it didn’t state that there would be a hold fee so I didn’t expect that. It wasn’t much just $50 but I think that should be disclosed before booking. Just as a heads up. we went to our room and I noticed it smelled like smoke. I went to the front desk to let her know and she instantly gave me a different room. Which did not smell. I appreciated that with having 3 young kids with me. It was quiet and the pool area was nice and warm instead of freezing , which the kids appreciated. It’s a 2 minute drive to some decent restaurants. Overall it was a good stay.

Was kind of not happy with the continental breakfast that was offered. All it was, was coffee, juice, waffles and cereal. Normally when I get a place with continental breakfast, I get scramble eggs, bagels or toast and fresh fruit and maybe a meat (bacon or sausage), turkey would be great to add too. This would be a suggestion for the breakfast part

This was a great hotel. Well kept and very clean. The o my issue we had was it’s advertised as having a full breakfast and it’s not that at all, it’s a semi stocked continental type breakfast.
