This is a family owned hotel. Clean and comfortable. They welcome dogs and room service brings treats for them. Very nice deep swimming pool. Totally enjoyed our stay.

This was a safe and convenient place to stay over while traveling. Easy on and off the freeway. Pool open till 11 but still quiet. It's an older motel so the rooms need some upkeep. Quick and inexpensive for a short notice overnight stay.

This is conveniently located in Claremore, and you can't beat the price. We even extended our stay to a second night. The only thing I didn't like was the excessive puddling in the parking lot. Doesn't drain very well.

We like staying here because of the price. The receptionist was so nice and the room was clean with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. It is quiet, too. The beds are pretty hard but we slept fine. We've used it twice, we wouldn't hesitate to reserve a room again!

Obviously the property is a little dated, but the price is very reasonable and reflective of that. but everything there worked, they had a pool that was in decent shape. only complaint I had was the height - I would whack my head on the overhang outside the room, the light, pretty much anything that stopped about 6ft off the ground. inside the room though it was plenty tall enough for me. I'd stay again. it was only 25 minutes from the concert venue. much better than a 45 minute haul back to tulsa after a day of rocking out in the heat

The 7.6 rating was totally wrong, should be more like 2 or 3. It had black mole on the tub and the carpet was in total disrepair. I have stayed in hundreds of motel and this is one of the worst. I would not stay here again, just glad it was for one night.

Hands down the worst, filthiest, bug-ridden hotel ever. Repairs/remodeling was obviously done by a hack that was either too lazy to do a reasonable job or didn't care or both. But the topper (other than the really bad odor in the room) was the bugs...So, to the management here's a message. If you hire someone that's NOT a hack to do the very simple repairs in the bathroom, ie, seal up the holes left under the toilet and where the water supply line comes in for the toilet you MIGHT be able to keep those ants at bay. But the more I killed, the more kept coming in! In the attached photo of the bathtub and floor tile, they are hard to see but there are...drum roll please....THIRTY FOUR ANTS in the photo! That does not include the ants that had crawled into the other rooms, onto the vanity counter, and yes....they were on the bed cover. Good luck to anyone staying at this place.

I came to Claremore for one night only to have dinner with family and then crash in my room. I was greeted by Greta who was very friendly and kind in helping me with directions on a place to eat and telling my about the area. I had a king room on the first floor. The room was VERY clean and for the price I couldn't beat it! I will definitely stay there again if I'm ever in town and maybe next time enjoy the amenities I did not get to try out this time. Highly recommend!!

It’s a $ 35-a-night room worth. We killed a cockroach. The bed was hard. The chair was uncomfortable. The shower was hard to turn unless you have a very strong nan. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and they sprayed so many cheap perfumes from India. The carpet has cigarette burns and the shower has mold. We got woken up by a man yelling plus the train noise. We asked for extra towels because we have three girls in the family with long hair and we were told to make sure we have all the towels left in the room when we leave or they will charge us. The towels look like been used for million times and probably buy hundreds of new towels. The door has no chain lock and you can see daylight around the door. The only thing the front desk who checked us in was nice. I have a fatty liver and strong perfume is not good for me even the front desk lobby was sprayed with so much perfume like they are hiding some kind of smell.

This place is a scam, that should no longer be allowed to conduct business via Expedia. It did not matter to them that I prepaid for my reservation weeks ago, I showed up & they literally pretended to have no clue about my reservation so they could DOUBLE charge me for the most pathetically disgusting, smoky, bug, & burn filled room that has not been updated or cleaned in at least a decade, & was surrounded by addicts & their barking dogs. Due to the unsanitary, unsafe conditions, & the IMMENSE lack of care or customer service from ANYONE here including the manager, we did NOT stay even a single night. DO BETTER or go out of business already - you'd be doing Claremore a sincere community service!

It was perfectly adequate for our one night stay. There is not a lot of soundproofing between rooms. As long as your next door neighbor shuts it down at a reasonable time you will be fine. The wide crack under the door would have been a concern had the temperature been in the teens.

The room appearance was not as nice as the pictures at the website. It was rather drab and plain. In the pictures, I saw a sofa, loveseat and other comfortable furnishings. But there was no such thing as that in the room I was in. A couple of straight chairs. That’s it.

Lots of noise. With mostly motorists/road-trippers as the clientele, the noise of arriving/departing cars and people hollering late at night and early in the morning leaks right through the thin walls. Relatively clean. Fine, if you just need a place to rest for the night.

Worst trip. We booked a 2 queen room 2 weeks in advance. We arrived to find out that they overbooked their rooms and only had 1 king room left. So 3 of us had to share the bed. Also they didn’t tell us at the office this. We walking into our room to find one bed. Then because we were now checked in we couldn’t get a refund.

The Staff was extremely helpful after it was discovered that there was no record of expedia making a reservation. Once the staff saw my history of stays, they made a room available for the night so that my family was able to rest after a 6 hour drive.

The first room we were given had the bathroom ceiling on the floor. Was given a second room after being asked if we did it. Was charged once by Expedia and again by hotel when we checked in. Calls were not returned. Disappointed in this place

I doubt whether the hotel had any options in this matter but the local trash company started dumping trash at 4:30 in the morning several of the guests yelled out of their doors they're displeasure at the trash company, this was the only downfall of the stay.
