Muy bonito el hotel sólo que la música muy ruidosa porque tienen un antro al lado y toda la noche el ruidajo, además poner música desde muy temprano y muy fuerte de Carolina Ross todo el día tocando la misma artista es poco molesto, la cama es cómoda pero el aire acondicionado no funciona bien (nunca funciono) lo comentamos pero realmente no supieron cómo resolverlo y la alberca no está climatizada por lo que estaba muy helada el agua

i was looking forward to my stay since i have been a client before. So sad to see this once beautiful Boutique Hotel fall apart because there’s no maintenance : dirty pool, dirty floors, dingy sheets, moldy room, water bugs!!

This is a great place to stay if you don't mind not being located directly on the beach. The ambiance is wonderful and most people here speak English, which is great for non-Spanish speakers like myself. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a tiled pool on the bottom floor and two small pools with a great view on the rooftop bar. If you are an adult looking for a peaceful atmosphere without kids running around, then this is the perfect place for you to stay in Mazatlan.

Las instalaciones de la terraza estaban bastante deterioradas, solo 1 alberca de la parte de arriba estaba abierta ya que comentaron que estaban en remodelación me imagino que para restaurar lo que no funcionaba de la terraza, la alberca de la primer planta muy agradable, lamentablemente el área de la cafetería de igual manera estaba cerrada por dicha remodelacion, por último mi habitación olía bastante a humedad en general le doy un 7, claro les daré otra segunda oportunidad

Great place to stay if you don’t care about beachfront. The Ambiance is great and pretty much everybody understands English for the non Spanish speakers like me. The restaurant have great breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a tiled pool on the bottom floor, at the roof top bar they have two small pools with a great view. If you are adult and don’t want to have kids running around than this is the place to be in Mazatlan.

Generelt bra opphold. Nedsidene var: skitne håndklær og sengetøy, og en takbar som aldri var åpen for gjestene. De hadde private hendelser der, og lyden av at folk skrapte stolene langs gulvet bar godt inn på rommet.

Al llegar, por la recepción y el pasillo hacia mi habitación, me dio la impresión de ser una torre de departamentos (que después me enteré que efectivamente esto fue previamente un conjunto de departamentos). Pero al llegar a la habitación, definitivamente te sientes en un hotel. Muy limpio, el aroma súper agradable, la habitación muy amplia y la cama estaba muy cómoda. El restaurante estaba muy rico, desayuné y cené ahí. Además de que tienen una cafetería Starbuks en el mismo lobby. La relación precio/calidad es muy buena. Todos los días limpiaron la habitación. La atención fue muy rápida. Ahora, no es realmente un hotel, no hay conmutador (Tienes que hablar a un móvil a recepción). Mi habitación no tenía armario o closet. Pero si hay ganchos y un mueble donde puedes colgar la ropa, pero no es un closet. Si había minibar (Con cargo si lo usas), Plancha y caja de seguridad. Hay música ambiental (Tipo bar/lounge) en todo el hotel, algo fuerte, pero dentro de la habitación yo no la escuché. Es un buen lugar para hospedarte si no quieres un hotel en forma, pero tampoco es como estar en un departamento. Sí te da la experiencia de hotel.

This is my second stay at the Experience Hotel and I really enjoyed both visits. The hotel is well kept up and clean. It’s also quiet and relaxing since it us for adults only. Las instalaciones estan en excelentes condiciones, y la limpieza impecable. Eso si, olvidate de la TV, al parecer es a través de internet lo cual hace que la señal este intermitente por las caídas de velocidad. Esto me parece un punto a mejorar, dada la calidad del hotel se esperaría un servicio de televisión satelital.

Las instalaciones estan en excelentes condiciones, y la limpieza impecable. Eso si, olvidate de la TV, al parecer es a través de internet lo cual hace que la señal este intermitente por las caídas de velocidad. My wife and I enjoyed this beautiful and comfy hotel. Staff was great, location is convenient, and amenities were enjoyable. The only downfall was the loud music when you're trying to sleep but because my wife and I were tired, we slept through it.

This is my second stay at the Experience Hotel and I really enjoyed both visits. The hotel is well kept up and clean. It’s also quiet and relaxing since it us for adults only. I do wish the roof bar was opened on the nights u was there because I live having a drink and enjoying the sunset. I had breakfast there all three days and it was delicious! Service is excellent!!

The room was just average. There did not appear to be any upgrade after asking. I got food poisoning from the cheescake at the restaurant there

Al hotel se le nota que le faltan varias reparaciones, la comida mal, el primer dia mi platillo estaba hechado a perder. el seundo dia pedi un avocado toast y el mesero me dijo que si tenia pero sin avocado.... uno de mis hoteles favotitos, pero siempre hay algo que no sirve... la albeca, el elevador, checar la recepcion, tiene mal olor

Stayed here for 4 days. Overall staff were great, food and drinks were amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Cute adults only hotel in zona dorada. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was nice, I was a little surprised there was no dresser or closet but that's on me for not reading the details closely and we managed just fine without. AC worked very well it was super convenient having a remote! Staff were lovely and very helpful. Food in the restaurant was great and fresh 😁

Feels more like a motel rather than a hotel. The service was okay - not very refined/professional but responsive. The pool area is small but pretty. The parking lot is detached, maybe a block away. The walk to it wasn't very pleasant especially at night - felt a bit shady. You could find street parking closer to the hotel though. The room itself was decently clean. Our sheets had what it seemed to be permanent stains (though they were washed clean).
