Excelente opción para vacaciones en familia, el hotel tiene todas las amenidades necesarias para no salir. El personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Los horarios de apertura y cierre de alberca y jacuzzis son muy amplios y son muy flexibles, si ven que los huéspedes quieren estar un poco más; las camastros y palapas para la alberca, el jardín y el mar son suficientes para el total de ocupación, las áreas de palapas y asadores muy amplias y con buena iluminación por si deseas permanecer hasta tarde. En general el hotel y su personal conservan y mantienen las instalaciones y áreas verdes en perfecto estado para garantizar que disfrutes las vacaciones.

La propiedad en general está muy bien cuidado y el personal muy amable, La playa de lo mejor porque es muy tranquila, por no decir que prácticamente sola. Muchas actividades programadas diariamente para adultos y niños completamente gratis. Tienen una tienda de conveniencia dentro de las mismas instalaciones y sus precios no son excesivos. 10/10

Cuenta con amplias habitaciones, alberca, dos jacuzzis, un tobogán, restaurante (alimentos no incluidos), una tienda de conveniencia y amplias instalaciones de recreación. El lugar es básicamente para descansar. Hey restricciones estrictas de ruido y limpieza, un reglamento que hay que acatar lo que genera orden. También cuenta con estacionamiento y caseta de vigilancia.

Todo estuvo muy bien, el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas, alberca excelente, servicio y acceso a la playa excelente. Recomiendo mucho este hotel. Las amenidades del día muy buenas. Solo el sistema de control de toallas de la alberca debería cambiar, es muy retro.

Resort is clean, staff is amazing and always the same. We’ve been going since 2021 and love seeing the same staff year after year. I absolutely love the bed, it’s more comfy than my own at home! They have theme nights, activities during the day for kids, happy hour twice a day! They’ve added a seafood pop up restaurant four days a week which we tried and really thought the food was good. On site massage was amazing! They will also book off site excursions as well, we did deep sea fishing and had a great time and then the kitchen cooked up our catch that night.

From the gate in to the gate out you feel at home and are extremely cared for in all aspects. Waiters are phenomenal and always remember you, some entertain as serving. Food is excellent and you can pretty much get anything your style, concierge and pool games well orchestrated. We alway dread leaving the comforts of this lovely facility. Check in and out very easy. All staff including grounds keepers always acknowledge you with smiles even under their masks. Very clean and sanitary. Lots of space to park yourself either by the pool or off to the side. Sunsets are stunning.

Este hotel es hermoso. Bastante cómodo para una familia completa. La alberca y la playa estaban fantásticas. El único contra es que la alberca estaba un poco sucia (sin exagerar). De todo lo demás, está bastante bien. El restaurante del hotel está muy rico. Nos tocó habitación con 2 recámaras, 2 baños, cocina, sala, barra, comedor y balcón en primer piso con salida directa a la alberca.

The rooms were huge. I have a child in a wheelchair and to have room for her chair to easily move around the room and have her adult changing table set up, it was perfect. Just sitting under a palapa and enjoying the sounds of the ocean, beautiful sunsets and soak up sun made for a relaxing time.

I liked that it is more a condo rather than hotel, you get separated rooms for your kids and you. Full kitchen, family room and ease access to pool and beach, just outside my door. The only inconvenient I had was that the sea was kind of aggressive in the hotel spot so you need to go to other area near by to enjoy it.

This was our first stay at Torres Mazatlan, but won't be our last. Our two bedroom unit was very spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the pool area and the beach beyond. The kitchen was well-equipped, including plenty of dishes and silverware. The only thing missing was soe salt and pepper! We met lots of folks who have been visiting the resort for decades!

First time staying at this resort. This resort was amazing. If you are traveling with a family, I strongly recommend this resort. This resort is located north of the malecon. The resort is not big, so therefore it’s not crowed and the beach is not crowed. If you go to Mazatlan to relax and be away from a lot of people and ghetto people, this is the resort for you and the family to stay. Food is very very good so no need to leave resort. Strongly advise to use Uber if you need transportation. Lastly, every room and living room is equipped with its own a/c controller. So if you have family members that are picky about the room been to cold, you have separate a/c controllers.

Our experience has always been good, if not excellent, during the four years we've enjoyed the facilities. This year was no exception: the staff is always ready to help you. From the moment you check in, an experience of tranquility and security begins. It's a place to enjoy Mazatlán from beginning to end. And if you don't need to go out, you have all the services right there, with activities for adults and children. That's why we highly recommend it.

The restaurant staff were topnotch. The manager and check in not so much. We had one simple request not the first floor as that is more suspectable to bugs. Front desk assured us since there were no other options available that they would do an extra close inspection. At 4:15 pm when the room was ready we walked in and within 20 seconds a huge cockroach scampered by. I took a picture and brought it to the front desk. The manager said well we are a tropical destination. That should be expected. 28 years coming to Mazatlan, this was the second cockroach we have seen. The first was in Torres as well. They moved us to a higher floor which was not available before. I guess I do not believe they told the truth to begin with. Later that night they sprayed what maintenance called diesel fuel throughout the entire property causing a white stinky cloud that lasted 20 minutes. I really hate to complain as so much of our stay was enjoyable. I just think they were not honest as the hotel seemed only half full In the future it would have been much better just to put us off the ground floor. Just a suggestion.

I always stay at the Torres and it never disappoints. The staff is fantastic, the food is great, and the resort is never overcrowded. Don’t go if you’re looking for nightlife — this is a place to relax, enjoy your days, and head home feeling refreshed and recharged.

Resort is clean, staff is amazing and always the same. We’ve been going since 2021 and love seeing the same staff year after year. I absolutely love the bed, it’s more comfy than my own at home! They have theme nights, activities during the day for kids, happy hour twice a day! They’ve added a seafood pop up restaurant four days a week which we tried and really thought the food was good. On site massage was amazing! They will also book off site excursions as well, we did deep sea fishing and had a great time and then the kitchen cooked up our catch that night.

From the gate in to the gate out you feel at home and are extremely cared for in all aspects. Waiters are phenomenal and always remember you, some entertain as serving. Food is excellent and you can pretty much get anything your style, concierge and pool games well orchestrated. We alway dread leaving the comforts of this lovely facility. Check in and out very easy. All staff including grounds keepers always acknowledge you with smiles even under their masks. Very clean and sanitary. Lots of space to park yourself either by the pool or off to the side. Sunsets are stunning.

Unfortunately, my husband broke his leg in the ocean while staying here. The staff's response immediately and in the week following was fantastic, I'm so impressed. They called a doctor who handled all the hospital things, including surgery. The staff checked in on us, gave us a wheelchair to use while staying and even coordinated a special 'low mobility' city tour for us so we could still see a bit of the city. Injury aside, the resort is small and comfortable. It wasn't too busy while we were there (in early Oct), we were always able to get drinks by the pool or a table for a meal. The 'ocean side' seafood place was DELICIOUS. I could have eaten there daily. We were able to get pizza from a nearby place one night and also walked to a sports bar for a change of venue/food. There is a pharmacy w/in walking distance as well. My only (small) issue was with the room itself - the AC was temperamental and had to be fixed, and during a rain storm TWO of the windows leaked and left massive puddles on the floor in two rooms. The resort did come help clean it up and fixed 2 of 3 things the next day, but it wasn't ideal to be up in the middle of the night trying to figure out where the water was pouring in from. If you have a choice, Building A is waterfront with beautiful views.

I am from Sinaloa and they don't make coctels like that one. By being a place that received a lot of tourism, I would think that the restaurant should serve the traditional Mazatlan food and not United states food. For the rest, I love Torres Mazatlan.

The location, staff and amenities were superb. This is a time share and there are families with children - but there are beachfront shady spots away from the pool that are quiet. We fled the Zona Dorada and lucked out by finding this gem last minute.

First time staying at this resort. This resort was amazing. If you are traveling with a family, I strongly recommend this resort. This resort is located north of the malecon. The resort is not big, so therefore it’s not crowed and the beach is not crowed. If you go to Mazatlan to relax and be away from a lot of people and ghetto people, this is the resort for you and the family to stay. Food is very very good so no need to leave resort. Strongly advise to use Uber if you need transportation. Lastly, every room and living room is equipped with its own a/c controller. So if you have family members that are picky about the room been to cold, you have separate a/c controllers.

The restaurant was mediocre, the room smelled moldy (though it was clean). The staff was helpful and ready to assist. The main problem is that we stayed here after a week at Pueblo Bontito Mazatlan, and Torres paled in comparison.

Just in front of the beach awesome for families. Never been there before but I would return if I come back to Mzt in the future. Old building but well maintained. Elevator of the building generated a vibration towards the closest room. Out of that everything was good.
