Good hotel for quick on and off I-5. Casino rolling hills 20 mins away. Kids enjoyed the pool. Would definitely book again when traveling in the area or thru.

We were given keys to a dirty room. The pool is so cloudy that you can’t see the main drain. There is no circulation through the sand filter and the chlorine carboy is empty. Band aids and other debris on the deck. It took several hours for the room to cool down. The Mexican lady at the front desk was friendly and polite, the other lady not so much. Overall a disappointing experience.

As a family of 6 plus 2 dogs, we were so happy to find this place after having car issues. We stayed in the family suite which offered 3 beds across 2 bedrooms, and each bedroom had a desk, microwave, mid-sized fridge and a TV. The people working here were all friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking right in front of each room. And they offered pet poop bags and trash cans throughout their grassy areas. We really appreciated this place and would return back here. Just a heads up that grubhub to this area is not consistent. But if you want fantastic pizza try Westside Pizza!

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was plenty, and staff was nice. The pool was unattended for all three days that I was there with towels and clothes left laying around and the water a little murky but I got in and enjoyed it anyway.

Traveling a long distance my stay was a welcome break. The concierge made sure to give me a quiet room and was accommodating with questions I had regarding my stay. I enjoyed a swim in a pristine pool that has been kept up extremely well.

The room was ok, but the bathroom was not clean. Mackup was smeared on the wall next to the sink, pubic hair was on the sink counter, and the floors were filthy, with stuff under the counter. The baseboards were rotten. The shower was very awkward to use. The paint was old and coming off in small patches. The dog run area was full of poop and impossible to walk in. Other regions around the motel were also covered in dog poop. Overpriced for the condition of the facility.

The room was so dirty! There was food and marks all over the walls and bathroom door, my son found trash under the bed, or was awful. This was definitely a "you get what you pay for" experience.

Im unsure why this is rated so high. The floors are in disrepair and they were sticky and dirty, gross. There was hair on the bathroom floor and on the bed, again gross. There was an obvious stain on the comforter and a dead fly in the shower. I was reluctant to sleep here.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfy, too. I didn't use the pool, but it looked welcoming. The staff was friendly, as well. The location was good, too, just on the outskirts of the southside of town. I'd stay there again.

I feel like the toilet and bathroom weren’t cleaned. Also the sheets need to get cleaned better. And the pillows too they are very flat and smell funny. Also the mini fridge was dirty too. So clearly who ever is doing housekeeping isn’t doing a good job.

When you see a “sound machine” next to the bed, you know it’s going to be a rough night. Staff was curt but swift. Room was clean. Door security latch was broken. Peephole was plugged with tissue. No coffee at breakfast. Road noise was horrendous.

The room assigned was not ready, the show door fell off while my wife was in the shower. The breakfast had no protein except yogurt. The room was updated with lots of electrical outlets. The bed was comfortable.

It was 95 degree and the wall ac unit was not able to cool the room at 8:30 pm after running 4 hours. We slept only with a sheet and the so call ac was running on high. Never will we stay here again or any Wyndham hotel. Also, they drip coffee maker with coffee, but no creamer, sugar or stir sticks.

The room was clean and well stocked. The parking lot was large and lit properly for safety at night. The wall-mounted heat unit was very noisy and would lead me not to stay here again. Road and rail traffic were very noisy at night.

The room was facing the highway so it was noisy all night. The walls were thin so you could hear music from them. Also the pool was just outside our room and you could hear the people at the pool. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. The floor in the bathroom looked like it had some water damage and was lifting. Breakfast had very limited options which weren't that good.

Pleasantly surprised, rooms have been renovated, new showers and fittings, new bedroom furniture, very modern on inside like IKEA. Plenty of soap shampoo moisturizer conditioner towels etc.. They have invested a lot of money here. Check in completed via text in advance saved lots of time, friendly receptionist, lobby good, also venue for breakfast, this seemed popular and decent and included in the great price. Small pool outside with a view of the highway 🙃 the only downside is the driveway in at night, not clearly marked, cracking and pot holes. Clear lighting , signage and a bit of more green landscaping would make this excellent. Forgot to mention little grass strip with rose bushes and a bench and dog poop bags and trash can, very dog friendly, small charge can be completed online. Highly recommend.

We returned to our room after a full day of activities only to find our keys deactivated. When we went to the front desk to inquire, we encountered a rather rude attendant who insisted we were not registered and attempted to deny us access to our room. After much searching in her database she “found” us and reactivated our keys. Very frustrating and stressful!!!

I arrived at 7:57 pm, clerk was sitting at the table and said she couldn't check me in until 8:30 pm because she was on her dinner break. She ate her dinner and watched TV, then at 8:30 she checked me in. This was NOT a busy hotel. I know she was alone, but most people eat when there aren't customers around.

Ok the room was nice and the beds were very, very comfy! My issue came at check-in, which was way more of a nightmare than it should have been. I did the pre-checkin online the night before so I assumed it would be a quick, easy pick up my key and go. And it was that….at first. The gal at the front desk was super personable and we chatted while she got my key ready. When I went up the stairs to the room, the key didn’t work. So I went back down the stairs to the lobby and let them know. They gave me another key. So back up the stairs I went. Again, the key didn’t work. So back down the stairs again. This time they gave me the actual metal key for the door. Back up the stairs I went again, so sure we’d be able to lay down this time. Did I mention that this all started at 11pm after hours at the fair? This time, the front desk guy walked up with me. So I put the key in the lock and open the door. But the deadbolt is engaged and someone is grumbling in the room. So back down the stairs with the fam in tow this time. Then we waited in the lobby for a good 40 minutes while the guy at the front desk plays with the computer rather than walking around to see what rooms are open. The original gal comes back, walks to a room to see if it’s open and we have our key in 5 minutes after she gets back. They guy tells us that they will refund a portion of our stay for the hassle. Haven’t seen the refund come through yet. Hopefully it doesn’t take as long the room did.

This is the first time we have never seen ANY staff on property. Check-in was done virtually with a video machine that dispensed our room key card. It was disconcerting that NO ONE was there if anything occurred. The only staff we saw was the next morning, the maid was talking to someone at the check-in video machine.

The building is located not far from the highway, so it’s very noisy, and there are quite a few drug users in the area, which makes it feel unsafe. On the plus side, the rooms have been remodeled, which is a nice touch. It’s not immediately obvious how to enter the building—there are signs on both sides saying the entrance is on the opposite side, which is confusing. If you stay on the first floor, noise from the second floor is very noticeable.
