The carpets were so gross that your feet would get damp and sticky. I put on socks and walked to the bathroom twice and they were brown with damp dirt. Lighting in room and bathroom are too dim to see much. Sheets had weird stains and blanket had holes (presumably from cigarettes). The bed was not very comfortable but not the worst. Pillows were wadded up to the size of accent/ sofa pillows - hard and lumpy even after unfolding them and there were only 3 for a queen bed with 2 people. There were was no elevator so you have to drag your suitcase up and down the stairs. It was overall subpar in most basic areas and many of these issues are extremely minimal investment to take care of like light bulbs, carpet cleaner, new sheets and pillows. People were smoking at the back of the hotel night and day which drifted into the window AC unit so you could smell that gross stale, nasty smell on top of the other issues. People were loud in the hallway until at least 1:00am - you could hear doors loudly, etc. Why choose to get poor reviews instead of making such small investments on what you can control? The breakfast was ok. I did not have high expectations but it was worse than I hoped and I would not stay here again. The high reviews must be fake…?

The toilets in the motel are too low to the ground and I had difficulty getting up from them. The showers had no grab bars and the surface was slimy and I almost fell. Areas of the shower walls had black mold. Coffee pot was old and coffee supplied was awful. The room had a microwave, but no place to eat any food. The TV had the incorrect channel guide and the remote control was hard to use. We had a hard time finding a plug that would work to charge our mobile phones.

The room was nice and clean. We got the jacuzzi room and it worked as it should. Our only knock was the bed sheets were pretty worn out. Some parts were worn out that you could see through them. But at least they were clean. Nice room for the price.

The room was fine. The breakfast was sufficient. But carpet in my room was disgusting. I know it had been vacuumed, but it was in desperate need of a shampooing. The bottoms of my feet were black after walking around for a bit barefoot and the whole carpet just felt a little sticky.

Location and check in were the only good things. The room was not good. The main light switch at the door did nothing. The shower was lukewarm bordering on cool. Lack of hot water sucked. The walls are paper thin and our neighbors were super loud until 230am. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. No headboard, just a big picture that was surrounded by years of dust/dirt. The curtains and curtain opener (the stick) were just sticky and gross. The grab bar in the bath was deformed and yellow. Just gross. The temperature control unit door just fell off. I expected a lot better from all the (maybe fake?) reviews.

Very clean, small room. Tight quarters for double bed. Very good accessible shower with great hot water. Did not have aUSB port in the room though the desk clerk said there was one on the light. Not true. I had to go to my car to charge the phone. Priced a bit high for the room size and lack of amenities. Nevertheless, if you’ve packed well, and included a way to charge your phone, it the place works.

I've stayed here either six or nine times, I can't recall. Always clean, always quiet, always very well run, always great staff. But I am getting frustrated with the minimal breakfast, the indecipherable TV system, and wasn't even able to connect to the Wi-Fi this time. Just little things that drive you little crazy.

My review is mixed because of our check in experience. First, we were given keys to the wrong room & the door wouldn't open. A trip to the front desk resolved that. Next, there was no channel guide for the TV in the room & the guide on the TV was inaccurate. The only way to find the channel we wanted was to scroll through the over 100 channels. Fortunately, there was someone at the front desk, not an employee, who volunteered to do that scrolling for us while we were away. He found it & it was given to us when we returned. Though all that was a bit frustrating, the front desk was helpful along with the help that was volunteered. In regard to comfort, though the air conditioning lowered the temperature it didn't seem to reduce the amount of humidity in the room. It wasn't terribly humid, but both my wife and I sensed the same thing. In spite of the above we'd would probably stay there again when we return to visit family. We appreciate its convenient location for us and its value.

I can honestly say, I tried to give Super 8 a chance. It has a bad reputation, but the pics and online reviews seemed ok, so i figured I'd be alright for one night. However, there was no TV service, the window curtains were broken, the sheets were stained so I had to sleep on top of the blankets and towels, the air conditioner making loud strange noises which is probably why it was off when I got my room, there was hair on the floor and in bathtub. I have never been more tempted to bail on a hotel before. If I wasn't already tired from getting in at nearly 10pm after the 5+ hour drive, I would have looked for an alternative hotel. Definitely do not recommend.

This hotel is a JOKE owner is completely incompetent and will find away to rip you off by charging fee that are never disclosed if you use a 3rd party booking app he will not honor those prices had cops called on me and was given a ticket for disorder conducted after he refused to render servic. Then canceled reservation and charged full room rate for cancelation NEVER USE THIS HOTEL FOR ANY REASON!!! IT'S A COMPLETE JOKE!! WYNDOM SHOULD INVESTIGATE THIS OWNER AND BE COMPLETELY ASHAMED THE ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS OWNER

I have a service dog and I was made to pay for her to stay with me when the information states service animals are exempt from that fee. I was also asked what medical condition I had that made her a service dog! That is a HIPAA violation! It is none of their business the reason I have a service dog. She is registered. That's all they need to know. Please make sure I am refunded that fee.

When we arrived to this hotel, my partner and I were exhausted and wanted to take a shower, but the tub was totally clogged and dirty. We went to go complain to Faith at the desk, who was polite and offered us an email to request a refund, but couldn't reaccomodate us or get the tub fixed. We just ended up not being able to shower, and began to notice how terrible of shape the room was in otherwise. Many of the linens and towels had mystery stains, the mirror was cracked, a spot on the floor was sticky and stained, there was an earring back between the sheets, and the refrigerator was barely cold. The manager was also quite unhelpful via email, and I found it very frustrating that I couldn't speak to him in person. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless you literally have no other choice. Book with extreme caution!

This is a really clean, nice hotel hotel for an overnight stay along the highway. The beds were comfortable and the room was well-appointed - comparable to a much more expensive hotel. The property was well maintained inside and out. Parking was easy and it’s pet friendly for a reasonable fee. The location was very convenient for our purposes traveling home, but it is not in a location where you would stay and do sightseeing, etc. Great value!

It appeared alright. The surrounding area was mixed - a little sketchy (cars playing loud music in the staff parking lot, smell of marijuana in the front parking lot, rougher looking apartments and vehicles across the street, etc.) but seemed well kept. We did worry a bit about our bikes being kept outside on the bike rack on our car, but they were there in the morning so that’s what matters most. The front desk service was not friendly, but it was quick and easy. The room was pretty clean but there is not attention to detail (stains on the bed skirt and mattress cover, dirty soap pumps, dirty A/C unit, dirty behind furniture, a couple small hairs on the sheets, stains on a wash cloth, etc.). The toilet, shower, sink and fridge were very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was a little noisy at night. I would consider staying again for the price, but would probably look elsewhere and pay a little more if I had the choice.

Very nice stay. I usually avoid Super 8s but we tried this one, based on location and reviews. It’s a nice hotel, comfortable, great water pressure, great a/c, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was the usual hotel fair, it was good and enough variety, though no fruit. .
