I was looking for a hotel in Santiago with spa services and am glad I decided on this one. It was very easy to book use of the sauna, and the pool was open with warm water as well. The location is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful! There is also lots of space to hang out and work with a laptop if you need to kill time while waiting for a flight. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed a fabulous stay! The staff at checkin were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! The rooms were well appointed with modern showers and bathrooms, comfortable King beds, air conditioning, small fridge and large windows for natural light and views of the hills. It was well-located as we walked to parks, great restaurants and the tallest building in South America. We also enjoyed the gym and heated indoor pool. Thank you for a fabulous stay 😊

Hotel was what is expected for this price range. The room was clean and modern. The staff were helpful and kind. And the location is good, on a nice neighbourhood, close to a subway station and a big mall. The only down side is that the hotel doesn't offer free parking like other hotels in the region. It has an underground parking, but it is a paid parking. They only offer a discount for Accor members.

O hotel está bem localizado e os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e silenciosos. O café da manhã é bom. O principal ponto que prejudicou a nossa estadia foi o não funcionamento da piscina. Viajamos em família com nosso filho de 5 e anos e reservamos o hotel justamente pela disponibilidade da piscina, para que ele pudesse usar. A piscina ficou em manutenção durante toda a hospedagem e isso foi frustrante. A internet não funcionava no quarto em que ficamos hospedados, e consequentemente a tv também não funcionou e os funcionários falavam que não havia nada que pudesse fazer. Outro ponto negativo foi que precisei um copo de leite aquecido para o meu filho durante a tarde, e esse foi cobrado.

Minha estadia no Novotel Providência foi excelente. O quarto era muito confortável, bem equipado e aconchegante. Os funcionários foram sempre muito corteses e atenciosos, oferecendo um atendimento de qualidade. A limpeza estava impecável, transmitindo bastante cuidado e organização. Could not fault the cleanliness of this hotel, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels and bedding on demand. The front of house staff are extremely friendly and helped when asked. The bar/cafe is reasonably priced and service is good. The location is ten minutes walk from major attraction and mall - Costanera Centre. Hotel is generally excellent and I booked my second trip here.

Atendimento muito abaixo do que estou acostumado na rede Accor e no Chile. Funcionários arrogantes e estúpidos. Quarto sujo, encontrei até uma roupa do hóspede anterior debaixo da cama, e bolo de cabelo ao lado da cama, além de poeira em cima do armário. Simplesmente inaceitável e não condizente com o preço da diária. Depois das 20:00 tem que praticamente pedir pelo anor de Deus para poder sair com o carro do estacionamento. Desprezo pelo hóspede. Não recomendo. Uma semana antes fiquei em um hotel mais barato e muito melhor na mesma rua. Café da manhã caro e pobre. 20 minutos antes de terminar se recusaram a repor um item. Recomendo não ficar neste hotel.

I like the Novotel chain very much, however our experience with Novotel Santiago Providencia was very poor. The room we SPECIFICALLY book for a view on a high floor was facing a WALL OF THE OTHER BUILDING. The WHINEY guy at the front desk said "you only said high floor". No, no we didn't... The bath towels not only were stained with god only knows what and full of holes or shaved half way through. The floors in the room were filthy, full of dust and dirt, next to the headboards especially. We got sick from eating the undercooked eggs and other parts the buffet were just nasty. The chairs were thoroughly stained and unclean. The coffee machine was out of order but the staff offered Nespresso coffee for a fee. The breakfast staff were awful and unpleasant to deal with. They obviously did not want us there. I regret my stay at Novotel Providencia and will NEVER RETURN.

Estadia incrível, hotel bem localizado, perto da estação de metrô Tobalaba (duas esquinas) e do Costanera Center; limpo, organizado, com ótimos funcionários e café da manhã farto e delicioso. O único ponto negativo, mas que não comprometeu a minha satisfação com o estabelecimento, é que esqueceram de fazer a arrumação do quarto em um dia, que só vimos à noite, na chegada de um dos passeios.

The reception staff were excellent, Ignacio checked us in without our luggage and was very empathetic to our plight, but Vania went above and beyond to assist us. We were three days with no bags but she was on the phone checking for us, helping with the Spanish translation, very kind woman. Accor should be glad they have her.

Sim, o quarto sempre impecável. Mas os elogios devem ir para a concepção do projeto arquitetônico do quarto, perfeito em todos os detalhes. O café da manhã abrangente e de ótima qualidade. Quanto a equipe notei um deslize no sistema de recepção quando aconteceu o check-out, me pareceu uma combinação entre a recepcionista e o sistema de táxi da cidade. Perguntamos qual a maneira mais econômica do traslado até o aeroporto que não é tão longe. Ela nos informou que não tinha Uber e que o melhor seria uma van com um sistema compartilhado para 4 pessoas. Acreditamos nesta informação mas quando chegou o transporte verificamos que era um táxi comum é bem mais caro do valor que a recepcionista havia informado deixando evidente que era uma combinação prévia entre o taxista e a recepção. Entendo que isto não poderia acontecer num dos mais qualificados hotéis da rede Accor.

Almost everything was good except for one of the employees I believe her name was Christy but she was rude because she acuses me that I was reserving for one person and was other but at the time I checked in I paying for the second person but I add one more day but they never tell if the charge for it but. This person wasn’t professional because it was easy just to inform that was some amount due. Make me feel like a delinquent I was for first time in chile everything was great except for this person she was working on Friday around 4pm

This hotel is really great for a stay in Santiago. It is located in the Providencia neighborhood (very safe all times of the day) and has easy access to delicious dining and sight-seeing. The hotel breakfast was very good and rooms were clean and fairly modern. Staff was very friendly and helped me find the nearest ATM's. Metro stop Tobalaba is very close walking distance and the city's historic district is a short cab ride away.

Excelente localização, menos de 10 min à pé do Sky Costanera. Região bem tranquila para circular a pé, conhecer o entorno, etc. Consegui ir andando até Las Condes, onde fiz o câmbio e não tive nenhum contratempo.

A nice, well-maintained hotel in a safe/convenient area. The breakfast had a very large variety of pastries (a gluten free sandwich can be ordered on request), some fruit and cereals, cheese and meat, and three hot items (scrambled eggs and usually some kind of sausage or eggplant with melted cheese). Seems to cater mainly to Spanish and Portuguese speakers (eg. the restaurant does not have an English menu). The staff were helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is nice. They adhere to the 3pm check in but they will hold your luggage for you. The room was nice and everything worked. They have a small array of food from 4:30-6:30 am for those that have an early pick up for tours. The regular breakfast is from 6:30 and has a lot more variety. They have paper bags (if you ask) to take breakfast if you are leaving after 6:30 am but don’t have time to sit for breakfast. It is a good location with a metro station 5-7 minutes walking.
