The lady working was very nice and helpful. The tv did not work right when we got there she had to fix it 2 times. The drawers had crumbs or something in it. The pool and hot tub didn’t seem clean. The hot tub didn’t work at first but the nice lady helped fix it. The hot tub had leaves in it (indoor pool and hot tub). The place smelled bad. The beds was hard. It was very hot in the building. It was not a good experience but better than nothing at all.

Dated property, very limited breakfast options. Girls loved the pool; I was disappointed the hot tub wasn't working. The restroom in the pool area was locked, as well as the one in the main hallway. That was very inconvenient.

Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay by today's standards. The waffle maker worked well. I booked the place because of the hot tub/spa. Arrived at 1027pm so was unable to use, closes at 10pm apparently. Disappointed in the lack of flexibility. Went over to the hot tub at 830am, it had not been turned on, so water was cold.

Limited towels-our room had one set for 3 adults and 1 child, the hot tub spa wasn’t working and the water was cold, stain on pillows, breaksfast-very limited, had toast but they were out of butter, no coffee, no plates for waffles, ran out of waffle mix. Hours for breakfast are until 9am! Families trying to eat at 8:45am had nothing! Fruit only apples! Bathrooms in the lobby were locked! Lazy attendant this morning who we asked for butter said they were out and didn’t even check!

Would be nice if room was cleaned daily. First day after stay...room cleaned but bed was not touched. Second day... no services at all. I called front desk and they said that rooms are cleaned every 3 days... that's not good.... i had a lot of food trash. I am disappointed with Wyndham

The entire hotel has an odor to it. It’s obviously an older hotel when they had smoking rooms. The moment that you walk in the door, you can smell. It smells like cigarette smoke. The entire hotel smells like this, even the rooms.

This hotel has the absolute worst beds! We were so uncomfortable (including our 3 year old) that we left at 1 in the morning to drive back home almost 2 hours away. The pool is NOT cleaned regularly as the bottom of the pool was slimy. The elevator screams when it open and closes the door. Save your time and your money and don’t stay here!!!

Staff was not welcoming or helpful on both night and morning shifts. Owners on property were friendly. Take photo copies of IDs and keep them in an unlocked drawer. Staff said the copies were kept in a locked safe. At checkout we asked for them to shred the paper or give it back. Manager has to approve the return of the paper because in fact they don't shred the ID copies or house them in a locked location or safe. And don't dispose of them so the identity theft issue is real here! Staff was pretty rude about the whole thing from check in to check out. Also there is a smell throughout the entire hotel that was really strong of some kind of spice? Couldn't put figure out what it was.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. When we checked in the girl at the desk was nice and made a room change at our request but the man at the desk next morning was argumentative. The continental breakfast was packaged oatmeal and waffles, I got the last banana and my husband got next to the last rusty dried up Apple. There was juice and coffee. It was the most meager looking Continental breakfast I’ve ever seen. When I mentioned that the continental breakfast left quite a bit to be desired to the young man at the desk… He said well it’s just continental breakfast. I said that Continental breakfast usually offered a few more items and he mumbled under his breath, ‘no they don’t!’ I know it may sound petty but to me someone good at customer service would never argue back. If not an apology at least he could have said something like - I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy it.

It took forever for the room to cool off toilet wasn’t working properly besides it had a odor and for someone with asthma like myself it just didn’t sit well with me ON TOP THEY RAN MY DEBT CARD three times and left me to have to end my mini vacation early.

It was conveniently located right off the highway but it was right behind a truck stop and there were a lot of people just hanging out in the parking lot of the hotel. Not truckers but just random people. No one bothered us but they could have a little better handle on things in their parking.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past, many years ago. I remember it being a clean hotel then so I felt confident staying there again. And I am happy to say that the cleanliness and quality if service is still just as excellent. The only thing this hotel is "lacking" is better breakfast options. There was the waffle maker, so that's great, but no meat options. Oatmeal packets, muffins, cereal, and juice options are good, but eggs and sausage would be even better. I did happen to have some foods we'd brought along that helped add protein to our breakfasts. Otherwise I cannot complain about this hotel. We would definitely stay here again, but I'll have to remember to bring better microwavable breakfast foods so we don't have to go out for breakfast which can get rather costly.
