The parking was a bit odd. You are forced to either pay $50 for preferred or you are forced out to an external lot. If you want to park in the garage, you have to loop around- there is no direct access from where you drop your luggage. All else about the stay was great.

Really pleasant stay. Went with my son for a college visit to Union and the hotel choices were slim. Went for the Landing because it was least expensive, but surprisingly ended up being the best lodging option in the area! Super friendly staff, very clean, and a Starbucks right down in the lobby. We didn’t check out the casino, but guest rooms were very nice.

The only negative was the bathroom in the room. The shower had no door so water splashed onto the bathroom floor. The sliding door was shared between the bathroom and the closet. When the bathroom was closed, the closet was opened, and vice-versa.

Beautiful hotel. Quick overnight stay to catch a flight early morning. Staff was extremely friendly. The hotel bar was nice. Casino restaurant had great food options. The only issue was the room, it was nice for a King size, but the airflow was terrible. It was either too hot or too cold. Maybe it was just me unable to figure out the controls. Who knows (haha). Overall though, I would and will stay here again. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel for the price! Hotel was very clean, lobby and lounging areas were spacious and nicely decorated. Staff is super friendly, especially the security guys at the casino entrance. Room overlooking the river with the king bed was kind of small, but the bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. Only complaint and it seems a lot of hotels do this now, is the sliding barn door for the bathroom (no privacy!) and the weird glass half wall in the shower, which lets a lot of water onto the floor. I would definitely stay here again if I ever need to come back to this area.

Great property with a hotel/casino convenience. Casino had a lot of great gaming options with easy parking. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was humid (July stay) and then dry, so a bit uncomfortable. Mattress was uncomfortable, but overall it is a great property and I would recommend it!

Hotel was average…was disappointed in the shower and the heat/fan system in the room was noisy. Housekeeping staff very loud in the morning outside the room. Our stay was fine…we came to enjoy the casino which was fun. Not sure we will stay again.

Hotel itself has barely any cell service on many of its floors and when we were there, the Wi-Fi was down in most of the hotel outside the lobby. We struggled to try to communicate with the family members we were there to visit.

We came to hotel after complicated driving for 7 hours tired and were met by friendly staff. Check in was fast and easy. After all we got excellent warm chocolate cookies. Love the hotel !!

A friend and I stayed here one night on a road trip. Overall, almost everything about this stay was perfect. We noticed Lexi at the front desk seemed to have an attitude with every guest she talked to, but every other employee was beyond nice and accommodating. I cannot stress enough how nice Gary at the lobby bar, the bar staff in the casino, the other front desk staff, and the cleaning staff were. Everyone always said hi and every bartender remembered our drinks, even when we weren’t sitting at the bar! My friend and I said we would come for a weekend and not even leave the hotel. Schenectady is going through a revamp so we didn’t find much going on off property but it seems like in a year or so that it will be a very lively place.

Key card machine was down. No way of using elevators or leaving my room without being escorted. What made me mad was I had to go and ask for room keys. Like it was my problem. Gave me a new set and still did not work. Very unprofessional.

Really great experience. The young man at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. It was an anniversary trip for us and they went above and beyond with complimentary champagne and a nice little note for us in the room. Definitely going to stay again!

The Landing Hotel was a first class place to stay after a long day of riding our bikes on the Hudson Mohawk Trail. The staff is outstanding, the rooms are clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Only drawback is that there is limited dining outside the property. It’s right on the trail so this was a great location for us to rest, shower and recharge before continuing our journey. Great job!

Property itself was nice. Kimberly at the checkin desk was wonderful! The dining options were ok, but very short staffed with long waits-the young man who waited on us at Flipt was great-very personable and helpful. The surrounding area was very run down and did not look safe at all.

As usual, highly professional & courteous staff throughout. Rooms nicely furnished & thouroughly cleaned. Still no coffee in rooms. Only restaurant options are through & back end of Casino (or across the large parking lots to the 'Harbor' restaurants.

Clean nice rooms overlooking a canal. The hotel was very separated from the casino which was good since I was traveling on business and needed a quiet nights sleep. The steak house in the casino had very good food. Grab a Starbucks in the morning from the lobby and was on my way. Would stay again

The only thing missing at this hotel was in-room coffee makers. I needed to wait until 6am for a place to open in the casino to purchase a coffee. In room coffee makers would make this hotel perfect. Otherwise The Landing was outstanding and I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone.

Three of us stayed in 2 queen bedroom. It was clean, beds comfortable. There was small fridge in the room, but no coffee maker etc. Dining options include Starbucks and 3 restaurants inside the casino, pretty noisy and not very appetizing.Outside beautiful river walk

Hotel is clean, check in and out very easy. However no amenities in your room or lobby. No coffee setup or coffee in the lobby. And no breakfast. Have to go purchase at Starbucks. Also if you want an early check in, even by one hour, there is a $50 fee! Ridiculous. Glad I did not pay usual rate for the hotel as definitely not worth it.
