Pros: el hotel está muy bien ubicado, una cafetería a lado lo cual es muy conveniente, camas muy cómodas Contras: el Wifi no funcionaba bien (demasiada intermitencia en la señal) lo cual fue muy malo porque fui por trabajo entonces no podía trabajar bien desde el hotel y la otra anuncian que tienen gimnasio pero solo son 2 caminadoras y pesas de 2kg. Excellent rooftop amenity, nice rooms with double sinks, amazing customer service and front staff especially Cristian and Roberto! Free filtered water, never felt sick drinking it. They made our stay extra friendly and special. Loved the hotel, great walkable location to Roma, Condesa, Angel of Independence and quick can ride to Chapultepec, and other areas. Will stay here again on our next trip to Mexico City!

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y tambien tiene un par de areas en el roof muy agradables. Por alguna razón, la gente del front desk no entiende qué hacen ahi y que la industria se llama de la hospitalidad. Es increible que la mejor atención la recibas del responsable del estacionamiento al lado, que ni siquiera es parte del hotel. El cuarto tiene una vista agradable, pero una distribución rara, aunque tiene todo lo que necesitas.

Mi experiencia fue INCREÍBLE!!! Renté habitaciones para todos mis amigos y después leí algunos comentarios malos que me hicieron tener temor de cuales serían las condiciones de las habitaciones. Fuimos llegando en diferentes días y TODOS fuimos gratamente sorprendidos. El personal de recepción fue fabuloso. Todos amables. Las habitaciones de diferentes tamaños de acuerdo a lo solicitado y todas estaban perfectamente limpias. Estuvimos en diferentes pisos. Y aún así todos felices. Si te gusta el sol pide habitación al frente, si te gusta la sombra pide atrás. El restaurante excelente, los desayunos riquísimos. Nos sentíamos en familia. Después de más de una semana de estancia nos fuimos tristes como si hubiéramos dejado familia. Si algo no te funciona en la habitación no dudes en pedir ayuda. Y no olvides disfrutar la terraza.

The little bar & restaurant were nice & convenient but our room wasn’t very exciting. The duvets on the beds should be thrown out. They’ve been washed and now all the filling has gone to lumps. The flooring certainly didn’t feel clean and the air conditioning unit made the room smell aweful. The unit itself was super noisy and you couldn’t have the air con unit on without the noisy fan. No face washers even though we asked for them. The staff were pleasant

He tenido mejores estancias en este hotel. Restaurante con precios altos y mucho tiempo de espera en la preparación. Botella de agua con sedimento y mal sabor. Se supone que por nivel vip el estacionamiento era gratis (como ha sido veces anteriores), pero me lo cobraron.

Está muy mal, el cuarto olía terrible a drenaje, las cifas sacaban un olor que te despertaba en la noche y le pedí llegando que me cambiaran o lo resolvieran y ni lo uno ni lo otro. No hicieron nada. No lo pongan como VIP ni nada.

Me tuvieron que cambiar 2 veces de habitación porque en las camas y en el baño y en general había pelos de personas de todo tipo, las personas que hacen la limpieza se ve que no hacen su trabajo, las colchas en un de los cuartos estaba manchada como si solo hubiesen tendido la cama y utilizado sábanas usadas por el huésped anterior

Great hotel. Amazingly kind staff and very helpful. Clean and updated bathrooms with enough space to spread out. Our room had a mini leather window seat which was a nice bonus. Lighting had many options for those that care. Clean sheets and comfy beds. Probably will stay here again upon my next visit to cdmx !!

The hotel itself was nice and the staff was friendly. However, the room we stayed in on the first floor had windows covered by panels -probably to cover the view on a roof or wall- as a result the room felt very claustrophobic and with a complete lack of natural light. Also the door was pretty thin, which made it easy to hear people in the hallway at any hour of the night. The hotel it’s in a very nice area and it was overall clean, but the quality of the sleep was not great and the room we had was definitely not what we imagined. It was okay for a once in a lifetime stay but I would not go back again.

Small but comfortable room, however, noise from neighbor rooms is high. If they watch TV seems like you watch TV with them. Not the best hotel for business travelers at all. However, location is great. Check in and Check out went really smooth.

No soap which felt like a recurring theme in Mexican hotels. The steam room was permanently closed and was used as storage room and the tv was not set up at all. If you wanted to use it you had to add your own Roku account to it or create one. There was a weird alcove in the room as well that seemed like it hasn’t ever been cleaned before. Rooms didn’t have a mini fridge and were not soundproof which meant sometimes the street noise would be quite loud and make it difficult to sleep properly.

Pretty good location. Modern and very clean! The only thing i didn’t like is that the windows do not have blackout shades so i couldn’t sleep in the morning because of it and the shower head was fixed to the ceiling and had very little pressure which made showering and washing the hair a little challenging. But overall liked the hotel, would recommend!!! 👍

It was an OK hotel but I will look for another hotel for my next stay. Shower had very low water pressure and was luke warm. Room is tiny with everything- shower, bath and bedroom in one room, with no where comfortable to sit and watch TV. Service was very nice and the location was good for our trip.

The front desk male wasnt very pleasant with his attitude as if he was annoyed we were there. The sheets werent clean and there was an awful smell in the elevators and in our room.its pretty disappointing considering we are returning customers and had a good experience in the past. Its unfortunate this time wasnt as pleasant.

just left and it was the worst and most embarrassing hotel experience of my life. After a night of dinner a drinks, I brought my partner (who lives in Mexico) back to my room. The staff immediately chased us down upon entry and demanded to know if my partner was a guest then proceeded to make a scene and demand I pay $500 for my literal romantic partner to stay in my hotel room that I already paid for. I have never been so embarrassed, disgusted and felt more taken advantage of in my life! Literally made me feel like a child. What a disgusting, invasive and greedy policy for a hotel to implement. The most disgusting and rude experience I’ve ever had to deal with on a vacation. Aside from that, I had no internet for 2 days, my door look was out of batteries for two days, and my cleaning lady left me no towels. I’m traumatized from this experience and will NEVER stay here again. Take your money and dignity elsewhere. Ruined my entire trip to be treated that way and to be charged for having the staff invade my privacy. ZERO STARS.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de Paseo de la Reforma, de restaurantes, zona tranquila con mucha vigilancia policial. Es un hotel pequeño, solo hago una recomendación, cambien los edredones de la cama porque se hacen bola en cada parte capitoneada y es incómodo recostarse. Por lo demás es muy recomendable.

Generally come-backable. The room was quite comfortable. Not a complaint, just a comment, but this was the first hotel I have ever stayed in that did not have a clock. The only real negative was that the comers of the shower were black with built up dirt. YUK! The backboard of the bed has some strange looking turned down fake wood decorations and behind this is lots of dirt. Look like this has never been vacuumed. The rest of the room was reasonably clean. The in-house restaurant is overpriced, so did not eat there. Would stay there again.

Mi viaje fue entre amigos. Disfruté mucho la estancia, la ubicación esta genial, la zona es segura y bonita, nada ruidoso. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, la habitacion muy bonita, el baño excelente, las camas muy cómodas. Cuenta con restaurante y una área de bar, la comida esta rica y el servicio es excelente, el personal es muy amable. Buen sistema de seguridad para el acceso a las habitaciones. En general el hotel lo tiene todo. A solo unos metros sobre la misma acera hay una tienda de conveniencia Oxxo lo cual esta buenísimo y casi en frente una tiendita, justo a un lado del hotel hay un restaurante donde almorzar y comer por si quieres probar fuera del hotel. Me gustó bastante, definitivamente recomiendo.
