Excelente hotel y servicio chick in y valet parking 5 estrellas.

El jacuzzi estaba sucio. Al prender el motor sacó cosas negras y cabellos

En las instalaciones de la habitación buen, aunque básica. La recepcióm tiene muy mala organización ya que no contemplan el tiempo de la reservación ya que nos hicieron esperar casi media hora para ingresar. La zona para dejar los autos muy pequeña. No tienen servicio de comidas como lo mencionan, solo botana basica.

Nunca pero nunca vayan si traen vehiculo no acepten habitaciones en el quinto y sexto piso no se si mas abajo tambien sufren por la bomba de la lavanderia dia y noche, simplemwnte nobpuedes descansar, la repecepcion fatal una porqueria de servicio y cero amabilidad, el extractor del baño no sirve, no hay una segunda puerta en la regadera te bañas y se encharca toda la habitacion, las cortinas nos cierran bien no puedes tener oscuro, los resortes del cubrecolchon rotos, los canales de cable no se escuchan parece que la señal es pirata, al llegar habia wi-fi y despues simpleme te decia problema de ip y cero Internet, el wc no esta bien puesto asi que el agua solo sales de un par de lados e to ves asi pongas una hoja de papel de baño tienes que jalarle 2 o 3 veces osea desperdicio de agua, lo unico bueno la limpieza.

El vale parking bien raro, uno se esta hospedando y quieren dar instrucciones como que no puedes entrar y salir, puedo pensar porque entendía que estaba en el MOTEL , que no sabía que también era un motel y a la hora de irme me pidió propina del Vale.

Note that this is an adults-only property that rents rooms in 2-hour blocks...so you know that there will be lots of people coming and going for obvious reasons. Checkin was a little strange as the person working there is behind a one-way glass, so you can't see who is behind the window. The room was very clean but the setup was what you would expect for a hotel that rents by the hour: no place to store clothes, no electrical outlets (except 2 in the bathroom), no ice machine on the floor--so if you are planning to stay multiple days, prepare to live out of your suitcase (literally) and if you plan to work while there, bring an extension cord as there are no other outlets besides those in the bathroom--not even by the bed for phone charging. There is a small table and 2 chairs that I was able to use as my remote work area. Other than these quirks, the room was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We stayed here because it was cheap and close to the surgery center where we were having some cosmetic procedures done. There are limited dining options but there is a little cafe about a block away, Arroyo, that was really good.

En un hospedaje por varios dias falta la limpieza diaria en los cuarto, como lo hacen cuando es de entrada por salida.

Las habitaciones muy limpias y nuevas, muy buenas amenidades y el personal muy amable. En general todo muy bien.

Medio sucio

Es más motel que hotel, no te realizan limpieza de habitación como normalmente se realiza en hoteles, pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Siempre hay agua caliente y la ubicación es buena.

No había sugerencia para servicio de limpieza a la habitación, pero el resto de la estancia fue cómoda y grata

La verdad me sorprendió mucho y quede bien impresionado muy amplio seguro limpio y muy cómodo

Bien solo, que pongan una cortina en lo que es la regadera o que pongan puerta completa de la corredizas

Todo perfecto, pero los cuartos no son insonoros, se escucha el ruido de adentro para afuera como de afuera para dentro.

EL "HOTEL" MUY, MUY BASICO, NADA COMODO, HUELEN FEO SUS BAÑOS, SERVICIO AL CLIENTE MALO. JAMAS VUELVO. NO HAY CLOSET NI PERCHEROS, NO HAY PLANCHAS! OJO CON ESO

Super disappointed with the experience there . I will NEVER stay there again . The staff was not polite , they refused to provide another pillow . The place was super loud in the middle of the night . For some reason there was loud music in the hallway and I couldn’t sleep . I wish I could’ve gotten a refund . Terrible place to stay . No one deserves to have the experience I had . If I could give a 0 star I WOULD !!!

Todo buen excepto, hay mucho ruido. Y lo peor, una ventana no tiene cortina y la luz esra desde el amanecer. Terrible situación para un hotel, sea cual sea su clase y precio.

El hotel deja mucho que desear ser u lugar para hospedarse cómodamente. Gran parte de la noche ruido del personal de limpieza.

La verdad me sorprendió mucho y quede bien impresionado muy amplio seguro limpio y muy cómodo

Up on arrival we were told that our reservation was canceled even tho I showed the receipt for the reservation! I had contacted the hotel directly to let them know that we would be checking in after 11pm and that their would be any issue with that! APPARENTLY THERE WAS!!!!!

Desconocía que solo podía facturar en la app en la que reservé y no lo logré

Malisima experiencia ya que el pago por la reserva se supone que es a partir de las 15:00 hrs y hasta las 12:00 hrs del siguiente día, y resulta que caundo llegamos a ocupar la habitación a las 23:00 hrs. Nos hicieron esperar la habitación ya que la estaban haceando, resulta que revendieron la misma habitación ( por algo la estaban haceando a esa hora, no es posible que eso suceda, suponiendo que llego a las 19 o 20 horas tendria que esperar más tiempo la habitación o de lo contrario sacar a los clientes que la ocupaban la habitación, pesimo!!!

To much noises people screaming, the girl at front was very rude , young people rent the rooms for a few hours and to much noise I can’t sleep somebody I think from the clean service open my door without knocking when I was sleep very very very very dissatisfied

No es la primera vez qué tengo conflicto con las chicas de recepción; sumamente grosera hace un año, solo por su actitud decidí dejarla hablando sola y busqué otro lugar incluso fué más barato. Ésta vez con una de las chicas ocurrió, su forma de responder!!!
