We loved the family area to play games and the pool! The room was small for 6 of us but we made it work for short term. The breakfast was gone very fast so we didn’t enjoy it the first night but the second we were able to enjoy it. It was okay not great

I've stayed here many times over the years driving between family in California and my home in Colorado. It's really great for allergies (typically) because there is no carpet in the rooms. The rooms are always clean, it is easy to get filtered water and ice, water pressure is always great, their pet policy is exceptional. The beds used to be comfortable, but the new mattresses are too firm for me to sleep well. Recently during our latest stay in late June they began resealing the pool early in the morning. I woke up with severe allergies and a monster headache from the fumes. When we tried to leave a maintenance worker had the door leading to the back parking lot next to the pool proper open making the lobby smell like sealant. Also, their front driveway was blocked off for some reason. If hotels plan to do this type of work, I think they should let the guests know ahead of time so they don't end up sick. My lungs hurt for 3 days.

I will never stay or recommend this hotel to anybody. Couldn’t even use the pool & hot tub because the water looked as if hadn’t been clean in months. No pool lounge chairs, people used a towel and had to LAY ON THE CONCRETE. The staff was okay, but this hotel will go bankrupt in a couple months if they continue to service this way.

Amazing service! All employees with a professional and friendly attitude at alll time. Courteous and at all time available. Front desk personnel amazing, and very helpful. Great gym facilities, well kept and clean. Pool and jacuzzi clean and good temperature, towels ready at all times. Breakfast bar with protein, fruit , bread, yoghurt cereal. Impressed

We were very disappointed in this motel. The room was tiny and inconvenient, almost like a dorm room. The floor was filthy. Our socks were black from walking on it. The room was not cleaned the following day. The garbage was not emptied, no clean towels. The worst part was the noise. We heard every footstep, clang, bang and bump. When you are on the road, rest is vital. We trusted the Hilton name but in the future we will be extra careful and never stay in a "Tru" again.

There were multiple strands of hair on the bedding and pillows, not sure if the linens were actually changed between guests. Otherwise, decent. But die to the lack of cleanliness of the bedding I cannot give best rating.

everything was just fine till kids went into bed, after removing blankets they spotted many hairs over bedsheets, they just jumped from bed and wife was already at sleep, she woke up and start wiping the bed sheets. we were so tired that we had no time and patience for house keeping to change the bed sheet, it was obvious that cleaner didn't change bed sheets. I woke up at night thinking about why I didn't call home keeping for bed sheets change.. I was not expecting from Hilton for such practice for cost savings.. anyway it seems it will be hard for us to come back to Hilton going forward.

We had 2 rooms in our group- not excited about the finishes- wallpaper coming off the wall, shower wall 1/2” off the wall, pink bacteria in the corner of the shower & in the shower door stopper. One room was definitely cleaner than the other. Rooms are tight- almost claustrophobic. Newer- but not impressed with finishes.

The initial room we were given had a shower that literally had a ring of pink scum around the shower, the shower door, etc. There was also no hand soap in the dispenser. The front desk promptly gave us a new room. The second room was average. There were hairs in the bed sheets. It could have been from housekeeping or just being washed with someone's hair, but after the initial lack of cleanliness, it made us wonder. The free breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but it's a typical free breakfast. I can't recommend this hotel or not recommend it, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again. The staff were very kind and professional though.

Room was on the side facing the interstate. Air brakes from semi trucks all night long. Very noisy and made it hard to get good sleep. Bed had hair in it and so did a hand towel in the bathroom. Headboard had something splashed on it as well. The rest of the room looked clean and tidy. Staff at front desk for evening check was ok. Was on th computer so I stood there for a while waiting for him to greet me. Clerk Should have greeted right away and then asked me to wait for a moment if he needed time to complete task on the computer. Morning clerk was friendly and kind. Was good in a pinch but would not choose to stay again. Cost was a definite good value

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was the size of a shoe box, did not have a closet nor a desk or space for a desk. Really unsatisfactory. I checked out the morning after checking in and moved to another hotel for the rest of my stay in St. George. Hilton should be ashamed of itself for allowing their name to be associated with Tru. Expedia should tell the TRU truth.

Convenient location and reasonable price. Coffee was better than starbucks. The worst part was that rooms did not have microwave oven or storage space or closet. We felt that keeping a microwave oven instead of TV is a better. With TVs/streaming available everywhere including laptops, phones, keeping a TV in hotel rooms is really not much of use or necessary.

Overall, it was a good hotel. My wife and I stayed for 6 nights. Two things about the hotel really, really disappointed and annoyed me, though. One, we had nowhere to put our clothes. There were no drawers to put my and my wife's clothes in. There was no closet or armoire either. There was a pipe on the wall with 3 hangers. We were there for a week, and brought enough clothes to not have to do laundry. I went to Walmart and bought a tote to put clothes in and hangers for the wall pole. Two, there was no safe in the room or at the front desk so I had to take my laptop with me every time I left the hotel. If you're alone and only staying one night, Tru is great. If you're staying multiple nights, or have 2 or more people, find somewhere else to stay unless you really like literally living out of a suitcase.

Loud. Very small room. No drawers. One sink. No art at all. Felt very much like a hospital room or dorm. Ok for kids but not relaxing or cozy at all. Pictures make property look much brighter and bigger than it is. More like a modernized Motel 6.

From check in to check out, the staff made every effort to make us comfortable. They were friendly and engaging with us on multiple occasions. We ended up arriving way earlier than expected, and they were able to accommodate us for an early check in which was very much appreciated especially since that’s not a guarantee. I would stay here again the next time we come to St. George!

My stay was amazing. Cool hotel, great interiors, spacious room, comfy bed, good breakfast, pool table in lobby. Simply loved it. Helpful staff overall. Only suggestion for hotel to extend breakfast timings till 9:30 a.m.

Went for breakfast at 8:30, egg and sausage tray empty, coffee pot empty. Went up to three employees at desk and waited while they talked. A fourth walked up noticed me and asked if I needed something. Told him about coffee. He went and got new canister.

Parking is hard they allow trucks with trailers to park in spots next to the building. This the vehicles taking at least 5 spots. Second issue the breakfast in the morning was sub par. The pancake machine was down broken. The other food was empty and it was about 15 minutes for them to refill. Options were cold cereal or oatmeal if you didn’t want to wait for eggs and sausage.
