Hotel bellísimo, con una terraza muy linda y con una vista a toda la ciudad y el aeropuerto. Las habitaciones bien equipadas, aseadas, cómodas y lindas. Estuve solo una noche pero me encantó. Soy costarricense y cuando regrese a Guatemala, este hotel será una opción nuevamente.

Suites Terraza Imperial leaves very little to be criticized. The hotel and its rooms are clean, secure, and quiet. The kitchenettes are well stocked with kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils. The bathrooms are pleasant and well updated. The staff is courteous, attentive, and professional. Room cleaning is handled reliably and well regardless of when the Do Not Disturb sign is taken down or put up. The hotel is located within a few minutes of a major shopping center (grocery store included), on foot, and it is less than ten minutes from the airport by car. If anything must be criticized as less than perfectly ideal, or at least as an FYI for prospective visitors: - basically no English is spoken here. You may have no reason to need special interaction with the staff, as things went very smoothly for me during my one-week stay from check-in to checkout. But this is still worth noting if you have no Spanish at all. - one cockroach was spotted in my room, so there were probably more. This may be standard in Guatemala, I don't know, but I wouldn't have expected it based on the otherwise high quality of the facility. - there is no room service, and nothing more than water and beer for purchase at the front desk. With the restaurants nearby and the availability of services like Uber Eats, this is no problem at all, but still worth noting. - the water pressure and temperature of the (very nice) shower is highly variable. Expect frequent hot/cold adjustments!

I had to ask them to change the sheets and blankets it had a horrible smell in the room and I couldn’t sleep all night from all the noise I could hear the plains going off every hour and car noises

Well ,i appreciate the cleanest off the rooms

WiFi very spotty, not even a full signal. No hot water at 7:30 am. Sheets were stained as well as bedspread.

The apartment was very spacious and had a fully-equipped kitchenette, making it possible to have a home-made breakfast or a late-night hot meal without leaving the hotel. The Eco-filter feature ensures abundant drinking water supply. The hotel staff is friendly but does not help with tourism arrangements. However, with many travel agencies within walking distance of the hotel, that is not an issue. Overall, the hotel has very good security measures, good environment and very spacious and comfy room for adequate rest.

La reserva que pague no fue notificada al hotel y tuve que pagar extra... muy mal servicio de ustedes y del hotel.

Great keep up place. Receptionist went above and beyond seem like management do a great job training. Keep up make Chapines proud.

During my stay, we experienced a moderate earthquake. The hotel handled it with great professionalism and concern for safety. They made sure all the guests and staff were secure and comfortable.

Excellent customer service.

They turned us away at midnight because their system did not have the reservation from Orbitz even though I showed it to them. They were rude, and I felt like they wanted to charge us more because it was late. Really disappointing, now I have to try and get a refund.

I reserved for one night for my husband to stay a day before picking me up from the airport. I choose it for airport distance and because the pictures liked nice. He liked it, six days later we stayed there again. Very clean, comfortable and the recepción people are very nice and helpful. They arranged our Uber. Will definitely continue staying there on all future trips.

The place was actually really nice. Very good location, close to the airport and easy to get to. The room was very clean and even though we didn't use the little kitchen it was good to have it just in case. I will say though I did not like at all that they deactivated my key access before my check out time was up and when I went to the front desk to ask about it they told me someone will come up to my room to let me in and get my belonging for check out time. I felt like I was being "kicked out" for some reason and even though the lady at the front desk was "nice" enough to give me an explanation that made no sense to me I strongly believe that OUTSTANDING GUESTS like ourselves should not be treated like that. I honestly felt very weird about. We have been in 26 countries around the world and this place is the only one that we have had happened to us. Check out time was at 13:00 and I was trying to get to my room at 12:45 to grab my stuff and do the check out when I realized they had deactivated my key access. NOT COOL at all. I would probably not stay there again for that reason along.

I liked the Customer Service very polite and professional. I recommend it for a weekend getaway or business trip.

The property is quite new, so the rooms are modern and well equipped. Pretty much all you need. Maybe better located electrical outlets woukd be good, but thats about it. However, the staff are not particularly helpful nor service oriented. Never a hello or have a nice day. Another example, where upon arrival, they suggested leaving for a nearby lunch because we were quite early. But we had to ask about leaving bags. Then, upon our return, 20 minutes before official check-in, they made us wait until that exact 3pm time. It was obviously not because the room wasn't ready, and they check us in at exactly 3pm, not a second early, with no help in retieving the luggage at that time either. The front desk staff didn't even know where the luggage was. Too bad, because it is a nice place and well located.

Buena ubicación a 10 minutos del aeropuerto

La ciudad de Guatemala ha experimentado un tráfico que obliga a personas que vivimos en ciudades cercanas a buscar una opción de hospedaje que cuando se tiene un viaje al aeropuerto muy temprano, resulte conveniente mejor hospedarse cerca del aeropuerto.

I loved it because it had its own kitchen with everything that you need to make your own food. you dont need any Nothing, just in groceries, awesome.
