I stayed here from July 21st till the 26th, and it was by far the my best hotel experience. The rooms were clean, it has two pools, is directly on the beach, clean towels and toiletries are brought daily, and it has a bar and grill that makes the best smashburgers on the beach. The hotel is with walking distance of pier park and many restaurants and shopping places. I was skeptical about the quality of the room when I booked it due to it being significantly cheaper than hotels beside it, but I was impressed with the quality of my stay there. I will definitely be going back.

The room had sandy filthy floors that hadnt been clesned in forever. I dripped water on the floor and wiped it up and the napkin was filthy so were the rest of the floors. The hotel run down in the room and cement holes on the balcony. The bottom of the bathroom door peeling on the whole inside edge. We told them about the room but they never even addressed it and never even came to look. Also we went to dry off on a towel after a shower and it had dirt all over it. Told them also. Terrible place to stay. Should never be listed on your site. Couldnt cancel because of no refund policy.

Hotel was unclean. Sand and dirt all on the floors which made me have to wipe my feet off everytime I was in and out of bed. Also, we found clothing underneath the bed that belonged to the previous occupant. Very gross finding old socks in our room.

Probably the grossest place we’ve ever stayed. There was a sponge left on the floor from housekeeping - I HOPE. Mold is on the ceiling in the shower and there was something that looked like feces on the wall. 0 out of 5 stars. Oh and the room looked NOTHING like the pictures online. Not all rooms are beachfront - ours was across the street. Super disappointed.

Not very safe area, part of hotel it’s located across the street, not by the beach. The room floor was dirty, the supposedly clean towels had sand on it. Beds and sheets were clean, AC works well. But I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

Carpets were so dirty that we couldn’t even take our shoes off or our feet would be black. Rust on everything. Peeling paint all over. The room itself felt very dirty. Towels need to be replaced. Side of couch had some kind of drink poured all over it from previous people staying there. We went and bought Clorox wipes to clean everything we touched. If you are at all picky about cleanliness, this is not the place for you. The staff were nice. We liked to see that the pool was cleaned everyday.

We loved staying here and loved the heated pool!! The place is nice and clean and the staff is great!! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because our hot water in the room did not work very well, sometimes it only got lukewarm at best. Overall, will definitely be going back!

I had one of the Cabana rooms, as close to the beach as you can get. The room was nice, the back room was a bit warm but they give you a box fan so you just need to push the cool air to the back. Was nice to have a full size fridge and oven/stove and the beds were comfortable. Pool was perfect temperature but a bit cloudy due to people not rinsing the beach off before getting in, lots of sand on the bottom lol would stay again without a doubt.

I booked a 4 day 3 night stay. We only got the towels there were in the room when we first got there. We couldn’t get no more clean towels the rest of the stay. We ask the front desk for more and the response was the linen truck hasn’t runned. The room we rented was room 556 and the stove didn’t work the only thing that worked was the oven. The rooms don’t have no telephones if you needed to contact the service desk. When we ask for more toilet paper and we didn’t get it until a couple of hours later. So NO I will not recommend this property to nobody. The only nice thing was our view.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had! They had my booking dates wrong, I paid for a more expensive and nicer room and they gave me a complete dump! The room was dirty and nasty with bugs! They did fix the pricing on the room because I didn’t get what I was paying for but they gave the room I paid for to someone else. The service was horrible, very rude! I will never stay here again!

Staff didn't come empty our troff and was overflowing with water, was told multiple times. Staff did not supply with towels. Staff did not leave basket for wet towels like supposed to. Staff was friendly but was not much helpful. Regardless, the room was clean and the beds where comfortable.

I have stayed in the tower side multiple times and have never been disappointed. It's a great place to stay that doesn't cost a fortune. The beds were cozy, it has a kitchenette , and had amazing views . The staff was also amazing and very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great except getting checked in was an ordeal. I understand that the website states 4:00 but when we got there at 12 we were told we’d be called when they got it ready at 2:30 my husband was told in a few minutes when the linens got ready. At 3:30, I was told “sorry.” I knew the linens were in the bed. At 4:20, I still hadn’t been called, but when I asked for an update, they gave me the keys. Before 4:00, my fault. At 2:30 and 3:30 AND 4:20, their fault!!

It’s amazing 2 pools with ocean beach views..easy access to beach. Proximity to adults things to do. Bars restaurants short walking distance to pier park and the fishing pier.rooms was plenty of space for family. Kitchen was nice to cook your own meals or something quick bite to eat. Nice views all around of the beach no parking fee even parking across the street well lighted .

Location was great. Beach access with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Room was better than expected and had a fabulous view. Parking is across the street and with traffic very difficult to navigate. The outside looks rough and my first impression was not flattering. But the room was much nicer than outward appearance would have you expect. Not bad for the area and price.

Beware where they put you at this place!!! I thought we were staying at the beach property but instead they put us in the building across the street from the beach. This building was not advertised on the Booking website!!!. Flamingo Hotel is a very misleading advertisement!!! We stayed at the room with kitchen and two full beds in separate rooms. Kitchen was very rundown with old range full of holes covered with aluminum foil and oven was impossible to use since range was too close to the wall and oven door couldn’t open. Bathroom was really small and toilet bowl didn’t flush properly which caused it to overflow. Second night we moved to the Flamingo Hotel at the beach with the room looking at the courtyard. On that second night the ceiling above the kitchen fell down. I got nothing good to say about the hotel except for the close location to the beach.

Watch were you stay here. The wording on the reservation site is sketchy. It says road view but what they don’t tell you is the road view is across the street from the hotel and not in it. This means to get to the beach you have to cross FB Rd. Nothing but trailers out your back window and the staff is not helpful

Had a wonderful experience! The bartender was nice, the workers were helpful… no breakfast but walking distance to plenty - they do have coffee in the lobby ! The hot tub was super warm temp which was great - I’ll be back! I love there’s no cleaning feee… nice to have something nice and affordable !

I almost did not book this due to reviews BUT I’m so glad we did! It is an older place so of course it’s going to have flaws. The food at the bar on site was 10/10! Best burgers and pizza ive had in a long time! Steven at the bar was great and had such a fun personality! Rooms were again older but clean! We had a cabana room so it was ground floor beach side and perfect! Just steps to the beach! One pool was being drained but the other pool and hot tub were accessible in the mean time for use. I didn’t take many pics of the room but I added the outside and one inside of our room. It also had a kitchen with utensils and pans but we did not utilize that.
