My stay was due to a funeral service for my brother. My 6 days at Trails Inn was awesome. My only worry was not having a assigned parking space. But there was no issue with that inconvenience. I will definitely stay with Trails Inn on my next visit to Eureka Springs This Summer. But I will call the Hotel for reservations instead of booking online.

Pros: The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, towels were large and nice, newish TV, arctic AC, parking right outside my door, couldnt hear any neighbors through the thick walls. I spoke with two members of the staff - both were friendly and helpful. The area felt safe. Cons: I could hear a fair amount of traffic on Van Buren until about midnight and even though the area seemed safe, I felt the room could use a chain lock on the door.

Overall great place. Breakfast place right across the street. Hotel is a bit dated, but who cares. For the price, it’s great. One suggestion: request a room in the back. They’re away from the road and quieter. Place has a pool too. Not bad at all.

It was a great visit! The owner gave us topnotch advice on places to eat, park and shop! We did have trouble changing the temperature and fan stuff on the air conditioner. It was hard to rea the letters identifying fan, mode etc.

Our room was immaculately clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice little front patio area for each room and a cute patio area with picnic tables around the side. Quite a few resturants and a bar within walking distance. Thrifty... ? Pizza Hut is next door. Thai and BBQ across the street and an Irish Pub next door too. The trolly stops out front. Super nice family owned and operated motel. 🇺🇸 I looked around so I feel comfortable saying, at this price point, you couldn't find anything nicer, or cleaner in this town. I highy recommend~family travelers from St. Louis

It is clear the owners take pride in maintaining a good property and grounds. The room wasn't large, but it was clean and had a mini fridge. Not at all the fault of the hotel, but our only concern was the motorcyclist that make loud noises, but that was mostly during daytime hours. I turned the AC fan to constantly on high and that helped some. The Blue trolley route stops just out front (and the yellow nearby). We would stay again.

Great value for a very clean, spacious comfortable room. Bed was so comfortable. Staff was very friendly and provided great recommendations for dining and activities. Love that it locally owned and family run. The only things I would change are the size of the TV (to be fair we weren't there a whole lot so we didn't really watch TV) and some better pillows (ours were almost flat). We will choose Trails Inn when we are in the area again.

We were looking for a clean, quiet place to sleep; days were spent adventuring. This was the perfect place to rest after a long day! The owner/manager was very accommodating to our needs for a room on the ground floor too! Will definitely stay here again!

It was nice to have seating to sit outside. Some microwave breakfast sandwiches would have been nice for breakfast and a toaster for toast and bagels. Hot chocolate would be good. Rooms were clean water good and hot for showers.

Very nice, clean room. I wasn’t expecting much because the price was so low, but was pleasantly surprised. Cute little hotel! Had everything we needed. Breakfast was a simple grab and go with muffins, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
