My only gripe about the entire stay was that both of my interactions with a particular individual at the front desk were less than pleasant. Other than that, the room itself was impeccable and quiet. We didn't hear even as much as a whisper or a thud our entire weekend. The pool area was clean, the restaurant located on the 2nd floor was fantastic, and I appreciated the attached parking ramp.

Easy to get around in the skyway, nice pool, steam room & sauna. Hot tub was so so. Bed wasnt very comfortable. It sloped down towards the pillow and was sagging underneath. Staff was all very nice.

I got a notice from the state disease control about a sickness passses through the pool, and my child did get very sick after swimming in the pool. Everything else was excellent!

The hotel was very Beautiful and very clean. It was beautifully decorated. The staff were all super helpful and courteous. The only complaint I have is that the bed was hard as a rock. We had a very nice room with a king bed and beautiful views, but that bed was hard as a rock. That’s the only thing that could use an Upgrade. The room and the bathroom were extremely clean. I would definitely stay there again with a softer bed. And also housekeeping put a fresh sheet on there had a hole in it on my side. But that’s no big deal.

The Internet was not working. It was important as we choose this hotel close to the Mayo Clinic while a family member was having a new heart device installed, which had to be synced over the internet. They solved it but it took several hours, and a permanent solution was not working when we checked out. Further the TV m's are not Internet compatible for streaming or media purposes. Very disappointing

A-ma-zing from check in to check out! Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bellman was so patient as we had to take our bikes apart before we went up to our room. Housekeeping was very friendly. Beautiful hotel, clean, QUIET rooms, lovely pool area and a very thoughtful maintenance staff who offered to let us stay past the posted closing time (we didn’t, out of respect). Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Due to flight changes and delays, we arrived at 3:30 a.m. The staff was very rude about is checking in then. They were running reports and said they couldnt check us in and that we should have called. I informed them that I did call 2 days prior, as soon as AK Airlines changed our flight times. I told them that whoever I spoke with told me it was fine and she would leave a message. The staff argued with me that she had really told me that! After flying and driving from Minneapolis (total of 17 hrs) this was not a nice welcome. Staff was incredibly rude. They should be more empathetic, especially considering they get a lot of Mayo patients (like us). They also refused to let us have a late checkout that we wanted because of a Mayo appointment. The staff was not helpful in trying to get instructions to go places on the skywalk. They should know this stuff! The only positives weee that the rooms and hotel itself were very nice, and the valet/shittle drivers were very nice. It was not worth the price at all and we would not stay there again. In fact, we ended up moving to a different hotel connected to the skywalk.

When arrived, the desk person told us we had to wait 30 min - 1 hour until he was available to check us. We were tired after a 12 hr trip and 7 hours of work. All we wanted was to just rest. After he had the “time” to check us in. He wanted to double charge us, minding we had already pays for the reservation. He was just not helpful and not professional.

This is the third time we’ve stayed here in the past 3 months. We’ve never been greeted with a smile while checking in. The staff needs to do a much better job welcoming their guests, because it always seems that we are a burden to them when we arrive for check in.

Such friendly staff in a lovely hotel. I injured myself requiring stitches our first night and went down to inquire about the closest urgent care. Instantly, the concierge tossed car keys to the very friendly attendant on duty (I wish I could remember his name!!) and drove us to the urgent care. Not only that, but he gave us the number to call and he was back to pick us up when we were done. I would recommend this hotel 100 times over. Bravo!

The valet parking crashed our car, he said he would talk to the rental car company two days after the crash. They would not be responsible about it and acted very unprofessional about it. The valet parking manager wanted to offer us to pick us up at the car rental company to make up things cause he did not want the hotel manager to know about it. We went to the front desk and asked if somebody got a report about it to which they responded that they didn't and that they will let the hotel manager know. Nobody got in touch with us, asked us afterwards what happened or if any extra charges were billed to us NOTHING. The room cleanliness was disappointing, we asked for extra towels (our room was double and only got 1 body towel) to which they told us the house keeping personal was not available and the valet man brought one more towel and threw it at me. The hotel is in great conditions, very new and modern. The staff was the dissapointing part.

Was not sure what to expect and ended up happy we choose to stay at the Hilton. The staff , especially the valet and limo service staff was amazing. Location is perfect for staying near any Mayo facility. Plus you are near shopping and restaurants besides having 2 great options in the hotel. If we need to come back we will definitely be staying here again.

I HIGHLY recommend staying at this hotel! We will definitely return for another stay! Their staff and valet attendees were soooo friendly, polite, and professional. The hotel itself and the room was clean and lovely. The restaurant Pittsburgh Blue inside the restaurant had wonderful food and service, along with the other restaurant that is also in the hotel. We ate breakfast there and it's fantastic! Stay at this hotel, you will love it!

Our stay was 2 weeks while husband received new liver at Mayo. Great place to stay, always book ahead of time, they do sell out. Driver takes you to Mayo buildings, however you can get to Mayo from inside skyway. Food is delicious from room service.
