Hotel is amazing. I felt safe during my stay. Lobby is clean with friendly staff. Coffee is 24/7. Rooms are immaculately clean. Bed is comfortable, seems more like laying on a cloud. They have plenty of cable channels to choose from. There’s dove lotion, small bar soap, shampoo, conditioner & gel soap. The shower is large & there’s instant hot water, no waiting required. Plenty of plug ins for phone or computer. Free wifi. Indoor pool (not heated). Free breakfast from 7am-10am.

The shower door would not stay closed when showering. The indoor pool area was slightly heated but the water was so icy-cold that I could not enjoy the swim. The mattress was not a quality mattress, or maybe it was just old. The staff was helpful and accommodating but the business center printer was out of ink and would not connect to the computer nor any other device for usage - I found this to be very frustrating and counterproductive.

Very nice looking property inside and out. Pet friendly. Room could use attention in the corners. Small indoor pool closes at 7pm, but flexible on that. Appreciated the hotel store for snacks etc.

Oh my stay was good there were a few hiccups like the elevator going out the room not getting hot enough the water pressure dropping on the hot water the maid service not cleaning the room, just dumping trash and changing towels

Our TV did not work in our room. I went to the front desk and someone did come to the room to try to fix it, he was unable. When I went back to the front desk to see how they planned to rectify the situation, they said because I was unable to allow them in the room when we were not there, they would be unable to do anything. My partner was able to stay in the room the next day, when he frontdesk to get assistance with the TV they told him the maintenance person had already left. We ended up watching TV on my phone, which was less than ideal. The room was also not good. The shower had mildew in the corner, the fauet in the bathroom was misplaced and the room was loud. There were folks running in the hallway and over our heald almost all night. The breakfast was also very unappetizing looking. We saw the food and left to go find breakfast. The refrigerator would not get cold and the room had a weird smell. Our stay was not good and we will not be back.

I cant complain about the staff or my check in, everyone was very friendly smiling and helpful. The reason for my review is the cleanliness. I found SEVERAL simply dirty areas, including towels. My mattress had a giant dip in it. The floor felt physically dirty, the water pressure was okay but the shower head was so faulty it didn’t matter. The sink was broken, the water temperature was scorching and actually dried my hair out. Hotel is in a great location with good staff as far as customer service/front desk. The cleaning was a bit appalling especially due to the fact I had to be moved from my suite to a regular king to do damage in that room… someone needs to be confirming the rooms are actually clean. No one wants to spend money in this day and age and experience filth. Kudos to the front desk and customer service, they were the best experience of the hotel.

The place was filthy in common areas. Our shower had mold in the corners which we decided to live with since it was late when we actually got to the room to stay. We kept smelling a gross smell that we thought was the carpet so we sprayed air freshner which we touught helped. This morning we investigated more and found a horrible, nafty foul stain under the mattress cover on the mattress. This was absolutely disgusting.

My room had bed bugs. I was bitten over 17 times, not to mention that me and my family was staying there and they gave someone else access to their room. A stranger walked in while they were napping. I incurred medical bills due to an allergic reaction to the bed bugs bites and they have yet to resolve this. This happened on 9/13/2024 room 208.

The room was initially fine, but anytime someone you just shower or the toilet sewer gas would come out from the cleaning port next to the bed. I can also hear a drip behind the wall most of the time. The sink pressure in the bathroom was barely a dribble, even though the valves were turned up.Maybe it was because it was one of the last rooms upstairs and the pressure was low. Spoke with the front desk they were polite, but they were completely booked, so there was no options.

I was in a King suite and the couch had so many stains that I had to lay towels down before I sat/put my stuff on it. The shower head was not great. The water pressure was awful and the center of the shower head was like a waterfall. The mini waterfall was right over one of the bottles so I couldn't face that direction without the water splashing in my eyes. The rug under the bed had a corner that had curled up. It tripped me a few times. No matter how many times I pushed it down, it wouldn't stay. The AC unit in the room, has nice rattle to it. It was completely random as to when it decided it was going to make that noise. The room was located by the ice machine....that was good times. The rooms are not soundproof. Do not get me wrong, I would stay here again.....just not in that room. In general I had a good stay. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfy.

When I arrived, I was greeted well and the gentleman at the counter was very friendly. However, one thing he did that is a safety issue is saying the guests room numbers aloud when checking in. I’ve never had the desk to say the room number aloud but the attendant always shows me the number written down on the key. And yes there were other people in the lobby. He also never asked for an ID. The room was prepaid but he didn’t know if we were actually the people who paid for the room. The room was decent, the door to the closet did not open properly neither did the the door to the fridge which was oddly placed behind the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, there was no facial tissue (an empty box was on the counter in a room that was supposedly just cleaned) and the shower water was cold for the entire stay. Took forever for the room to warm up even after turning the thermostat to 80. Last but not least, we shared our room with the bug below and the sounds of the people above. The walls are extremely thin. All in all, there are a few more hotels literally a minute down the street that I would choose on my next trip back.

Room #320 had a few issues that could be improved. 1) the toilet seat is cracked and needs to be replaced, 2) the numbers on the thermostat are no longer able to be read clearly as some LED lines are missing, making reading the thermostat difficult, and 3) the television remote worked, but only if standing next to the TV and pointing the remote directly at the infrared sensor. I could turn the TV on/off from the bed, and adjust the volume, but couldn't change the channels unless I was standing right next to the TV. Also, it would be helpful if the hours for the pool went later than 8 p.m., like until 9 or 10 p.m. Everything else was great! Thanks for your help!

It was ok, good for a short stay. The room was big enough, clean bed, and bathroom. On the bad side the pool was not available, breakfast a bit basic (no fruits nor veggies). The guest next door had the TV at the highest volume all day and night, otherwise we would have had a good night sleep. I just didn’t like at all that they charged twice my credit card, they explained that the second charge would be reimbursed but it may take up to 10 days.

Nice hotel. My room had an issue with the door not wanting to close which resulted in me finding my door open when I came back in the evening. It did not shut behind house cleaning when they left and thus the open door. The door had to be pushed/pulled with decent force for it to close properly. Other than that the hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Not very friendly staff. Free breakfast was until 9am and they literally shut the doors for access a few minutes before. They put me in a room next to someone who had multiple pets and the barking kept me up majority of the night, that paired with a bad AC unit that made loud compressor noise all night (I had thermostat on off - unexplainable) Next morning for check out, I asked for a courtesy late check out (one an hour), and lady was nasty and adamant “No! We can’t do a late checkout!” HOTEL WAS MAINLY EMPTY! Very disappointed on my experience at this hotel.

Unfortunately, this is the last time I will stay at this property. I’ve stayed here on several other occasions and really enjoyed it. The property is newer and had been well maintained. On this trip, the staff was in a sad state. On my first night, someone attempted to enter my room twice. I called down to the front desk asking if perhaps the room had been mistakenly double assigned. It wasn’t. They laughingly said it was them who’d attempted to enter the room, but offered no explanation. On subsequent days, the room was not cleaned and our keycards were deactivated daily. Upon explaining that our keycards had become deactivated (they were not mistakenly demagnetized each day) and asking why that keeps happening, not only was there no answer for why it was happening, but no effort was made to verify identity or confirm reservation before allowing entry to the room. It didn’t feel secure. As a result of all of this, it won’t be my choice to return to this location.

We had 8 rooms for 5 nights. Cleaners were amazing attitude. Breakfast came short not enough. Several times would not make extra food. Manager lied saying they were booked solid when we needed just one room for late check out due to implications of flight schedule. would not assist. But hotel was very clean and update. A very good layout.

They do not honor reservations. If you plan on staying here have a plan B. Drove from Florida and when I got there they told me I did not have a room even though it was paid for in full. The general manager James Peel was extremely rude and refused to escalate my complaint. He stated he was the only person who I could speak with and there was no one above him. He has been the GM there for 7 years and answers to no one. I have never been treated so rudely at a hotel/In. This was the worst experience ever. Thank God that Homewood Suites who called Embassy suites for me to see if they had a clean room available for me because they did not. But they went out of their way to try to help when they aren’t even a part of Wyndham. They are actually part of the Hilton franchise…. Embassy suites came to the rescue and had a room ready and allowed me to check in way early so I could get some sleep. Stay away from La Quinta and go with Hilton properties. They know what customer service means…

The room was clean and in good condition. I would have rated this location much higher however, come night two the room above us was throwing a birthday for a ton of kids. You could hear them jump from the bed to the floor and rock the room with elephant thunder. I reported the noise as it was late at night. I also knocked on the door of the guest but the issue continued. The desk staff apologized and said they did all they could. At 12:15 am, my husband returned to the desk to report the issue and another staff member addressed the issue. Around 12:45 it was finally quiet. I talked with the desk again regarding the issue and I there was zero service recovery. Only a statement that hopefully we would try them again. A shame as this location was nicer than other LaQuintas we have stayed but the follow through was terrible.

Room was clean. The King Bed sucked (this based on the type of mattress I like. FOOD: Hotel has a light breakfast and snacks. The nearest real food is 2.5 miles away down HWY 68. There are some places in and/or around the Airport. I had my own vehicle, so the transportation question what not a question th as that I had. TRANSPORTATION: I did see three or four busses parked hehind the hotel. but not sure of the function of the vehicles.

This particular La Quinta is safe, quiet and convenient to find off the freeway. It's off a highway with a light signal, & is fairly easy to get to for a family road trip. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. My room was equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, which was a wonderful convenience. Very close to PTI/GSO airport. I used to live in the area, and feel very safe at this location.

Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Hours from 6 to 10, but most food items were empty before 8 and not replenished. Many complaints from guests that there was little to no food and empty trays stayed empty so they gave up and returned to their rooms. Room was fine except that a sports team on the floor above us were apparently dropping training weights on the floor above until 10:30 pm. Sounded like a bowling alley. No noise from the nearby airport though. So our stay was mixed.

Overall the stay was fantastic and we loved Greensboro and this hotel was fantastic and accommodating and in a good location. My only minor complaint is we chose this hotel over others in the area because of the free breakfast. On Sunday we went down an hour before breakfast ended to enjoy a meal before heading out for the day but found no food aside from cereal and the waffle maker. Everything else was completely empty. When we spoke to kitchen staff to ask if they’d be refilling as there was an hour left for breakfast they told us they would not be, but if we wanted something they would make it but it would take 45 minutes to prepare and would be wasting food. Unfortunately this means we had to go out of our way and pay out of pocket for breakfast. I wish the hotel had done better planning to accommodate a busy Sunday breakfast as several other families showed up after we did expecting food but were left disappointed.

Breakfast was supposed to be until 10 AM. Arrived at Breakfast area about 9:20 AM, and almost nothing left. Ate breakfast on the road. Also fridge in room wasn't cooling well at all. Not a great experience.

the staff was amazing and we loved the bed, The breakfast was top notch. a GREAT EXPERIENCE. Wish the desk had a list of eating places nearby...but we found a great place to eat.
