We stayed for a week-end Jan. 9 2025 when in town to visit old friends. It was very comfortable and in a great location. It was quiet, even though we had a bus of basketball girls staying there. Good service, breakfast was fine, and I liked to workout room. We did not use the pool, but it looked great. It was a slow week-end, with nothing going at the Idaho Center, so I imagine if there was it would be busier. Nice stay.

I like that I could schedule maid service, everything was very clean, there was so much room (with a bed, couch, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave); it was very comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean. Also, the breakfast had a large selection to choose from. There was gum, but I did not use it. The staff were very respectful and nice.

We booked the hotel for the pool and spa and they were both not working. I just had back surgery and really could could have used both for rehabilitation.

Stayed here for a concert and was met with spectacular five star service from the hotel staff as well as a very clean building. The patio was great to listen to music from a nearby concert. The pool and hot tub were first class and the location to the rest of the city was unmatched

Loved the proximity to the Ford Idaho Center! It did not seem that the entrance/check-in area was well labeled, we circled the building before parking and trying to guess which door we were supposed to go through. The only other drawback was that the beautiful outdoor fire pit didn't work. Room was well furnished and functional for our group and we look forward to staying again in the future!

Super convenient, all new, very clean EXCEPT … it was apparent a previous guest had shaved and the large amount of hair was visible in the bathroom sink with soap scum. Super gross. The room itself and everything else was great. Perfect location if you have an event at the Ford Idaho Center.

This is the most perfect hotel to stay at when going to an event at the Idaho Center! The property is clean, modern, and inviting. The pool was also well maintained and clean. The breakfast was also pretty tasty! The only thing i would change is that the carpet in our room was not in great repair. They were squares like tiles but they were not connected well and some were.coming up from the floor. BUT super comfy bed, great amenities throughout the room. The couch was clean and so were all surface areas. We will definitely be back! This is our new go to place for idaho center shows!

I have bed bug bites all over Stayed there one night, it looked and felt clean, but now I have bites all over me. The hotel said they couldn’t offer a refund because we booked through Expedia. They were very apologetic.

I’m not sure why Hilton has decided to go with bare bones, nursing home grade decor for their newer facilities, but I hate it. This is a fairly new hotel and the chairs were cheap plastic, with cheap (and boy do I mean CHEAP) curtains hanging between the bed and the cheap sofa to separate the “bedroom” from the “entertainment area/kitchen” in these so-called “suites”. The sofa looked like it was picked up at a Salvation Army buy one get one free sale and it had the funk, which isn’t surprising, considering it has been 90 degrees in the Boise area for the past 2 weeks. The front desk girl was VERY pleasant, accommodating, and apologetic for the stink. She brought us a can of Febreze to make it bearable. All this for the low, low cost of ~$275/night - it might not have even been worth it at $100/night, but I might not have been quite as disappointed. I definitely will not be staying at any Home2Suites or Tru by Hilton, and may be done with Hilton in general, since cheap and tacky seem to be the way they are headed.

I came in for 1-night to see a concert at the neighboring Ford Idaho Event Center and was thrilled to find how close the properties were. Easy peasey walk. The Home 2 Suites property was literally immaculate, from the lobby to the elevators to my room, everything was so clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room had every amenity possible and the staff were so kind, helpful and professional. I highly recommend the property and will stay here again if I'm lucky enough to visit Nampa a second time. The only down side for traveler's without a car is there aren't many restaurant choices in walking distance (only 1-sub sandwich shop) but food delivery is an option and the rooms have what you need to prep and eat (mini kitchens).

Make sure if you book this property there are no music events going on at the Idaho Events Center which virtually shares a parking lot with the venue. The music was so loud it literally shook the windows untl 11pm. Also, we were on the 2nd floor right over the HVAC equipt room that caused the floor to vibrate and was felt even in bed. The staff was friendly and the property was updated and clean.

Very nice property. Clean and well maintained. Big clean rooms. Everything was excellent. Three minor things or we would give it 5 stars. Elevators took forever, TV went in and out a lot and front desk wouldn't allow an hour late check out.

I am a paraplegic and this was the first time staying in an accessible room since my injury. I was very stressed and worried, but the room and staff were fantastic!! The room was VERY accessible. Everything from the shower to the openness of the room. Had no issues moving throughout the entire room from my wheelchair. It really made the whole experience amazing!! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!!

Had a great visit with family. Pool was a great temperature, very clean, and they brought more towels as soon as we requested any. The only think I would want is the ability to use a streaming service (my own login) on the TV. Otherwise great stay!

Even though I like the place and it was great for one night, if I need to come back, I probably will choose another place to stay. Check out is noon, and housekeeping knocked more than once. I was told "waiting" from them. Even received a phone call from the front desk about needing to extend checkout and that housekeeping was waiting. Not a pleasant experience. I didn't mind extending the checkout time. I was already having a stressful morning, and didnt appreciate the extra pressure. Rest assured, I won't inconvenience their house keeping staff again.

Disappointed that I requested a tub well in advance due to leg cramps, none noted, reserved, available. Also told even if they had one that they wouldn’t give it to me since I booked through Expedia. The nearby concert sports facility was very loud until 11pm

Great hotel for our evening entertainment at the Ford Idaho Center. Less than a 5 minute walk across the car park to the entry gate. The staff were amazing; unfortunately the electric key entry to every room was effected by the global IT outage so every entry was assisted by a member of staff with a master key. They were quick and wonderful about it. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was ok, breakfast was not great. Everything frozen that was just heated up and not a great selection. We had no house keeping so ran out of towels. The room was nice and big, but don’t recommend top floor as all the roof fans were blaring.
