The power went down for 3.5 hours of our one evening stay. It meant limited use of the pool which was the reason we chose the hotel. We had 3 towels for our party of 4. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was not refilled often enough and only yogurt available.

Property is clean and accessible to the freeway. the route 100 side is noisy, so we always ask for the turnpike side. The gym was great for our needs. Lots of room in the rooms to be comfortable.

Customer service front desk Name Daniel was rude, combative, and blamed not having fruit, noises room and no business internet in the lobby as being due to 400 lacrosse team members taking up her time so she couldn’t or wouldn’t accommodate us! The hotel is nice but Daniel needs retaining in customer service etiquette! We not recommend nor return here. We ended our stay 2 days early!

We had ants in the room, Tv wasn’t working for the first night. We had a random wet spot on the carpet that wasn’t taken care of. Toilet was not cleaned before we checked in and empty water bottles were found in the couch when we prepped it for a sleeper.

Staff was very nice. Room was fine but carpet had some sticky stains and room could have been a little cleaner. Bed was very comfortable and sheets/linen were nice. I would say the breakfast was a little below average. I would probably try somewhere else if staying in the same area again.

Asked to check in early since we needed to get ready for a wedding nearby. Service desk was courteous and accommodating. They have *lots* of wedding parties staying there. Our room was very clean and comfortable. This is extremely important to me since I am allergic to mold (none of that here!) and lots of chemicals used in many hotels. No such issues here and was able to sleep well. Would definitely stay here again

My family liked how easy it was to check-in. The room was lovely and just right for a family of four. The bathroom was a nice size and we made good use of the walk in closet for hanging our clothes and putting the suitcases away so no stubbing of the toes in the middle of the night. The curtain darkened the room perfectly for sleeping. The housekeeping was great. The staff at breakfast were kind and bright. We would definitely recommend staying here again.

The HVAC broke down and the temperatures kept going up to 88F in the midnight. We repeatedly called for help, but the front desk said he couldn't help cos' he was the only staff in the hotel at the moment and he couldn't left there. Finally we fixed the HVAC by ourselves before we got heatstroke in a cool spring time night. We filed a complain to the hotel after we were home. The hotel argued that they had no such record about our calling for help that night (because your staff just ignored us!) and the HVAC was working fine (of course, we fixed it!). My suggestion: Stay there if & only if you know how to fix HVAC!

I had asked to check-in earlier atleast 2 weeks in advance and was told a note was put in the system. However, this was not the case and it was not possible. Having traveled from so far, it would have been nice to have been able to relax. Staff at front desk could have a better attitude.

I arrived at the property a little bit before check in time and asked if I could check in early, even though I did not expect to get into my room. Not only was I allowed to check in early, but since the rooms had already been cleaned, I was allowed to go to my room and get settled in. I had a couple of hours before I needed to see my doctor so this gave me an opportunity to take a quick nap and clean up. I was so grateful. In the morning breakfast was prepared and ready: everything was hot and delicious. The staff were amazing, kind and accommodating. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Philadelphia.

We were only in the room for a few hours and overnight. We had to wait an uncomfortable amount of time at the front desk for a lady to wrap up a conversation monopolizing the front desk. Other than that, the room was clean, conveniently located, and all staff said good morning when I passed them. My only wish was that the coffee was better.

Great hotel. We were in town for Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show. Hotel is modern. Clean. Comfortable. Free awesome breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
