We loved the location. Near a grocery and several very good restaurants and a Costco. Very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast included was good. Pool was nice and indoor. Cannot think of any issues with the hotel and have stayed there several times.

Very clean. Breakfast has several options, but it is mediocre at best. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool Is small and not very warm. Exercise space is standard, decent room for full body work. Quiet halls, minus the door auto shut loudly.

It would have received an excellent rating, but had 1 major flaw. the swimming pool is only about 78 degrees. The late afternoon desk clerk said that maintenance told her that it was set on 85 and was working correctly. False,, no warm water was coming out of jets the 3 times I checked it. the last time I stayed here, maintenance turned it up and it warmed up quickly.

The staff was so friendly and property clean! 5 stars. I was disappointed that the pool was 'undergoing maintenance' during our entire stay (3 nights). The 'hot' breakfast options were luke warm and/or subpar prepackaged items except for the waffles since I could make those fresh myself. I purposely booked this hotel because of the advertised onsite pool and breakfast availability. If I wanted to go to the pool, I was told we'd have to go to the Holiday Inn Express down the street. Less than convenient. I would've/could've rebooked elsewhere had that been communicated to me. We make this trip annually for WGI and got 4 additional families to book there as well so it was a let down for all 18 of us.

We loved the room setup. The ability to fix your own food and have real dishes and silverware in the room and even a dishwasher to clean them with. The breakfast was outstanding with real dishes and silverware and a great selection of food - even sugar free syrup since I'm diabetic was greatly appreciated. It was a wonderful place to stay and had a great indoor pool and workout room. Loved it! Had a great restful night after being at my mom's funeral before it.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times because it is on the way to North Carolina. There are lots of places to eat very close and a Costco gas station also. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not too bad either- homemade oatmeal and a waffle maker along with the usual other things. We will most likely stay here again at Christmas when we make our way south again.

I booked a room here to stay for a night and had to switch rooms twice due to the rooms being dirty upon arrival. The first room had masses of hair in the bedsheets. When we asked to switch, the 2nd room they offered smelled as though they were trying to cover up a previous stays smoking with some sort of strong chemicals. The third room ended being OK. When we reached out to the hotel and expedia to refund for the experience, the hotel said they would, but then when expedia reached out for approval from the hotel, they denied it. Very frustrating experience overall.

Dislike: - sticky carpets, - too meant to customers for check out time. - the hotel should provide a temporary place for customers whose flight time is late during the day. - a transportation to the airport should also be considered. - the main hotel entrance does’t look great as its big name

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Perhaps the hallways could benefit from an air freshener, as there was a slight musty odor, but aside from that, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return.

Refrigerator made so much noise and wasn’t cold on first night 12/9/24. Reported next morning and it was cold when I got back to hotel, but still made loud, whirling sounds off and on all night 12/10/24. Noise wasn’t addressed and reported at end of my stay in AM of 12/11/24. Hopefully, it’s resolved for next guest.

We have stayed at this location before and enjoyed our stay. However, this time the clerk at the front desk was rushed when we signed in. She was answering several phone calls so she barely had time to greet us. She assigned us a room on the first floor and then went back to her phone calls. This room proved to be incredibly noisy. We were near the breakfast area and had sounds of cooking and dishes early in the morning. Someone above us was running across floors until late in the evening and early in the morning, and a dog was barking in the hallway at 2 am. The hotel itself is fine, but I would not recommend a stay on the first floor for sure.

The hotel advertised check in at 3pm. We arrived at 3pm and were told no rooms were ready. After about 30 minutes we received a room after we had to wait for someone else who came in after us to check in and get their room first. Upon arrival we asked Jenn at the front desk if we can do late checkout at 1pm. She said that would be fine. They came to our room around noon and asked were we checking out. They asked us when we were in the lobby if we'd be gone by 1. We reminded them we were doing late checkout and they said ok. They came back to the room around 12:30 and asked when we were leaving AND called the room at 12:50 and asked AGAIN when we were leaving. Pool was nice and warm. Rooms were clean and up to date. Beds were literally the worst Ive ever slept on. Other than the staff it was decent. Not sure Id pay $200 to stay there again.

I always stay at Home2 when I visit family. About 4x year. When I checked in I was punished for using Expedia to book my stay. We always get a small gift bag with water and some snacks. This time the lady said no when I asked because I used a 3rd party to book. I didn't understand when she said no. She relented and gave me 2 waters but no snacks that were right there. I knpw it seems petty for me to complain but I wasn't going to buy water from them, when it's always been compt. I use the bottled h2o to make coffee in my room. Tap water is not good.

We booked two rooms together, and they weren't even on the same floor. We had to split up siblings and everyone was quite upset. At check in, the clerk said there wasnt anything he could do, and would discount our stay only to find out at checkout that was accurate or something he was able to do. Very disappointing all around

Not only is the Home2 chain great for comfort and cleanliness, this one was in an quiet area away from a major highway plus its walking distance to CostCo, grocery store, a variety of food establishments. And a short drive to Wright-Patterson AFB, the Air Force Museum and the Wright Brothers Museum.

Truly felt like a home away from home. Loved the proximity to shopping and family. There were fruit flies at breakfast which bothered me but this could have been a temporary issue. Will stau again.

I loved the room and all of the ammenities in the room. My only comment is that I was not impressed at all with the breakfast. For example, I got a glass of orange juice and it was like water; not juice at all.
